We are on a strip of land surrounded by the sea and 6 beautiful beaches reachable by foot. Our houses located in Cala Paradiso are surrounded by greenery and offer a nice privacy, silence and security of distance as required for the Covid19 emergency.
THE “CALETTA DI CALA PARADISO” WHICH IS 150 M away from the courtyard, HAS 3 SMALL BEACHES WITH PRIVATE ACCESS through a green paths passing through our village, you can use KAYAKs at your disposal and snorkel to find small coves and comfortable secluded rocks to lie and enjoy the sun.

WE WILL TAKE YOU WITH OUR ZODIAC TO THE MANY ISLANDS nearby, where we can drop you and allow you to spend the amount of time you need to enjoy the location away from crowded beaches.
In the scenario you can take your boat to Sardinia or you want to rent one, you have THE PRIVILEGE OF HAVING A BOAT PLACE UNDER THE HOUSE just 150 m away from your door. Special discounts under availability.

A large window frames the Tavolara Island Protected Marine Park and the Molara Island, an INCREDIBLE SEA VIEW that characterises the whole house. The Veranda is furnished from breakfast to dinner.
In front of the veranda there is a unfenced garden for private use. A large Mediterranean scrub surrounds the whole village up to the beaches.

The C5 house has an excellent Wi-Fi service.
The house can accommodate 8 people: 2 double bedroom+1 double or twin bedroom on the mezzanine and here 2 single beds can be added, living room with sea view, 2 bathroom with shower.

 Exclusive proposals for dinghy to make our guests' stay special: look for Youtube videos of our son Mattia Holm: trips or transfers starting from the beach below the house to reach the islands of the Marine Park of Tavolara, the Due Mari beach on Tavolara or the natural pools of Molara or on The Flat Rocks; it is possible to stay the desired time for a swim, snorkel, underwater photos or a climbing of medium ease on the peaks of the island of Tavolara or among the ruins of a Romanesque church on the island of Molara.

Beautifully located with access to wonderful beaches (car is a must). The complex while full of residences gives one a sense of seclusion. The house feels quaint and country, full of tradition. The host was wonderful, answered all questions and was very welcoming.

Great holiday

The house is little but very cosy with a beautiful garden with an amazing view of the sea and Tavolara island. Our host Stefania and her husband made sure from the very first day we had everything we needed always with great kindness. We absolutely recommend the boat trip organised by them to the islands Tavolara and Molara!

Cala Paradiso (Bungalow C5)

Wir waren in der Hauptsaison Anfang August 2024 im Ferienhaus von Stefania. Der Bungalow liegt in einer Ferienanlage bestehend aus ca. 30 weiteren Häusern. Bekanntermaßen ist Sardinen im August extrem voll, nach 10 Uhr sind die meisten Strände bereits gnadenlos überfüllt. Die Gastgeberin Stefania ist sehr nett und jederzeit sehr gut zu erreichen. Bei Fragen steht sie jederzeit zur Verfügung. Die von ihr für ihre Gäste angebotene 4 stündige Bootstour auf die Nachbarinseln (240€) können wir wärmstens weiter empfehlen - 5 Sterne Die Lage Die Ferienanlage bzw der Bungalow liegt direkt am Meer, ca. 150 m Fußweg zu einer kleinen Bucht. Die Bucht ist kaum besucht, bzw gehört zur Ferienanlage, ist aber leider ohne Sandstrand. Ein 2er Kajak steht dort für die Mieter des Bungalows von Stefania zur Verfügung. Weitere sehr schöne Strände sind in ca. 1 bis 2 km Entfernung zu erreichen. Zum Shoppen oder Essen gehen bietet sich der nächst gelegene größere Ort San Teodoro, in ca 15km Entfernung an. Der nächste Supermarkt liegt ca. 10 km entfernt - 3 bis 4 Sterne Die Unterkunft Der Bungalow ist leider ziemlich spartanisch bzw einfach eingerichtet und die beiden Badezimmer sind winzig klein. Die Küche ist eher eine Kochzeile und für mehr als 4 bis 5 erwachsene Personen unserer Meinung nach nicht geeignet. Abendessen etc auf der Terrasse ist am dort stehenden Esstisch möglich, gemütliche Gartenstühle, um zB bei einem Glas Wein länger zu verweilen gibt es leider nicht. Die einfachen Holzs

Wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus

Wir haben von Auffahrt bis Pfingsten unsere Ferien hier verbracht - es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! In dieser Zeit war es angenehm ruhig, da nur wenige Häuser vermietet waren. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und die Grünanlagen sind schön gepflegt. Die kurzen Fusswege zu den nahen Buchten sind toll, sowie auch das eigene 2er-Kajak, welches zur Verfügung steht. Ebenfalls in bis zu 1 km Nähe sind weitere wunderschöne Buchten und Strände gut zu Fuss erreichbar. In zehn Autominuten findet man verschiedene Restaurants und kleinere Einkaufsgeschäfte. In 15 Minuten ist man in der nächsten grösseren Ortschaft San Theodoro, wo es grosse Läden, viele Restaurants und Gelaterias hat. Stefania, die Gastgeberin, war sehr um unser Wohl bemüht. Sie war sehr freundlich, immer gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit mit guten Tipps zu allen Fragen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Objekt weiterempfehlen.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche in Stefanias Ferienhaus. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr hübschen und gepflegten Anlage, alles sehr geschmackvoll, wundervolle Blumen und Sichtschutzhecken und schöne Ausblicke. Eine sehr saubere Meeresbucht ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt, dort liegt auch ein Kajak bereit, mit dem man kleine Ausflüge in benachbarte Buchten unternehmen kann. Selbst Ende Juni ist es dort nicht überfüllt, Badeschuhe sind hilfreich. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und man findet alles, was man für einen gelungenen Sommerurlaub benötigt. Stefania ist immer schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar und mit ihren guten Tipps eine echte Hilfe. Die Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Ausflüge und Einkäufe, die Stefania in einem Hefter aufgeschrieben hat, haben wir fast alle ausprobiert und sie waren immer sehr gut. Es war eine rundum gelungene Urlaubswoche dank der schönen Unterkunft und der guten Lage zu vielen schönen Stränden und Ausflugszielen.

Die Lage ist phantastisch, wenn man einen schnellen Zugang zu einer kleinen Bucht am Mehr zu schätzen weiß. Wir waren in den Pfingstferien dort. Noch alles sehr ruhig. Stefania kümmert sich wirklich sehr gut um einen, so daß alles passt. Das Kajak ist eine tolle Ergänzung. Man kann mehrere kleine Strände vom Wasser her anfahren. Stolzer Preis - aber insgesamt super!!! Danke! Gerne wieder ...

Excellent location for a beach relaxing vacation

Location incantevole

Posizione spettacolare e comodissima per raggiungere anche con una piacevole passeggiata le incantevoli spiagge di Cala Brandinchi e Lu Impostu. A pochi metri dalla casa si trovano anche due bellissime calette e a pochi minuti cala Suaraccia, capo Coda Cavallo, Punta Dell'est che sono spiagge attrezzate. La villetta C5 è comodissima e ottimamente attrezzata. Dispone di due ampie camere e un soppalco con due letti che si affaccia sulla zona.giorno. Meravigliosa la veranda con vista su Molara e Tavolara dove dove consumare i pasti. Silenzio e tranquillità ssoluti. Market nelle vicinanze. Prezioso libro guida a disposizione nella.casa che fornisce utili indicazioni per spesa, località da visitare e altre informazioni. Un ringraziamento alla proprietaria signora Stefania che ha fatto in modo di completare il bellissimo soggiorno regalandoci anche la sua fiducia. Consigliatissimo!! Grazie, Sabrina.

tolles Ferienhäuschen in perfekter Lage

Es waren schöne 2 Wochen in dieser nett eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Stefania war eine tolle Vermieterin, zuverlässig, freundlich und angenehm. Die Wohnung eignet sich gut für 4 Erwachsene, wir waren in einer der beiden Wochen sogar zu 6. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön und der Weg runter zum "Hausstrand" beträgt nur ca. 300m. Das einzige Manko war eine auslaufende Spülmaschine und eine sehr nervige Nachbarin. Diese beiden Faktoren brachten für jedoch keinen Abbruch in der Stimmung und Stefania bedauerte diese Umstände sehr, weswegen man gut darüber hinwegsehen kann. Es ist absolut empfehlenswert und wir würden wieder dort hinreisen.

Très, très agréable endoit pour les vacances

Nous avons passés, ma famille et moi même deux semaines super à Capo Coda Cavallo, l'appartement est très agréable, climatisé, nous étions 4 adultes et 3 enfants, pas de soucis de place. La terrasse le matin était un petit paradis de verdure et une vue sur Molara et Tavolara donc je ne me lassais pas. Après c'est vrai il y a des superbes plages très proche du logement, mais en ce mois d'Aout il y avait énormément de monde, c'est tellement beau. J'ai plongée avec ma fille dans un club à deux pas du logement : super. Bref enchanté.....
