This house is within walking distance of Disneyland, Downtown Disney, and the Anaheim Convention Center. It is on a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood. You can see and faintly hear Disneyland from the property. You have a perfect front row view of the fireworks at night. Sit on the porch and enjoy the show. The back yard is fully enclosed and has a 4 hole miniature golf course. Great to keep the kiddos corralled and entertained. Four bedroom house great for kids.

Great Family Stay

This property met all of our needs for the 4 adults and 3 kids. The space was nice and usable, the location was perfect for our Disneyland park days, overall it was a fabulous experience. Some of the kitchen appliances(toaster and coffee pot) could use updating but it didn’t detract from our trip. We would happily stay at this location again!

This house was wonderful for our trip to Disneyland and California Adventure. Our kids loved the rooms, we have 3 girls and 2 boys and the accommodations were perfect. I believe the mini golf in the back yard was as big of a highlight as was the amusement parks. We were so grateful for all of the stroller options available to us! It was a great stay.

The Kids loved the place, lots to keep them occupied. For the adults it had everything you could possibly need to cook, drink, eat, etc. The washer and dryer were great went home with clean clothes. Definitely one of the better places I have stayed.

Great group trip house!

We were in town for an event at the Anaheim Convention center. Thos house is perfectly located for such events. It can serve 2-3 small families pretty comfortably.

Great Disney vacation property

Great space for families with grandparents going to Disneyland. The bedroom away from the kids bedroom is a great grandparent room and the kids loved the themed kids rooms. Comfortable and quiet house with amazing views of the fireworks from Disney. Owner was very communicative and seems to go above and beyond.

Amazing stay! The house is beautiful and well equipped. Our kids loved the playhouse and toys. The beds are comfortable and I really appreciated the extra towels and blankets. The drive to Disney is super short and convenient. My only complaint is the coffee maker. It didn't have the correct coffee filters and made bad tasting coffee.

Nice place, close to Disney

We stayed in summer 2025 with parents, grandparents and our three kids. The house was great for a Disney trip. Comfortable beds, well kept, good air conditioner for hot days. There were several strollers available to choose from in the garage as well as some beach toys. It’s definitely walkable via Magic Way, but we paid for parking simply because we have a toddler and wanted to come back for afternoon naps. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Checkin and out was smooth and simple, no crazy requirements for cleanup, just a few basics which I appreciate. Great experience.

Perfect for families

Perfect for our family of 6. The house is exactly like the pictures and even better!! They have everything you need for children. My kids loved the play area and themed rooms. It was a 15 minute walk to Disney. The beds were comfy and I loved that they had extra outlets in the rooms for all things that need charging and plugging in. We would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again.

Family Disney Trip

We stayed for 4 nights in February for our kids first Disney trip. Location worked perfectly for what we were looking for. It was roughly a 20 min walk to park entrance which we did both there and back home at night. The first night we walked to Downtown Disney for dinner. The kids had bunk beds and it fit our family of four perfectly. The kids had fun with the Frozen and ride in toys. Nice and easy for our family of 4!

Home away from home

This is an amazing place to stay! Our family visited Disney during one of the heaviest rainfall weeks on record and having this place to come back to absolutely saved our trip. We loved the large kitchen, ample sleeping spaces, toys and books for the littles, and the full size washer and dryer! Communication with our host was fantastic and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. My kids keep asking me when we get to go back to our California home. ❤️

We were so happy to stay at this rental near Disneyland. The home is well laid out with ample rooms for a healthy number of guests. The great room was a wonderful gathering place for our large family. We spent several hours a day in this space comfortably discussing plans as well as recapping the day's events. The details of this home are exceptional. We found many necessary supplies were well stocked far above the typical rental saving us time and money. We would definitely stay in a home from this renter. They really know how to make their guests feel welcomed and cared for.

Pictures don’t give it justice

I can’t say enough about this incredible find. It is much larger than it looks in the pictures. It was more than adequate for 7 of us, grandparents, parents & teens. It is everything they say and more. Big, clean, very comfy, & fun. The master bed was very comfortable (important to me as I have a bad back), the couch was large & comfy, the location was great, of course, & it’s set in a nice & quiet neighborhood. I’ve earmarked this for any time I’m in Anaheim with several people.I could go on & on, lol, suffice to say, I highly recommend. Do keep in mind the kids beds are a bit thin for a large teen, but depending on how many people you have, you can double them up.

My Ohana had an awesome time and quite close to Disneyland. Was easier getting into park from downtown Disney, hopping onto Tram and right into Tomorrowland. Lines to enter park not as crowded entering park this way. Walked few times to/from house, other times Ubered. Everything nearby- grocery stores, restaurants etc. Robert was very accommodating- we are from Hawaii and requested a rice cooker which was on counter when we arrived! Very thankful and appreciated that nice gesture. Enjoyed watching fireworks and playing mini golf. Would definitely stay here again if ever going back to Disneyland with a large group. Neighborhood very safe, quiet and clean. Aloha and Mahalo!!

We enjoyed this house

Overall the property was great. The beds were pretty comfortable compared to other rental properties, the location was good, it was clean, the large couch was great for us, our kids, our friends, and their kids, the stroller options were great, and there were plenty of plates and cups for our needs. The checkout requirements are simple, nothing crazy. The kids rooms are large enough for their stuff and the bunk beds w/ trundles make for tons of sleeping areas.The water heater has sediment buildup so it will make popping noises, so something to be aware of if you are wondering what those sounds are.One issue we had is that one of the pack n' plays does not fully lock properly, so it wasn't usable; however, the other worked as expected and we only needed one. So if you need two, unless the other is replaced, you may need to bring one with you.Overall, we enjoyed the house and all the extra things like the stroller options which made our Disney trip much easier.

I was born and raised here in Southern California. My parents used to take us kids to Disneyland and I remember it being the greatest event ever. It was hard to sleep the night before. We would go early in the morning and stay until the park closed to maximize our tickets. When the park opened we would ride all the 'good' rides first because the lines were shorter. As the day wore on we would have lunch. My mom used to pack us lunch to save money. Then we would go on more rides up until the park closed. In the last few hours the crowds would thin out again and we would try to hit all the rides that had long lines during the day. It was always a marathon day, but I still remember vividly bits and pieces of those special moments. Disneyland and the beach - those are the two things that were always the most fun growing up here in Southern California. And they still are today.

Why they chose this property

It took me a year before I finally found this property. It is so close to Disney that the Disneyland Hotel fills up your view. When I saw that the fireworks could be seen from every part of this corner lot home, I knew this would make a great home to bring families together and enjoy the magic. It is just spectacular.
