The LV Premier Chiado Apartments CH8 is a 2-bedroom apartment with a small but very functional bathroom, located in the elegant Chiado neighborhood. The recently renovated apartment features a contemporary decoration and accommodates a maximum of 6 people. It has 3 large windows facing a quiet courtyard parallel to the bustling pedestrian Rua do Carmo. It has a living area with a generous open kitchen, a spacious and comfortable living room with a large TV and dining area. The bathroom is bright and modern with a shower. The building has 2 elevators. It has Air Conditioning and heating. It is the perfect option to discover Lisbon! We accept Pets (subject to a fee of 35€).
Please note: Unit is equipped with electronic locks. In person, assisted check-in between 10 PM and 8 AM - there is a supplement of 60 euros. Stays longer than 9 nights include weekly cleaning. Apartment located on a pedestrian street, and the closest point a car can reach is 50 meters from the entrance. There is paid public parking / garages 5 minutes walking distance. Fantastic location
The location is the best aspect of the property. It is on a brighty, buzzy, safe street, perfectly connected for exploring the most interesting areas of wonderful Lisbon. The apartment is functional rather than luxurious and smaller than it appears in the images. The bathroom is cramped and, when we were there, a bit smelly. That said, everything worked,, it was clean and we (myself, wife and 11 Yr old daughter) managed fine and our stay in Lisbon was one of our best city breaks. Communication and administration were excellent.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. As the unit faces the patio, sometimes, it gets less ventilated than normal. The apartment s indeed fully equipped and one of the few in the area with Air Conditioned and in an elevator building. The feedback we get consistently is that it is good value.

Great Location
Great location. Clean comfortable apartment. Good facilities. Would have preferred fresh towels daily but there is a washer and dryer in the apartment. Would stay again.
