Stylish and completely refurnished flat in the city center, in a classically modernistic building of the Eixample area. Ideally located, just a short walk away from Las Ramblas, Paseo de Gracia, Plaza España, and the Market of San Antoni. Enjoy a big variety of restaurants, shops, Spanish markets, bars and more in this quiet and safe neighborhood, most typical of Barcelona. Great comfort, high quality, top-design, and convenience all in one in this amazing flat with high ceilings, traditionally wood beams, wood floor. Spacious open-plan living area and dining room with balcony. Fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Master bedroom with large, double bed. Single bedroom with bunk beds. 1 complete Bathroom
* There is lift / elevator in the building (with few steps in the entrance hall)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Check-in from 15 p.m.
- Check-out before 11 a.m.
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
- Additional charges: Barcelona city tax 6.88€ per person per night (max 7 nights) Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 300€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.

Multi-generation Getaway

My parents, grandmother and I stayed in downtown Barcelona and this apartment was perfect! The check-in and out process was a breeze, the location was spectacular and the space was just was we needed. We loved this apartment!

Good location

The location is great. Pictures online makes it look bigger than what it is. View from balcony is not the best. There were two small roaches, one in the kitchen the other one in the bathroom. The neighborhood is perfect, a few minutes walk to La Rambla and Plaza Catalunya. Make sure you have all answers when checking in because it was difficult to get a hold of management.

Great stay in Barcelona!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Barcelona, and just fell in love with the city. We could see ourselves moving there some day. They took care of us from the time we landed. The driver they scheduled for us was waiting when we got off the plane. The location of the apartment was awesome - we could walk to everything - restaurant, shopping and all the sights. It was comfortable and inviting, and they took good care of us while we waited for check in. Lots of good advice on restaurants. Just one surprise - there is absolute no view from any of the windows - they all face into a rather dreary light shaft. But since we were mostly out and about due the day, and in the apartment after dark it wasn’t too big a deal.

Amazing location and great hosts!

Perfect location in the middle of the city! Great access to two metros and lots of great food and coffee all around! Just as listed and better!!!
