This incredible condo is available for rent at an affordable price! The resort is less than a mile away from Historic Williamsburg. The resort has 2 outdoor swimming pools, a indoor swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub. Amenities available with the condo rental are use of the exercise room, pools, hot tub, movie theater, picnic/BBQ area, game room, playground, miniature golf and two tennis courts.


The condo available for rent is a 3 bedroom 3 bath furnished lock off condo. A 3 bedroom 3 bath lock off condo is a 2 bedroom deluxe and 1 bedroom combined like an adjoining room. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a bathroom, the second bedroom has a king size bed, the third bedroom has a king size bed and the unit has two queen size sofa sleeper in each living room. The condo will have 2 living rooms with a balcony in the 2 bedroom unit. This unit is about 1,600 square feet.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The guest checking into the condo must be at least 21 years old.

We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

The resort requires a security deposit of $250.00 at check in.

The resort does collect a daily $13.00 amenities fee per condo.

We had 3 generations of our family staying together and enjoying Colonial Williamsburg and the surrounding attractions. Staying in this condo was light years better than staying at a hotel. Nice big dining table to eat meals together; all the kitchen amenities whether we had delivery or cooked for ourselves. Plenty of towels, extra blankets and such. Washer & dryer were great since we stayed for almost a week. Definitely would stay here again.

We had 2 units that were adjoining which was perfect for us. The furniture was dated and not real comfortable but the beds were great. The dishwashers didn’t clean very well and ended up hand washing. No big deal really. Location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Enjoyed the pool and fire pit in the evening. Would stay again if we were traveling to that area. No doubt!

Perfect place for a weekend of history and play

This was a perfect place for us--we loved having the kitchen as well as access to the pool/arcade. It was very quiet mid week before the weekend rush and it was very close to Busch/water country and Jamestown/williamsburg. I highly recommend!

A wonderful family getaway!

Our whole family absolutely loved our stay! The place was so clean and we all enjoyed all the activities! Our kids loved the pool and arcade! Our guys had a fun competition on the mini golf course! All the staff on property were helpful and friendly! We will be back!
