The house provides a beautiful house just 200 metres to the Lake shore. 50 metres from the local supermarket and restaurant etc.

The house has 3 bedrooms, one has ensuite WC. Lovely open plan ground floor with dining area and kitchen with a raised living area, two way fireplace visible from the Living & dining areas.

Air conditioning on the top floor.

2 full bathrooms, one with bath & Shower and one with just shower.

Fantastic shaded wooden deck area with built in BBQ and sink.

Front & rear garden.

*The spruce trees in the garden have been removed for safety reasons.

Pets - Pets are welcome, but you must complete the booking form stating whether any pets are included in the booking. We only accept a maximum of 2 dogs, it can be 1 large and 1 small, or 2 small. If you are unsure please contact us for clarification. Thank you.

A lovely property in a nice location very close to the beautiful lake. We were 6 adults so 3rd bedroom quite small with no hanging space but it didn’t cause too much of a problem 😊

Very nice stay, top location

We spent 8 days here at the turn of the year. The house is super nice and the equipment is complete. We felt very comfortable and at home. The surrounding area is a dream and offers a lot of nature and a small ski area. There is a lot to do at any time of the year. Communication with the agency was excellent and reliable. We'll definitely come back.

Beautiful cottage in excellent location

Absolutely fantastic cottage, incredibly well equipped, beautiful location with access to supermarket, cafes, the lake and water sports. Only negative is that the listing states that there is 2 double bed rooms and a room with 2 twins. In fact there is no twin room, so one of our party slept on the sofa for the week.

Firstly we are very disappointed you didn't say anything about the twin bed...the bed in the 3rd bedroom IS a twin, the second bed rolls out and up from underneath the main bed shown in the photos. Anyway we are very glad that you enjoyed the house and gave us a 5 star review, just a shame as we could have sorted this out on Day 1.

Nice stay

It waw a nice stay at Ribcev Laz. The house is near a couple of bars and restaurants right at Bohinj Lake. We had a really nice stay for a week. The house was big enough for me, my husband and daughter (10y) + our 2 adult friends. Both of the bathrooms are small but practical and it is really nice that there were 2 bathrooms. In one of de big bedrooms is also an extra toilet (so 3 toilets in total!!). The terrace is a nice place to sit in the shade under the trees! Overall a really nice stay!!

Lovely spot

We spent some hot summer days at this cute little house. It had everything we needed and even a little yard and patio. There is a restaurant, grocery store and tourist office just behind the hedge and across a grassy field where there is a playground for kids. It is an easy walk to the river and lake. It was wonderful to have great appliances, 3 bathrooms and even laundry facilities. The stairs are quite steep which could be an issue if the children are very small or the guests are seniors but it was not an issue for our family. We would Love to return to the area

The house is 200m from the lake, in summer it's busy, but "extremely noisy" I think is not really the case, most people comment on its superb location despite being so close to the lake and most reviews are 10/10 but we respect that you have a different opinion and perhaps Lake Bohinj in summer time was not the ideal location for you. Thank you for the heads up on the suspected dormouse, we will make sure it's removed.

Zauberhafte Unterkunft in toller Umgebung. Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt, sehr gemütlich und ausreichend groß für 5-6 Personen. Kurze sowie auch anspruchsvolle Wanderungen sind direkt von dort möglich.

Gut aber zu teuer

Der Aufenthalt was Gut aber zu teuer ... mit kleinen Kindern sollte das Eingangs-Geländer erneuert werden - ein schild nicht anlehnen - bei einer gebrochenen/vermoderten Eck-säule sollte da nicht sein. In der Duchsche im Bad hängt unten ein Gummi raus ... und pP ein kleines und ein großes Handtuch für eine ganze Woche ... ? ist schon mehr als dürftig ... Vor allem bei fast 2000€ für eine Woche. Und wenn es heisst Kaffemaschine vorhanden, dan sollte auch eine da sein und nicht nur eine Ital Espresso-Kochtopf ... oder wenigstens ein Kaffefilter zum filtern von Filterkaffee ... Die Bäume um den Sitzplatz gibt es auch nicht mehr - die Terrasse liegt also voll in der Sonne - immerhin gab es aber einen einzigen Sonnenschirm (welcher für 6 Sitzplätze leider zu wenig Schatten spendet. Ansonsten eine schöne FeWohnung

Thank you for your review. I don't think the comments are particular fair. The broken railing is of course being replaced but it was not ready to be fitted while you were there so for safety we put the sign on it. Like hotels we supply a large towel and a small towel per person, but it is self catering and there is a washer and dryer for your use, however if you had just asked for additional towels we would have of course brought you what you needed. The trees - we state very clearly in the advert that the large trees were cut for safety reasons as one came down in a storm last year and nearly took the house down too... so this should not have been a surprise not to see them there.

Wundervolles Slowenien

Das Haus war wie beschrieben und gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer hatten eine völlig ausreichende Größe. Der Garten wirkte gepflegt, ebenso die Möbel im Haus und im Garten. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die erstklassige Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Sowohl im Vorfeld, als auch vor Ort. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Urlaub, den wir im wunderschönen Slowenien erleben durften.

Top Unterkunft & Top Lage

Unsere Kommunikation vor der Reise und auch währenddessen war super. Alle unsere Fragen wurden schnell und unkompliziert beantwortet. Das Haus ist genau so wie beschrieben! Alles sehr sauber, Einrichtung modern, Küche überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet. Man braucht sich wirklich um nichts kümmern alles war vor Ort wie z.B Spülmaschinen Tabs, Gewürze, Toilettenpapier etc. Ruhige Lage aber trotzdem sehr zentral. Supermarkt, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Skigebiet alles wie beschrieben. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Mooie woning vlak bij het prachtige Bohinj meer

Wij hadden met 2 koppels een fantastische week in Bohinj. De woning is erg praktisch ingericht met 2 mooi slaapkamers en één kleinere kamer. De keuken is functioneel en voldoende modern. De omgeving is prachtig en hoewel de woning vlak bij het kleine centrum gelegen is (met supermarkt en enkele bars en restaurants) is het er toch erg rustig. Vlak bij de woning vertrekken meerdere mooie wandelingen. Een tophuis voor mensen die van de natuur houden. Ivan (België).

The place is very clean and modern. Small, though not any more so than is evident in the pictures. It was more than adequate for our family if 5. Location is perfect. Just a short walk from the lake, store and restaurants. Parking on site as well. Overall a great experience.

Great cabin in great location

The location of this house is amazing! A short walk to anything local and easy to come and go via automobile. The place is immaculate and offers anything one needs for vacation. The communication and check in/out was super easy. I would recommend this rental to anyone looking to visit Lake Bohinj or Lake Bled area.

Tolle Lage, liebevoll renoviertes Häuschen

Wir wünschten, wir hätten länger gebucht! Ausstattung, Lage - See, Wanderweg, Supermarkt, Restos, Bled,.. - alles prima. Wissen muss man: riesig ist das Häuschen nicht, HolzTreppe wird für Ältere zur Herausforderung, die Lichts Halter leuchten uns zu hell blau, etwas drüberhängen mit Tesa hilft. Aber: wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
