A mano y silencioso

En primer lugar , Cristina muy amable como recepcionista , al apartamento le faltaría algunos pequeños arreglos , ejemplo una luz de cortesía cuando entras , que se prenda por infrarrojo , una secadora de ropa , aunque tiene un pequeño balcón ,serrar un poquito las llaves escuadra del lavabo del baño , reparar el deposito del water y lo mas molesto es el ruido de los compresores de los aire acondicionado que están en el patio de luces , también digo que esta a mano de todo y no se escuchan ruidos de la ciudad , coches , gente , esta bien dentro de sus posibilidades .

Convenient Valencia apartment

Clean, comfortable, quiet, conveniently located apartment. I recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the center of the cit, close to the train station for day trips to other parts of the region.

Sehr sauber, super Lage, toller Vermieter

Das Appartment liegt sehr zentral im Herzen von Valencia. Nahezu alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Lediglich an's Meer und zum Flughafen muss man die Metro und Tram nehmen. Um das Appartment herum befinden sich viele Restaurants, Cafes und Bars. Dort kann man gut und preiswert essen. Das Appartment war sehr sauber und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein oder zwei Bilder an den Wänden würden es noch gemütlicher machen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, wir haben sie allerdings nur zum Frühstück genutzt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Er reagierte per WhatsAapp sofort und kümmerte sich umgehend um ein kleines "Problemchen". Er versorgte uns mit Tipps für die Anreise, zum Essengehen und was man unbedingt in Valencia gesehen haben sollte. Rundum können wir dieses Appartment nur empfehlen. Sollten wir noch einmal nach Valencia kommen, wird dies unsere erste Anlaufstelle sein. Vielen Dank dafür José.

Appartement idéalement situé

L'appartement est très bien situé pour visiter Valence à pieds. Nous avions loué des vélos pour nous balader dans les jardins du Turia et aller à la plage. Cristina et José sont très gentils et veulent que tout se passe pour le mieux. L'appartement est calme car situé dans une petite rue, proche des commerces, des lieux touristiques... Super contents de notre séjour.

Fonctionnel et très bien placé.

Très bon accueil des propriétaires avec tout ce qu'il faut dans l'appartement. Très fonctionnel et très bien placé, près de la mairie, de la vielle ville et des rues commerçantes. Pour aller plus loin les lignes de bus sont suffisantes. Pour le parking nous suggérons : Parking Avenida del Oeste, juste à coté et très abordable (prendre un abonnement).

Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Zentrum von Valencia und ist sehr gemütlich. Sie war für uns als kleine Familie. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und haben uns herzlich begrüßt.

Nette, sehr gut gelegene Wohnung mit sehr nettem Vermieter

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) wurden herzlich empfangen, die Wohnung ist funktional eingerichtet und hat eigentlich alles, was man so braucht (nur ein Geschirrspüler fehlt, aber da man ohnehin oft in den umliegenden Tapasbars unterwegs ist, nicht ganz so tragisch). Der Vermieter hat sogar das Nötigste für uns eingekauft (auch Spielzeug für die Kinder von zuhause mitgebracht!!!). Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut, nahe am Plaza del Ayuntamiento, aber dennoch für spanische Verhältnisse relativ ruhig, da in einer Seitenstraße gelegen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist auch gut, alles in allem eine klare Empehlung. Gerne wieder!
