The structure, almost new, located in a neighboring estate with the beach and 'reached along a tree-lined avenue running through the countryside for about 100 meters; there is a second access to the sea, also traveled by car in two minutes, leading to the cliff. The beach and 'very large, quiet and wild. You can spend the holiday in complete tranquility in the private garden or in the common areas that are inside the bottom where it is pleasant to admire fabulous sunsets, or walk among the citrus groves and in the country. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are located about 1.5 km; Cefalu is 5 km.

Tolles Haus - richtig zum Geniessen!

Das in einem "Villenquartier" gelegene Haus ist gut und zweckmĂ€ssig eingerichtet (KĂŒchenutensilien eher spĂ€rlich, aber i.O.) und mit den zwei Veranden und der Dachterrasse findet man zu jeder Tageszeit einen geeigneten Platz zum Sein. Ein schöner Sandstrand ist zu Fuss in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben es sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Mit seinen 3 Terrassen hatten wir die unterschiedlichsten Möglichkeiten draußen zu sein. Von der Dachterrasse konnten wir das Meer sehen. Genial. Insgesamt ist das Objekt sehr gepflegt. Das KĂŒcheninventar war eher dĂŒrftig.

Great location

Rental was clean, quiet and spacious, and location was ideal: 15-20 minute drive to Cefalu, close to a grocery store and minutes from a great local restaurant. Beach was a short walk away on a private road. And upper terrace was perfect for watching sunsets. Residence was tricky to find, and we had some miscommunication between us and host’s representative. But part of that was the language barrier, as she spoke limited English and we spoke limited Italian. As well, A VRBO In Italy is a bit different we learned than In USA. We were responsible for all basic supplies:laundry soap, water ( after initial bottle, as water was not potable,soap etc.Overall, a positive experience.

Ongezellig interieur met fel licht. Bedden vrij hard en kleine douche. Terras prima, maar stoelen niet zo comfortabel. Luxe keuken met alle benodigdheden.

Die Dachterrasse ist genial.

Saisonende? Die Wohnung könnte sauberer sein, Besteck, Geschirr und Kochutensilien dĂŒrftig bzw. - sollte man komplett austauschen - rostige Geschirrablage, Außenmöbel reparaturbedĂŒrftig, der Vermieter ist bemĂŒht und sehr freundlich. WĂ€nde karg, Bilder wĂ€ren nicht schlecht. Zugang zum Meer sehr schön, Lage ruhig, SupermĂ€rkte um die Ecke, 2 km. Insgesamt wirkt die Wohnung auf den Bildern stylischer als sie wirklich ist. Gib Gas Giuseppe. Insgesamt aber zu empfehlen.

ein guter Ort um zu entspannen und ausflĂŒge zu unternehmen

Die Ausstattung der KĂŒche ist ein Punkt der leider nicht zur Zufriedenheit beitrĂ€gt. zu wenig Geschirr und KochgerĂ€te. Die Betten sind gut, die Klimaanlage ganz wichtig und gut. Auch die Dusche im Außenbereich ist phantastisch. Die Terrassen geben zu den Tageszeiten guten Schatten.

Beautiful view and perfect location

This villa was truly perfect. It's a couple of minutes walk from the beach, and 30 seconds from the road (although you wouldnt know it). The villa has a lovely open plan design and a roof terrace that gives you spectacular evening views of the sunset. I might still change my mind about leaving this review to keep this gem to myself!

Entspannt zwischen Meer und Madonie

Zwei wunderbare Wochen rund um Ostern in einem großzĂŒgig geschnittenen villenĂ€hnlichen Appartement mit Meer- und Bergblick in alle Richtungen, kurzer Fußweg zum Strand und 5 km vom wunderschönen Cefalu entfernt. AusflĂŒge in die Madonie sehr beeindruckend in dieser frĂŒhsommerlichen Vegetation. Giuseppe kĂŒmmert sich sehr freundlich, wenn noch etwas Entsprechendes anfĂ€llt.
