We had a wonderful holiday the apartment was lovely, the balcony view was beautiful .

We would definitely recommend this lovely apartment it was very clean and comfortable a little table on the balcony is the only thing we missed as we loved to sit there on an evening with a gin and tonic. Pasito Blanco is small but beautiful the yachting club restaurants is very nice and the food is lovely.

Exceptionally superb apartment

This apartment is exceptionally superb. On the second floor of a building with two floors. Very well situated, sun from morning till end evening, and very quite. We were there for two weeks. Two weeks of dream. We hope to come back in this very nice apartment. Very important facts : 1. Follow exactly the described way to go there. Don't enter in Playa del Ingles, or in Maspalomas. 2. For WiFi, don't use the accesses without password. Phone to Javier to ask the right WiFi access. 3. The SPAR supermarket is very well furnished, you'll find there about everything you need. 4. The private solarium and swimming pool are not far from the apartment and very well maintained as all Pasito blanco. We spent some peaceful hours there.

Tout est de qualité dans ce lieu protégé. La maison est généreusement conçue et avec goût pour l'agrément de toutes les heures de la journée. Le mobilier approprié est choisi avec goût, qualité, une simplicité particulière.

Fabulous apartment

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped with a lovely terrace and sun room with great sea views. It’s based on the pretty marina of Pasito Blanco close to Maspalomas and Meloneras. Javier was really helpful and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend this great apartment.

Ausblick mit sehr viel Ruhe

Die Übernahme der Wohnung erwies sich dank des Schlüssel-Safes als sehr unkompliziert. Die Lage und die Ausstattung sind sensationell. Auch die Ausstattung des Bades und des Schlafzimmers sind sehr hochwertig. Zu bemängeln wären eigentlich nur Kleinigkeiten. So wäre es für einen noch reibungsloseren Aufenthalt vielleicht ganz nett zu wissen, ob, und wenn ja, auf welchen Kanälen der Fernseher englische oder deutsche Sender ausstrahlt. Des weiteren sollte die größere Pfanne ausgetauscht werden, da die Antihaftbeschichtung defekt ist. Aber ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Gut ausgestattetes Appartment in ruhiger Lage

Das Appartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Man findet z.B. in der Küche alles, was man zur Selbstversorgung benötigt, selbst einige Gewürze, Kaffee und Spülmittel waren vorhanden. Im Bad befinden sich gute Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Schlafzimmer ist klein, aber neu ausgestattet. Kostenloses WLAN, Stereo Anlage, Ferseher auch mit deutschen Sendern ergänzen den guten Eindruck. Den Ausblick vom Essplatz und der geräumigen Terasse über die Siedlung aufs Meer und Küste haben wir genossen. Die Ruhe wurde allerdings gelegentlich von Reinigungsarbeiten (Laubpuster) und Bauarbeiten gestört. Der Pool, den wir wg. der Strände nicht genutzt haben, machte einen guten Eindruck. Wir waren froh, einen Wagen zur Verfügung zu haben, auch wenn kleinere Einkäufe in der Nähe möglich waren und eine Bushaltestelle in 5 Min. erreichbar ist. Das nahegelegene Meloneras ließe sich zu Fuß nur über die Autostraße ohne Fußweg erreichen. Zu Fuß sind außer der ruhigen Badebucht in der Siedlung auch zwei Strände Richtung Westen zu erreichen. Leider haben wir zu spät entdeckt, dass man in dem Restaurant am Yachtclub auch ganz gut essen kann. Ansonsten sind leider keine Restaurants in Fußentfernung.
