Ideally located halfway between Nice and Cannes. Built in 2011 and fully air-conditioned. There is a TV in each bedroom. Large terrace and very bright. Located in a quiet residential area, close to the sea and Marina Baie des Anges. Close by foot to all shops and close to Marineland. Interior swimming pool heated and detached private Jacuzzi. Private car park. Zen atmosphere, contemporary decoration, refined bedding, and quality linen. Pictures are regularly updated!

The location is fantastic - beach and supermarket in walking distance. Our hosts have been extemely helpful and caring. The apartment and the pool are functional, but slightly aged.

Schöne Wohnung mit guter Lage

Wir haben zu 4, mit 2 Teenies einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Wohnung bietet alles wichtige und im Pool kann man sich schön abkühlen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man kann alles wichtige wie Supermarkt, Restaurants und Strand in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Man kommt auch gut ohne Auto aus auch wenn die Bahnhöfe etwas weiter weg sind. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben sich um alles gekümmert. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Côte d’Azur zu genießen.

Great place to stay

This place is perfect for small family, we loved every second. It's got everything you need and in a perfect location, only 2 mins walk to the beach, restaurants and supermarket! The pool is amazing, my boys and I loved it (no shallow section in pool). The owners were very welcoming and told us everything we needed to know when we arrived and were easily contactable if we had any other questions. I would highly recommend staying here!

Wohnung modern, gut und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Pool schön. Eigentümer sehr nett. Einziges Problem sind die sehr zahlreichen Mücken in Garten und Poolbereich. Strand (5Min) mit etwas aufgeschüttetem Sand, am Wasser Kies (Schuhe mitnehmen!), gut, Wasser herrlich, Atmosphäre sehr ungezwungen und familiär. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im sehr nahen Geant-Supermarkt bestens.

Great Location and Amazing Hosts

Our hosts were amazing. They were very accommodating and speak English very well which was very convenient since we don't speak French. Upon arrival, they gave us a tour of the property and stocked the fridge with water, juice, champagne and fresh homemade strawberry cake that was delicious. They've provided pamphlets for local restaurants and sightseeing adventures. The property itself provided everything we needed for our stay. Our 10 year old slept on the pull-out sofa bed and our two youngest slept in the single beds in the bedroom. All rooms are air conditioned and the beds comfortable. All linens are provided and were fresh and clean. The walk-in shower was perfect and provided enough hot water for all five of us to shower. A coffee machine, washer/dryer, four-burner cook top/oven, microwave, gas bbq grill and refrigerator are provided. The coffee machine is a 'pod' type machine with a large variety of teas and coffees available. The pool is heated and perfect for swimming any time of year. You can easily transition from the pool to lounge chairs outside. After a long day of sightseeing or at the beach, the kids were always excited to go back to the pool. Also, there is ample private parking space behind the remote controlled gate. The location of the property is great, located on a quiet street and very close to a supermarket that has everything you need for your stay. The beach is a short five minute walk with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Five Stars for the property and the hosts. We are planning on returning again next year.

super séjour surtout en famille, commerces de proximité et plages a moins de 5 minutes à pied. Nice et Antibes à 10 min, Monaco à 30 minutes. Appartement, piscine et extérieur excellent. Peut être un peu trop d'ombre dans le jardin avec beaucoup d'arbres qui bloquent le soleil et literie à revoir. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Appartement en tous points fidèle au descriptif du propriétaire. Très bien situé. Espace extérieur très bien aménagé et piscine chauffée couverte, un vrai plus! Magnifique plage au bout de la rue, avec du sable et pas uniquement des galets, ce qui est gai avec des enfants et plutôt rare dans ce coin de la côte d'azur. Plein de petites attentions des propriétaires pour accueillir les vacanciers. Une adresse à garder, indéniablement.

We had our best holiday ever here. Made to feel very welcome by the owners. Lovely little touches that you don't get in most rentals like bath robes & bathroom products, they had even made us a cherry flan which was delicious. The house has everything you need. The swimming pool & jacuzzi are wonderful, clean & warm. Just a 10 min walk from a family friendly sandy beach with a large supermarket near by. The owners organised a taxi to Nice airport for us which only cost €30. We don't drive and it was perfect for us & our two small children. Cannot recommend highly enough, we will return.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour: Le logement est en tout point conforme à la description, propre et idéalement situé (au calme; plage , commerces de proximité et restaurants accessibles sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture ). La piscine intérieure est un vrai plus qui a beaucoup plus aux enfants. Les propriétaires nous ont accueilli chaleureusement (avec des petits produits locaux en cadeaux de bienvenue). Ils sont de bons conseils pour les sorties et restent très discrets tout en étant disponibles (et très réactifs) en cas de besoin . Bref...tout était parfait !! Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Nous sommes restés une semaine au Mois de juillet avec nos jumelles de 7 ans. L’accueil d'Eric et de Sarah ont étés exemplaires et d'un très grand professionnalisme. Ils ont étés de très bon conseil tout au long de notre séjour et au petit soin avec nous. L'appartement est conforme à la description ainsi que la piscine. C'est à dire Parfait!!!! Concernant l'environnement , c'est encore parfait C'est un des meilleurs emplacement de Villeneuve-Loubet. Restaurants à pieds , centre commercial à Pied , Pharmacie et Plages!!!! Aucun Bruit!!!!! Nous avons séjourné dans d'autres endroits et nous n'avons pas été aussi bien sur la cote d'azur. Le prix de la location est raisonnable par rapport aux prestations. Nous cherchons un défaut à la location , nous n'en avons pas encore trouvé. Nous serons donc obligés de revenir :-)))) Merci à vous Sarah et Eric et à bientôt!!!!!

Superbe séjour

Comme l'an dernier tout est simplement parfait et conforme aux photos ... La maison est proche de la mer et en même temps au calme. Tout est fait pour passer un séjour merveilleux ... La maison est super bien équipée ... airco télé partout ... bbq .... et la piscine est bien entretenue et d'une chaleur constante ... un vrai régal ...Les propriétaires sont discrets et super gentils ... A tous ceux qui me lisent je ne dirais qu'une seule chose foncez vous ne le regretterez pas ... quant à moi je vous à l'année prochaine et un grand merci à vous pour l’accueil et votre gentillesse.

Un véritable havre de paix

Très bon accueil des propriétaires. La maison est parfaite, propre er tres bien equipee, vraiment identique aux photos de l annonce, a deux pas de la plage et des commerces. Piscine et jardin très agréable. Je recommande cette location sans hesiter!

Ottima soluzione forse preferibile in primavera

La casa in cui abbiamo soggiornato si trova in una villetta indipendente con giardino, l'appartamento al primo piano ed e' molto bello come da foto: arredi moderni e minimal chic, ottima pulizia dei locali, completo di tutto in cucina e con elementi fondamentali per chi ha un bimbo piccolo: lettino, vaschetta e seggiolone. La posizione e'strategica in quanto e'vicina a tutto: Antibes, Cannes, Nizza...I signori sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno accolto con deliziosa frutta secca e prodotti da bagno dell'Occitane. Unico neo: la piscina si trova al piano terra (noi non l'avevamo capito da questo annuncio) per cui per usufruirne bisogna uscire dall'appartamento, scendere le scale ed entrare in questo locale separato. Non e' quindi comodo soprattutto in inverno con dei bambini, pertanto consigliamo di soggiornarvi in primavera o estate. complessivamente siamo contenti e speriamo di tornarci in una stagione più mite.
