Aintree (at the back of the courtyard to the left of the central arches) was once a stable, but is now more country house than cottage, let alone stable.
Master bedroom with king size four poster bed and ensuite bathroom – bath with shower over.
Two twin rooms with shared bathroom – bath with shower over.
Drawing room stencilled by Jocasta Innes, with views onto walled garden and courtyard, and French windows to terrace. Open fire.
Children’s den under stairs with cooker and toys and dressing up clothes.
Kitchen/dining room: Side by side, dining table and pine dresser, US style fridge-freezer, hob and oven, microwave, Belfast sink, dish washer, washer/dryer, dish rack. Door to paved arbour facing west with tables and chairs.
Terrace facing walled garden with garden furniture, umbrella and barbeque.
The cottage sleeps 6 in beds, with the option of adding 1 more cot or camp bed (6+1).
