A green 2500 m² garden next to the vineyards and olive groves, planted with flower beds, in the sun and offering many cool and shaded spaces.
For your relaxation, the pool is heated from April to October and the spa is available in the evenings, an area for playing boules and other sport equipment as well as harvesting the garden fruits (cherries, apricots, plums, peaches, tomatoes, raisins, figs).
85 m² small attached villa in perfect condition, opening into a large shaded terrace: this space, detached on a family property 20 minutes away from the sea and 10 minutes from Montpellier will make you feel welcome. in the peace and serenity of the place as well as in the convivial simplicity of its inhabitants.
Practical aspects and leisure: nearby minimarket open every day, tennis in the village, cycle lane, hiking and mountain biking in the garrigue; less than 15 minutes away from the equestrian centres, public covered pools, golf, festivals (dance, theatre, music) and many votive parties in the neighbouring villages during summer.

Tranquility in a garden!

Our stay with Genevieve and Paul was delightful in every way. The house was comfortable and well equipped, that and free run of their lovely garden and pool meant we felt completely relaxed and at home and were sorry to leave!

Wonderful Hosts.

Ideally situated just outside Montpellier in a quiet location overlooking the countryside. Safe car parking at the property. Walking distance to centre of the village and nearby supermarket.The whole property is maintained to a very high standard,beautiful garden and pool area.We loved feeding the chickens our food scraps.We enjoyed hearing birdsong while resting by the pool.We visited Nimes,Montpellier, Sete,Meze,Camargue and Grand Flotte.Best of all is the warm welcome,hospitality and local knowledge of the hosts.We woke up to find eggs or fruit from the garden placed outside our accommodation. A lovely retreat but close to all the sights for days out.We will definitely be going back.

Great quiet location, friendly hosts

We were able to find the property easily and the local supermarket and boulangerie (bread shop) were very useful for stocking up on essentials. There were plenty of leaflets in the property to recommend activities in the area although some were slightly out of date. The pool was great but a little chilly in October! The jacuzzi was ideally situated to star gaze in the evening. Genieve and Paul were very welcoming and generous hosts. It was very disappointing to have no WiFi access in the property as it had been advertised with WiFi. Although there was limited access on the terrace, the mosquitoes and weather prevented us from being able to use it effectively. The villa was well supplied with most items that we needed. It would have been good to have control over the heating ourselves as the weather was quite changeable.

Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub mit zwei Teenagern bei Geneviève und Paul verbracht. Der Garten ist so wunderbar angelegt und liebevoll dekoriert, mit vielen kleinen Sitzmöglichkeiten und am Abend alles beleuchtet. Der große Pool und Whirlpool, die Schildkröten, die Hühner, die Spielmöglichkeiten, eine schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung...eigentlich braucht man nur das, um einen entspannten Urlaub zu genießen. Dazu sind Paul und Geneviève immer für einen da, wirklich sehr herzlich, aufmerksam und haben immer einen passenden Ausflugstipp für uns gehabt. Vielen lieben Dank an euch, liebe Geneviève und Paul, für den tollen Urlaub, wir würden sehr gern wiederkommen.

Déjà avant notre arrivée, nous avons eu un contact très agréable avec notre hôte, qui a toujours répondu immédiatement à mes questions.À notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement.La maison m'avait déjà impressionnée sur les photos, mais elle est encore plus belle en réalité, tout comme le jardin qui l'entoure.Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise dans cette maison, les hôtes se sont montrés particulièrement aimables et prévenants.Nous prévoyons de réserver à nouveau cette maison. Séjour en famille du 20 au 30 mai ...

Grande propriété dans un écrin de verdure pour des vacances reposantes : piscine, terrasses, jardin clos, coins repos (ou apéro), BBQ et plancha, ... tout est là ! Les propriétaires, à la fois discrets, présents et très disponibles, font tout pour que les voyageurs se sentent bien et à l'aise dès le premier jour. Sehr schönes Feriendomizil

Wir haben die Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Genevieve und Paul sind großartige Gastgeber, stets bereit, bei Fragen zu helfen. Sowohl Pool als auch Grundstück laden sehr Entspannung ein, wenn man von den Ausflügen zurückkehrt. Ausflugsziele gibt es in der Umgebung reichlich.

15 jours avec nos petits enfants

Belle propriété, fidèle aux photos, à partager avec les propriétaires des lieux résidant sur place. Comme d’autres avant nous, nous tenons à souligner le sens du partage , la bienveillante patience de Paul avec les enfants, le dynamisme de Geneviève et l’extrême gentillesse de leur charmante fille Heléne. La présence sur les lieux de Paul Victor et Auguste fut une belle surprise pour nos petits enfants qui ont trouvé d’adorables compagnons de jeux et c’est entourés de beaucoup d’indulgence que tout ce petit monde s’est épanoui durant ces 15 jours passés à Pignan. La propreté irréprochable des lieux, le confort des couchages, l’immensité de la piscine au centre d’un jardin luxuriant entretenu avec amour ont fait de ce séjour un excellent moment en famille. Cette location a totalement répondu à nos attentes et c’est avec plaisir que nous y reviendrons.

Traumurlaub in Pignan

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Geneviève und Paul besitzen ein wunderschönes Schmuckstück in der Nähe von Montpellier. Die Ferienwohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Pool und das Grundstück werden täglich mit viel Liebe gepflegt. Der Pool, der riesig ist, hat einen tollen kindgerechten Einstieg. Der Garten ist ein Traum und lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Zur Freude unserer Tochter gab es Hängematten und verschiedene Schaukeln. Geneviève und Paul sind sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Sie standen mit vielen Tipps und Ratschlägen zur Seite, von frischen Eiern bis hin zu Obst aus dem eigenen Garten. Dennoch waren sie nie aufdringlich oder störend. Ihren Strandtipp können wir nur empfehlen - ein wundervoller, nicht überlaufener Strand.

Vous ne loué pas juste une propriété, vous avez si vous le souhaitez la chance d'interagir et rencontrer des gens très intéressants et d'une grande gentillesse. Pignan oasis

What a wonderful place to stay! Genevieve and Paul warmly greeted us upon arrival and once we were settled and relaxed shared tips of local markets and sights to see. Their villa and gardens are an oasis of tranquity situated within walking distance between Old Town Pignan to the west, and modern Pignan, with its excellent supermarket to the east. The coast is just 15 minutes away and we loved exploring the nearby medieval towns of Montpelier and Argues-Mortes. Genevieve and Paul un grand merci beaucoups!!

erholsame Ferien bei lieben Gastgebern

Das Ferienhaus von Genevieve und Paul war für uns (2 Erwachsene & 2 Teenager) ideal. Das Haus ist geräumig, sauber und gut ausgerüstet. Das besondere Highlight ist der wunderbare Garten und der grosszügige, geheizte Swimmingpool. Ein weiteres Highlight sind die liebenswerten Gastgeber, die uns gerne bei der Planung der Tagesausflüge behilflich waren, uns jedoch stets unsere Privatsphäre respektierten. Wir haben uns in den 10 Tagen gut erholt und können das Haus bestens weiter empfehlen. Un grand merci a Genevieve et Paul!

Propriété conforme à l'annonce, très propres et les propriétaires (Geneviève et Paul) sont très sympathique et accueillant. Petite douceur lors de notre arrivée (eau, vin, beurre, confiture, etc.) Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Eine wunderbare Zeit …

… durften wir in der Unterkunft von Geneviève und Paul im August 2021 verbringen. Wir, d.h. Eltern und zwei Kinder mit 12 und 15 Jahren. In Pignan geht es eher weniger touristisch zu und es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für diverse Unternehmungen. Neben dem Schnorcheln werden wir insbesondere die Kajak-Tour im Herault in bleibender Erinnerung behalten (danke Paul für den Tipp). Zur Freude der Kinder gibt es In fußläufiger Distanz einen kleinen Skaterpark sowie einen Fußball-Court. Ebenso sind ein Bäcker und Super U gut erreichbar – bei Bedarf auch eine Apotheke (die CORONA-Tests durchführt). Die Anlage von Paul und Geneviève ist super schön und man kann auch hier bestens die Zeit genießen. Es ist sauber und gepflegt und es gibt eine umfangreiche Ausstattung. Man hat somit die Möglichkeit gemeinsamer Aktivitäten, es bleibt aber auch Raum für Individualität. Ein weiteres Highlight sind die Gastgeber selbst – unaufdringlich, aber immer da und hilfsbereit wenn man sie benötigt. @Geneviève und Paul: die Gespräche mit euch sowie eure Gesellschaft war uns stets eine Freude. Vielen Dank nochmals für alles, insbesondere auch die leckeren Sachen aus dem Garten. Thomas & Familie

D'excellentes vacances en toute convivialité!

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine en famille dans la jolie propriété de Geneviève et Paul. La location était propre et très bien équipée, et nos hôtes d'une grande gentillesse et toujours disponibles pour répondre à nos questions ou nous rendre le séjour agréable. Leur présence reste discrète et bienveillante, mais il fut toutefois toujours agréable d'échanger quelques mots chaque jour, parfois plus longuement que d'autres, de glâner de bons conseils au détour sur les activités de la région, ou de partager un très chouette apéro ensemble dans une ambiance très sympathique et avec un sens de l'accueil hors pair! Le jardin et la piscine sont magnifiques et nous avons bénéficié de nombre de petites attentions qui font toujours plaisir! (oeufs frais, raisins fraîchement cueillis, bouteille de vin à l'arrivée...). Ils ont également accueilli nos jeunes enfants (pas toujours de tout repos!) avec beaucoup de gentillesse, de compréhension et de partage... Bref, un super séjour, un chouette lieu et surtout une belle convivialité qui a contribué à embellir notre séjour...que de bons souvenirs! A recommander! A une prochaine fois peut-être avec plaisir, Christel, Xavier, Loan et Maël
