VILLA MARISA a few steps from Lake

Villa Marisa is an elegant villa just steps from the beach, with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, balcony overlooking the lake, private garden, garage, 2 swimming pools and tennis courts in common.
The structure was built in the late nineties and is spread over three floors. E 'can access the villa in two ways: through the main entrance, or more comfortably from the garage.
Upon entering the garage you are all 'interior of the house. On this level you can finding a tavern, two bedrooms each with their bathroom: these are the coolest rooms of the house it is not the installation of the system of conditioning was necessary, indeed often, even in summer that customers use the cover in the cooler evenings.
As you can see the floors of the house they are set up with the famous Florentine terracotta flower all 'Italian eyelet, while bathrooms each with a different marble type so as to make each unique and special environment.

On this level you will find a living room equipped with a bathroom, a veranda used as a dining room and the kitchen, it also features many comforts including a small island. Leaving the kitchen you will find yourself in the patio of the house, this area is furnished with a table and gazebo is equipped with an electric awning.
On the first floor we have instead two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, its own plant for conditioning and its own television. In the room 'Of angels' the bathroom is also equipped with a Jacuzzi, very popular with our customers.
