Cozy apartment for exclusive use just a few steps from St. Peter’s Basilica, ideal for couples and small groups of up to 3 guests.
It features one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private bathroom.
The apartment is reserved for only one guest/group at a time: no shared spaces.
The second bedroom of the apartment remains locked and is not accessible.

A wonderful apartment in Rome

We had a wonderful stay in Rome made all the better by our lovely hosts. The apartment was exactly as described and check in was welcoming. Located close to the Vatican and set in a stunning private garden it is one of those rare apartments that has its own outside space. It has everything you need to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here and knowing that our hosts care enough to take the time to find out what we like and make recommendations was an added bonus.

Beautiful place, great hosts

Loved the patio, and the place was clean and homey. Great restaurants around and very close to vatican. Train ride to coliseum and historic Rome.

perfecte accommodatie

Zowel de ligging tov het centrum (metro) als de uitrusting van het appartement laten een kort of lang verblijf mogelijk. Er kan in de buurt geparkeerd worden & de gastvrijheid van de gastheren is zoals het fijn is. Hier wil ik wel wonen!

Un merveilleux séjour

Nos hôtes étaient charmants, ils nous ont permis de déposer nos bagages avant l'heure prévue pour la location, ils nous ont donné de bonnes adresses, nous ont envoyé des informations, donné des idées de visites... Dans l'appartement, ils avaient laissé tout ce qu'il faut pour dépanner et ne pas avoir à tout acheter. De plus, le métro n'est pas loin de l'appartement.

Traumhafte Wohnung im Herzen von Rom

Wir haben eine Woche in der Wohnung verbracht und uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Lage ist ideal, direkt hinter dem Vatikan, zur Metro sind es nur 3 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Traumhaft ist die Terrasse mit Blick auf den parkartigen Innenhof mit Palmen. Die Klimaanlage war bei 35 Grad sehr nützlich. Der Empfang durch Francesca war sehr herzlich. Nachdem wir mit dem Nachtzug ankamen, hatte sie den Kühlschrank gefüllt, damit wir frühstücken konnten. Dazu hat sie uns noch mit wunderbaren Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten ausgestattet. Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Awesome vacation

My family and I had a wonderful time in this beautiful apartment. The location was optimal, near the Vatican, fresh food market, 24 hour grocery store and metro. We had everything we needed to cook if we wanted. The balcony and courtyard were beautiful. Most important to me was that it was VERY clean! We had more than enough fresh towels and supplies. Francesca and Claudio were GREAT hosts. They checked up on us and gave us tips and pointers for Rome and were always very quick to respond to anything we needed. A BIG thank you to the both of them.

Appartement charmant et confortable !

Merci à Francesca et Claudio pour leur accueil, leur disponibilité et leurs bons conseils ! L'appartement est charmant avec une magnifique terrasse donnant sur un large patio arboré. L'emplacement est idéal, à 5 minutes du Musée du Vatican et très bien desservi en métro et bus pour rejoindre le centre tout en étant dans un quartier romain plus authentique que l'hyper centre. Nous ne pouvons que vous le recommander et nous reviendrons bientôt. Grazie Francesca i Claudio !

Great Holidays thanks to Francesca and Claudio 27 july to 03 August

It was a really good week in Roma in family. The home is really comfortable and it is like the photos. The home is very clean, nothing is missing. Francesca and Claudio take care of us before, during and after the trip. It is a luck to have some people like them. Don't change ! There is a supermarket open all the days near the flat. There is a Metro station at 2 minutes. The Vatican is about 5 minutes by foot. Do not hesitate ! If we come back in Roma, sure we book this lovely home. Thank you so much Francesca and Claudio. Séjour parfait à Rome

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour du 7 au 12 juillet chez Francesca et Claudio. Un appartement joliment décoré et d une propreté parfaite. La terrasse est très agréable. Tout est fait pour que les vacanciers se sentent bien. L appartement contient tout ce qu il faut pour profiter en toute quiétude de cette belle ville. Un accueil rassurant hors du commun....

Nous avons passé en famille une bien agréable semaine à Rome. L' appartement pour 2 adultes et 2 ados était très bien situé, clair, propre et particulièrement fonctionnel. Rien que la cour de l'immeuble était dépaysante avec ses allées entretenues et ses arbres exotiques. Mais c'est l'accueil chaleureux de Francesca et de Claudio qui a vraiment fait la différence. Café, confiture romaine, gâteaux secs, lits préparés...Tout avait été prévu pour que nous nous sentions tout de suite chez nous et complètement en vacances. Des propriétaires très prévenants avant et pendant le séjour, toujours de bon conseil tout en restant discrets, c'était très appréciable pour nous, touristes. Merci encore à eux pour leur confiance et leur simplicité! Si c'était à refaire, nous reviendrions les yeux fermés!

Appartement agréable et bien situé

Nous avons apprécié la propreté la qualité des équipements. L'appartement est situé à proximité du métro et on peut aussi aller faire des visites à pied. Le Vatican est à 2 pas. L'accueil des propriétaire était chaleureux et nous ont donner toutes les informations nécessaires à notre séjour. Que du bonheur, le lieu sera parfait quand la terrasse sera restaurée et accessible. Juste un bémol l'appartement est situé près du rue très passante si vous êtes sensible au bruit des voitures. Cela ne nous a pas particulièrement dérangé. On garde cette adresse pour nos prochains séjours.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is located in a very characteristic complex of the '20s, it's suitable for couples, business travelers and families.
Prati is a vibrant neighborhood located in the north of the central area of Rome together with historic districts as Borgo and Trastevere.
The Vatican Museums are just 5 minutes walk, St. Peter can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
The old town with Roman monuments and with the most famous tourist sites are within walking distance; however, if you do not like walking, the subway which stops very close to home ( 2 minutes walk ) connects all the most important places of tourist interest.

Trionfale Market,one of the oldest market of the town, is 2 minutes walk: the atmosphere is typical of Rome: the sounds, the smells, the colors are those of the traditional market, from meat to fish, from vegetables to cheeses, from homemade pasta to bread. The signs are the historical ones, decades of family tradition: this market has the atmosphere of Rome of the past.

The apartment is also surrounded by shopping streets: Via Candia, Via Cola di Rienzo and Via Ottaviano.

Furthermore Prati district is one of the few in Rome with bike paths.
Some accesses allow to go down to the level of Tevere river and enjoy a very special view.
