The apartment is large (110 square meters) with 2 double bedrooms with King size beds (2 extra single beds can be added if needed, there is a small extra fee), a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and a bathroom.

The apartment is located in a central position very easy to reach and very well connected to every part of the city. There is the vaporetto (water bus) stop of "Riva de Biasio" at less than 1 minute from the apartment.

The apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Just a few minutes from the apartment. At the same time in the main attractions (Rialto, San Marco, Frari, Ghetto, etc.) are walking distance.

For each guest we provide:

The owner cancelled with less than 12 hours notice. Terrible. No attempt to support our stay with alternative locations. Poor communication leading up to stay. Should have trusted my judgement and cancelled earlier. Don’t trust this residence.

Easy and spacious 2 room/2 bath apartment

This apartment in Venice was a great location on a quiet street with small bars and restaurants right around the corner. Spacious bedrooms with 2 king size beds and 1 single. 2 large bathrooms with large living room and comfortable couches. Would book again!

Perfect location to explore Venice

We stayed in this charming property during our stay in Venice. The ideal location was a short walk to all the major city sites. The apartment is charming, and we were mesmerized by the beautiful wood beams on the ceiling. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nice, clean, easy stay

We enjoyed the apartment and the location was easy enough to get to all parts of Venice. Very clean and nicely decorated- comfortable lounge area was a plus! I don’t recall steps in the listing, but it’s good to know you have to climb a flight of stairs to get into the place. Only a pain on day 1 and the last day with luggage of course. Also the drink shop on the corner was noisy until about 11pm each night. Exterior window shutters helped to keep noise out.

Comfortable home

Constante was very good at giving us all the information we needed to meet his assistant who let us into the apartment early to drop off our luggage before check in. The apartment was clean and comfortable for four adults and we were happy it had a/c. Beds were very comfortable as well.

Great Apartment

We loved our stay in Venice @ Costante’s, the apartment was quirky , so well stocked, clean & comfy. There are 2 flights of stairs , which weren’t a problem for us, but others possibly should be aware of. Close to Vaporetta stop @ Riva de Biasio, on line 51 & 52 , making it so easy to get around Venice without getting lost. Just loved this place, highly recommended

Great location

Great location located just a few steps from the vaporetto dock. The owner was extremely helpful and flexible when our flight got cancelled and delayed. He also helped us correspond with airline when our luggage was lost. The only issue was a very small amount of hot water in the shower. It was ok because of the heat in the summer but it colder times of the year it would definitely be a problem.

Great location

Excellent location. Close to the train and waterbus station. Size of unit was great. The only negative was the smell, which seemed to come from the one bathroom/toilet. The window was open when we arrived, and after being here for a day, we realized why! One other issue was the one shower didn’t drain well, and when my child came out, the water that was pooled in shower leaked out, which used up almost all of our towels to clean up. Not sure if the drain needed cleaning or what! Overall, great stay though. Would recommend!

The apartment was very quaint and nicely decorated. The 2 flights of stairs up was very difficult with luggage. Our only complaint is someone was supposed to meet us to take us to the apartment and was NOT! Thank god the porter service Diallo knew where to take us and our luggage otherwise we would have been completely lost and not know where to go. God bless Diallo he saved us!

Riva de Biasio/ Grand Canal

Working with Costante was extremely easy. Very responsive and patient despite our arrival t8me changing multiple times. His rep met us at the Vaporetto stop and the apt is literally a 2-3 min walk. Apt was clean, beds comfortable. Highly recommend his place! If you are used to US coffee makers like us we brought our own Starbucks packets and creamer singles. It was good enough to get the engine going! Not an instant coffee fan but this worked for the 4 mornings we were there. We never cooked in as we toured and ate all meals out but there appears to be ample supply of dishes, pots & pans, utensils, glasses. You will need to bring all your food staples in yourself and there is a supermarket very close by. If you plan on utilizing the Vaporetto, this stop has no ticket purchase so plan ahead in Piazzale Roma (the last point of drop off for taxi’s & buses. We mostly walked the Island to reach our tour meeting points. You will get in your steps, no problem. Again, we enjoyed our time in Venice and the home base Costante’s apt provided us. Thank you Costante,🙏

I would not recommend. Things to know:1. Directions to apartment are not clear.2. If you have large luggage know there are several flights of stairs.3. The furniture is dirty.4. No paper towels and very limited toilet paper.5. Towels are super thin & rough. No hand towels in kitchen or bathroom.6. Very limited checkout instructions.7. WiFi password is long & easy to mess up. Took awhile to connect, then won’t stay connected. Drops constantly. Could only use phone in living room.8. Communication with the host is zero. I was in contact with them until we got to apartment. After that I sent multiple messages about WiFi, garbage, and how to get to airport. No response. 9. Extremely loud. There are several restaurants and bars below so you not only hear noise from patrons but also the restaurant. Basically from 6:30am or 7:00am until midnight it’s loud in the apartment. Bring a sound machine.10. It’s in a really residential neighborhood so to get to San Marco square you will have about a 25 min walk.

I only filled out the rating on some of the categories because I was required to. The host canceled on us the morning we were to arrive. I had sent multiple messages to the host and never heard back from them. The morning of the reservation I made a phone call to the number listed, got a voicemail and left a message and only then did I find a text message in the inbox saying they were canceling that day due to plumbing problems. I never once had a personal message from the host. It was an automatic acceptance when I requested to stay, I asked a question about transportation in August that was never responded to and I sent numerous messages as the day I had reserved got closer with no response whatsoever from the host.

PLEASE READ!! DO NOT BOOK THIS RENTAL. What a joke. We booked this 3 month in advance and the host cancelled 45 minutes AFTER we arrived in Venice!!!! Left us stranded at 7:30pm at night with no place to stay. We were devastated.

The location and communication with the owner were excellent. The only catch is the listing included a 51" LED SMART TV. The unit had no such equipment. When I inquired about the 51" LED TV, the owner informed me that he had decided to use it in another location.
