3 km from the city center, in a quiet environment, charming villa with swimming pool (8x4m), on 4000m² of wooded land, large shaded terrace with views of the village of Saignon, 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and possibility additional beds for children in an alcove adjoining the living room.
It is a typically Provencal villa, made of thick stone walls, a large wrought iron bay opens onto the terrace to the south. The old terracotta floors, the stone fireplace that adorns the living room and the traditional plaster walls give the house lots of charm.

Wir haben uns im Haus und auf dem Grundstück sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, das offene Schlafzimmer und Bad im Obergeschoss großzügig, das Raumklima ausgezeichnet. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss ist nur über eines der beiden Schlafzimmer zu erreichen, was für uns aber unproblematisch war. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist beim ersten Mal tatsächlich etwas aufregend, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran und ein schöner Blick hat eben seinen Preis. Das Dorf Saignon, das man von der Terrasse aus sieht ist übrigens wunderschön und das Restaurant "Un jardin sur le toit" eine absolute Empfehlung. Die Terrasse ist sehr großzügig und gut beschattet, der Pool erfrischend. Die Katzenklappe im Fenster beim Klavier haben wir geschlossen, weil unser Hund kein Katzenfreund ist. Daher haben wir keinen toten, sondern nur einen lebenden Gecko im Haus gehabt. Das ist die Provence und der Luberon. Die Kommunikation mit Jean-Michel, einem übrigens großartigen Fotographen (Künstler) was zahlreiche Fotographien im Haus belegen, war perfekt und unkompliziert.

Ferienhaus mit Potential in schöner Gegend

Wir haben im Juni diesen Jahres zu viert zwei Wochen in diesem Haus in Apt verbracht. Das Haus liegt etwa 100 Höhenmeter über der Stadt und ist über eine steile Straße zu erreichen. Die letzten etwa 300m von der Grundstücksgrenze zum Haus führen über einen teils steilen Schotterweg mit tiefen Spurrinnen und Schlaglöchern. Hier ist definitiv ein Fahrzeug mit höherer Bodenfreiheit anzuraten. Das Haus selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Fotos geben teilweise nicht die tatsächliche Einrichtung wieder. Sofern es Abweichungen gibt, dann leider zum schlechteren. Es wirkt alles etwas lieblos. Das Haus hat zwar Betten für 6 Personen allerdings gibt es drinnen nur 4 Stühle am Tisch oder 4 Liegen am Pool (die auch deutlich schlechter sind als auf den Fotos). Die Hängematte existiert gar nicht. Leider ist auch die Beschattung der Terrasse so sonnendurchlässig, dass man dort Mittags allenfalls einen Halbschatten vorfindet. Die direkten Nachbarn haben zahlreiche Hunde welche, sofern man zu Fuß das Grundstück verlässt, bellend angerannt kommen. Einen Zaun gibt es hier nicht. Es ist zwar nichts passiert, aber es war trotzdem immer unangenehm. Auf der Wiese rund um Haus und Pool findet sich viel Hundekot. Ebenfalls störend waren einige streunende Katzen. Eine schwarze Katze kam eines Nachts im 1. Stock! durch das Fenster während wir geschlafen haben und hinterließ neben einem Schrecken auch noch einen toten Gecko. Der Vermieter ist allerdings sehr nett.

Très bon séjour.

Nous avons séjourné dans une très agréable maison, au calme et près de tout. Très belle vue sur Saignon, de la terrasse, avec de magnifiques couchers de soleil. La piscine en ces grosses chaleurs a été un gros plus. La communication avec le propriétaire, très sympathique, est fluide. Bref, top.

Merveilleux - wunderbar

Haus mit wundervoller Atmosphäre und sehr guter Aufteilung. Toll ausgestattet und "deutsch"-supersauber. Großes Grundstück mit sehr schönem Blick auf Saignon und direkt vom Haus aus Anschluss an diverse Wanderrouten. Total unkompliziert mit Hunden und sehr nettem Gastgeber. Danke, Jean-Michel.
