Wonderful location only a short drive to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. Place was clean and roomy. Our kids loved the pool and arcade game rooms. We loved the music and bar by the pool! They also have a movie room, a play ground, and mini golf but we did not have time to enjoy that. We would definitely stay there again.

We had 3 generations of our family staying together and enjoying Colonial Williamsburg and the surrounding attractions. Staying in this condo was light years better than staying at a hotel. Nice big dining table to eat meals together; all the kitchen amenities whether we had delivery or cooked for ourselves. Plenty of towels, extra blankets and such. Washer & dryer were great since we stayed for almost a week. Definitely would stay here again.

Had 10 guests in 2 condos. Property was able to put us in the same building - worked out great! Clean and nice layout. We had a great stay and nice amenities. Played pickleball (2 courts) and spent time in all 3 pools!

We had 2 units that were adjoining which was perfect for us. The furniture was dated and not real comfortable but the beds were great. The dishwashers didn’t clean very well and ended up hand washing. No big deal really. Location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Enjoyed the pool and fire pit in the evening. Would stay again if we were traveling to that area. No doubt!

The place was quiet and clean, lots of amenities for kids. The check in took us about 45 mins, long line out the door, that was the only hiccup. I would totally stay there again.
