The Seaview Cottage at Olivia Beach is located in the charming neighborhood of Olivia Beach in Lincoln City, Oregon. This charming cottage offers a reverse living floor plan and a beautiful Ocean view from the top level that features the kitchen, dining room, living room and spacious upper deck. There are additional Ocean Views from the second/main level lower deck, as well as from the Master Bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms.

Our beautiful and charming home features a gorgeous vaulted ceiling with exposed wood beam, hardwood floors, wainscoting, crown moulding, slab granite counters in the kitchen as well as all bathrooms and wet bar. There are two fireplaces, two spacious decks with Ocean Views as well as a private hot tub with Ocean View.

Olivia Beach is a premier neighborhood in Lincoln City that has been featured on both HGTV and Sunset Magazine and is just feet from the Pacific Ocean. The Seaview Cottage at Olivia Beach is located immediately next to the Heated Outdoor Pool and on-site Exercise Room. We are a short walk to Olivia Beach's Central Park that includes a children's play structure, large open grass space, community grill, Nature Area, community fire pit and sand volleyball court.

From the Seaview Cottage at Olivia Beach you are also a short walk to the ocean with beach access via the Olivia Beach stairs. From the top of the stairs you get a terrific view of the ocean below! With exactly 113 stairs to reach the sand, it can also be a great work out! However, if you prefer not to walk and would like to drive you can gain flat public beach access at Canyon Drive Park which is a very short 5 minute drive from Seaview Cottage between 11th & Coast Ave. Once you are on the beach we are extremely close to some of the most amazing tide pools and lots of wide open spaces for building sand castles or just walking with your toes in the sand.

Our home can accommodate 8 adults or 6 adults traveling with up to 4 children under the age of 12. We are ideally suited to multi generational/family vacations - grandparents traveling with adult children and grandchildren.

We have 4 bedrooms:
Basement Bedroom: King Size Bed = 2
Master Bedroom: King Size Bed = 2
Ocean View Guest Room: Queen Size Bed = 2
Bunk Room: Twin Bed over Full Bed over Full Trundle = 4-5 **depending on age and size of children.

Because our three story home features a reverse living floorplan for our ocean views, there are quite a few stairs. We offer baby gates to help keep toddlers and children safe.

Our home is family friendly and includes free wifi.
