La Terrace is an exclusive apartment with views of La Zurriola Beach and it has an amazing terrace of 36 sqm with a amazing panoramic view of the sea and the Kursaal Palace. It is located in Gros, which is a popular neighbourhood in San Sebastian, famous among surfers and with great cultural entertainment options, such as the Jazz Festival or the Film Festival. It is situated only 5 minutes away from the Old Town and the city centre.
The apartment has been partially remodelled using first rate materials and furniture and it is completely equipped.
