A superbly presented modern Villa set in extensive grounds with private, infinity style, swimming pool (10 x 5 m 1.5m deep). The Villa is situated in half an acre of well-maintained gardens surrounded by woodlands and the nearby town of Fornoli can be reached within a 2/3 minute drive. The property is reached by a Private road/track.
The Villa comprises 4 bedrooms (3 double and 1 twin bedroom), 3 bathrooms large kitchen and dining area and sitting room. Outside there is a Barbeque with outside covered dining table and separate sofa and chairs on the covered patio. The quiet and secluded location is ideal for large families or a group of friends to relax and enjoy this beautiful property.
Pisa Airport is less than an hour away and the famous walled City of Lucca is less than 30 minutes away; the Mediterranean Coast at Viareggio and Lido Camiore is an hour’s drive away also it’s a few minutes away from Bagni Di Lucca, the famous Spa town with Thermal Spa, Banks, Supermarkets, Restaurants and Bars where there is also Tennis Courts and a large Public Swimming pool with Diving boards.

Vacation in idyllic surroundings

The house, the rooms, the pool and the garden were fantastic. Despite the heat, we always had pleasant temperatures. The house had everything we needed and Paul was there for us immediately if we had any questions or minor problems.

Our summer stay

Our stay at the house lived up to our expectations to the fullest! The house was nice, clean and had everything we needed. The garden and pool area was great and our kids enjoyed it very much. The host Paul was very nice and friendly and the communication was great! We recommend everyone to stay at this location! :-)

Sehr schöne Anlage für uns 8 Personen top. Küche voll ausgestattet und i.O. WLAN so lala. Pool sehr schön und sauber. Die Auflagen an den Poolliegen müssen dringend getauscht werden.Nachts nicht so ruhig wie angenommen (Fabrik im Tal).Check in easy und Paul der Manager sehr hilfsbreit und erreichbar.

Traumurlaub in wunderschöner Landschaft

Wir haben zu siebt (zwei Familien) zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa Vitalina verbracht. Das Grundstück und der Pool sind großartig, es gibt verschiedene Sitzplätze, Schatten und Sonne, genügend Liegen für alle und viel Platz zum Spielen für die Kinder. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, es fehlt eigentlich an nichts. Bei Problemen ist Paul immer ansprechbar, auch bereits bei Fragen vor dem Urlaub, und hilft schnell und unkompliziert. Wir hatten am Feiertag kein Wasser und Paul hat sich so lange gekümmert, bis die Versorgung wieder sichergestellt war. Das Haus ist nicht das neueste, aber alles ist in einem gepflegten Zustand; hier und da waren noch Spinnweben, die man bei der Reinigung hätte entfernen können. Leider ist der Wasserdruck etwas gering und man sollte sich vor dem Duschen absprechen, damit man nicht eingeseift im Trockenen steht ;-) Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder einmal Urlaub in der Toskana machen.

Urlaub in ländlich schöner Lage mit Verbesserungspotential

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Das Haus hat eine gute ländliche Lage. 5 Minuten zum Einkaufen und ein Restaurant ist fußläufig zu erreichen, eine Stunde zum Strand und 30 Minuten nach Lucca. Leider ist vieles sehr in die Jahre gekommen und müsste mal wieder Instandgesetzt werden (Matratzen sind durch, Latten fallen teilweise raus, Spülmaschine bräuchte neuen Einzug, alle Tische und Stühle wackeln ziemlich, Klodeckel etc) und es riecht modrig in den unteren Zimmern und vor allem in den Schränken. Das Haus ist von der Aufteilung etwas verwinkelt, aber nicht schlecht. Sehr gut hat uns der tolle Pool gefallen. Die Aussendusche war leider kaputt, die Liegen und Auflagen müssen dringend erneuert werden. Poolreinigung war super und 1x die Woche. Der Vermieter Paul ist immer zu erreichen und sehr nett und hilfsbereit (Kleinigkeiten wurden direkt gesäubert und ausgetauscht). Der Kontakt war schnell, unkompliziert und check in und out wirklich klasse! Man darf nicht pingelig sein und muss manches locker sehen;-).

Virkelig dejligt hus med god beliggenhed i Toscana

Vi har haft 9 dage i huset med tvillinger på 6 år. Huset har dejlig pool og flere terrasser der muliggør et godt udeliv. Meget venlig, imødekommende og hjælpsom vært.

Auf den ersten Blick war soweit alles ok und das Haus ist soweit auch gut ausgestattet. Leider gab es auch kleine Mängel...am Pool funtionierte die Aussendusche nicht und leider war auch kein Sonnenschirm vorhanden. Die Auflieger auf den Liegen haben auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen, vielleicht wäre eine Truhe empfehlenswert. Mit dem Wasserdruck war es auch sehr spärlich, leider war eine Dusche am Morgen nicht möglich. Es hat gerade für das Zähne putzen gereicht und wir waren nur 4 Personen...

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub verlebt. Das Ferienhaus hat alles was man im Urlaub benötigt. Das Grundstück und der Pool haben den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht. Wir haben uns sehr wihl gefühlt und können die Villa mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Paul als Vermieter war sehr nett und stand für unsere Fragen und Anliegen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Dafür vielen lieben Dank.

Dejligt hus med en skøn swimmingpool

Huset ligger ugenert på kanten af bjergene. Vi havde en fantastisk uge i et område, som for os var ukendt, men vi kommer gerne tilbage. Vejen op til huset kunne trænge til lidt reparation et par steder.

Wir (4 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) waren äußerst zufrieden mit dem Objekt. Der große Garten und der Pool werden regelmäßig gepflegt. Zwei Terassen laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen (Badetücher, Bügeleisen, Gefrierfach,...) Und bei eventuellen Fragen ist der Hausbetreuer sehr gut erreichbar. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit liegt 5 Autominuten entfernt. Ein wirklich sehr schönes Ferienhaus!

Perfekte Villa mit sensationellem Pool

Wir hatten das Haus für 2 Wochen gemietet. In dieser Zeit hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Die Villa Vitalina bietet alles was man für den Urlaub braucht. Die vier Schlafzimmer sind sind größer als sie auf den Bildern wirken. Die Betten sind nicht durchgelegen und sehr bequem. Die Küche ist groß und super ausgestattet. Toll sind die Möglichkeiten zur Entspannung auf der Terrasse, mit schönem Ausblick auf die Berge oder Spaß am großen gepflegten chlorwasser Pool. Die Villa liegt etwas abgelegen von der Straße und ist komplett von Bäumen umringt. Man ist hier also für sich alleine. Der Vermieter Paul ist genau so wie ein Ferienhaus Vermieter sein muss. Freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Auf eine Antwort einer Frage muss man nicht lange warten. Auch für ein kleine Unterhaltung hat er immer Zeit gehabt. Weiter so Paul !!! Wir können uns gut vorstellen unseren nächsten Urlaub wieder in der Villa Vitalina zu verbringen.

Prachtige woning in een mooie omgeving.

De villa is goed onderhouden met een mooie tuin en een fijn zwembad. Er zijn zijn twee overkapte buitenverblijven waar je heerlijk in de schaduw kunt zitten. Je bent van alle gemakken voorzien, satelliet flat tv, vaatwasser, BBQ, gasfornuis en oven. De kamers, slaapkamers en badkamers zijn ruim. De bedden zijn prima. Goede prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding. De eigenaar is gastvrij en sympathiek. Zijn er problemen dan kun je makkelijk contact leggen met de eigenaar die direct voor je klaar staat.

We had a fantastic time at this great house. Everything is just as advertised.

The house is lovely and lots of room. All bedrooms were great and we especially enjoyed the outdoor seating areas. There are numerous places to sit and visit inside and out. The pool was fantastic and was used everyday. We went exploring the land one day and found an old house that is now abandoned and a fantastic fresh stream running though the land. It was absolutely beautiful. We could not have made a better choice.
