About this property

Pini apartment with large courtyard facing a beautiful pine forest

Beautiful large and spacious apartment, located on the ground floor and has a large courtyard of 60sqm and is surrounded by a beautiful pine forest. The interior is fresh and welcoming, the courtyard will give you the chance to enjoy the joy of living outdoors.
From the main gate leads directly into the large courtyard. On the left there is a shed with a table and benches that will allow you to eat outside. There are good places for relaxation, reading and sunbathing.
On the right of the same develops the apartment where the kitchen is that the rooms have windows facing the courtyard.
The price does not include sheets and towels, on request, 10 euros per person.
From November to March the costs of electricity, water, gas are extra to be paid according to consumption.

Comme nous l'avions espéré !!

Le choix de l'endroit s'était fait par rapport à la spécificité du séjour à 6 motos, nous y avons trouvé notre compte, tant en ce qui concerne le confort tout à fait appréciable, les équipements du logement, les nombreux rangements, l'espace disponible à l'extérieur, la petite allée/parking sécurisée, la proximité des commerces et restaurants, accessibles en quelques minutes à pied, tout comme la plage. Mention spéciale aussi à la propriétaire, toujours disponible et discrète!
