A gorgeous view, total relaxation, peace and tranquility all in a cute little cabin tucked in the mountains. Has everything you need and is a great hub to lots of hiking and waterfalls, which is what we were there for. Can’t beat the price, we would definitely recommend and come back ourselves the next time opportunity presents itself. Loved it!

A true mountain lake cabin.....Marilyn and Kent could NOT have been more accommodating...We arrived a bit early and just as soon as the cabin was ready, Marilyn texted us and we were able to enter early. The location is stellar....Right on the lake...the breeze was delightful. The cabin was immaculate. Plenty of room for your things.Well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable beds and plenty of HOT water.Close to Oconee SP and many other hiking trails. The pictures do NOT do it justice....Three separate decks outside, plus a private dock for swimming and boating...non motorized boats and Marilyn and Kent had plenty of them for your use. We would NOT hesitate to return to their tranquil paradise.

A wonderful place to stay it was clean and had everything could possibly need and if you was incredible. The host was very nice she helped us with check in since I had trouble getting an email and even allowed us to check in a little early. They were very kind. The only thing I didn't like was the grill. We absolutely loved everything else

We had the best weekend getaway at this wonderful cabin on the lake. The cabin was clean, comfortable and cozy. It brought back memories of visiting a family cabin when I was a child. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals. The floor to ceiling windows in the front make you feel like you were outside. There were so many deck spaces...if you wanted to be in the shade or sun, sitting in a chair relaxing or eating at table....it had it all. The lake was wonderfull and we enjoyed floating around all weekend. Unfortunately, we ran out of time to enjoy the kayaks. (next visit!) Wahalla is only about 15-20 minutes away with some restaurants we love. The hosts reached out to us to check in a week before, the day we arrived and while we were there to make sure everything was good. Highly, highly reccommend! We will be back!
