The house and location were amazing! We had a few issues with the hot tub, but the host was great about communicating and responding to our questions and needs. We’d definitely book again in the future.

Beautiful house, great location. We had a large family getaway (10 adults and, 6 children), there was plenty of room for everyone. All the amenities that were included covered everything for infants and toddlers. Don’t hesitate to rent this beautiful home.

We were a group of 16 girlfriends who stayed the weekend and just had fun together and got to know each other better. The house was perfect for us - enough beds and bathrooms and the living room area was big enough for all of us to be together. We used the extra table and chairs - so nice that they are provided. The island in the kitchen was ideal for serving food.We like that it’s close to the overflow parking area and the golf cart came in handy for trips to the beach. I would highly recommend this house.

Great space for our family to gather. Tricia, the host, and as very responsive to all our questions. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the amenities of the Beachwalk community, kayaking, paddleboard & beach volleyball.

We had the best time at Royal retreat! Multiple families of all ages and space for everyone. Tricia was the best host, always responded promptly and provided everything we needed. We can't wait to return!

Great space to have a family or friend gathering! Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms so people can spread out if they want, but a beautiful front porch, backyard area with a hot tub, and located in a walkable area.

This is an absolutely gorgeous home that is meticulously cared for. The kitchen was a joy to cook in and was well-stocked with cookware, utensils, and dinnerware. The hot tub was a treat at the end of the day and made us all feel relaxed. We loved the entire Beachwalk community and all it has to offer, even in the spring season! We could not imagine recommending this property more highly and look forward to returning someday soon. Thank you!
