Large apartment with internal parking, wi-fi, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower.
The house is located in Acireale in the small village '' Stazzo '' on the sea overlooking the enchanting landscape of the cliff is crossed by picturesque streets and colorful vegetation that give off smells intoxicating .This is a village where tranquility reigns always.
This is the ideal place for a vacation that combines sea and mountain; Stazzo fact is only 25 minutes drive from Taormina and 35 minutes from the Etna volcano.
Our apartment is on the floor of a building that is spread over two floors, very quiet with a large terrace that has views of a fragrant lemon garden.
In this fishing village overlooking the sea, dominates nature, the sea, the sun, the tranquility.
The house has two double bedrooms, each has a private bathroom, fitted kitchen that opens onto a terrace that overlooks a fragrant lemon garden.
We are at the center of eastern Sicily, a few kilometers from here there are: Taormina, Etna, Siracusa, Catania etc ..
it is not necessary to have a car, just a few meters there are bars, restaurants, market, shops

"We were welcomed as a family. I can definitly recommend this accommodation to everybody, it is well kept, clean and all you need equiped house. Exelent location if you wish to explore east part of Sicily. It is also secured especially for those with kids. We loved our stay at this beautiful, comfortable home."

Tres agreable

En fait nous avons changé d'appartement car nous avons souhaité arriver 1 jour avant ; pour 2 appartements situés a 50 m de celui que nous avions réservé, dans la maison même d'Adriana. Un accueil très chaleureux en anglais. Du pain chaud tous les matins, un pot d'accueil, des conseils judicieux, Adriana est très disponible et sympathique!

Wonderfule

Adriana Casa is the perfect base for exploring nearby towns, and then coming back to relax in the sleepy fishing village / beach town of Stazzo. The apartments are very clean and tastefully decorated. You can smell the flowers and the lemons from your balcony. The apartment was equipped with everything I needed to be comfortable. It was the perfect place to escape the stressful fast life. The bus top to nearby Acireale is less than a 5-minute walk from the apartments. Great little pizzeria down the street. It was so nice to walk to the Blu bar in the morning for a cappuccino. The owner, Adriana is very nice, helpful, and will arrange any kind of customized tour to suit your needs at a very reasonable price. She is very passionate about providing her guests with an enjoyable vacation. Relax, read a book on your lounge chair on your private terrace, take a leisurely stroll though the beautiful neighborhood streets of Stazzo, and live like a local at Adriana's Casa.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche

Ein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältniss. Adriana hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und gute Infos über lohnenswerte Ziele gegeben. Wohnung war sehr sauber u. gepflegt. Einkaufsmöglichkeit im ca. 7 km entfernten großen Supermarkt. in 200 m eine sehr gute Pizza. Leider hatten wir keinen direkten Blick zum Meer oder Ätna. Was uns jedoch nicht unbedingt gestört hat, da wir täglich mit dem Mietwagen auf Endeckungstour waren. ( Nur zu Empfehlen ) Zu einem Badestrand muss man einige Km fahren. Am 200 m entfernten Meer gibt es nur große Lavafelsen. Zum baden nicht geeignet. Um Land und Leute kennen zulernen ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen.

Une adresse à retenir et à communiquer ...

Un accueil chaleureux, un chalet tout confort qui a complètement répondu à nos attentes et à celles des enfants. Nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants de 17 mois à 6 ans. Literie impeccable, vue splendide, très bon équipement (en bon état et complet), une décoration soignée et chaleureuse ... bref tout est réunis pour passer un bon moment. Nous avons profité du sauna ... rien à redire. Nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir !

dépaysement assuré

grâce a son caractère typique (les rondins)et son emplacement a l'écart et sa belle vue plongeante nous avons passés une excellente semaine malgré un temps frais pour la saison mais ce sont des aléas non maîtrisables. Merci encore a ces propriétaires qui proposent un produit innovant et non standardisé nous étions deux donc bien à l'aise dans ce chalet prévu pour 6.Peut être à une autre fois !

Très beau chalet au calme, très belle vue

La charbonnière, est un chalet superbe, très bien situé pour les randonnées et pour apprécier tous les lacs d'altitude, mais également pour jouir du patrimoine très riche des Vosges et les beaux villages alsaciens. Nous conseillons ce chalet aux amoureux de la nature, du patrimoine et aux amateurs de bons petits plats, du clame de la sérennité. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et la gardienne très aimable. MERCI

un véritable chalet des vosges

Un chalet traditionnel, bien équipé sur les hauteurs de la Bresse. Le panorama est magnifique ainsi que sa situation géogaphique. Nous avons apprécié l'ambiance cocooning de l'intérieur ainsi que le sauna. A deux, cette location a été idéale. Daniel et Bernadette.

Bonjour très beau chalet dans son ensemble et très calme Néanmoins, ce dernier n'est vraiment pas fait pour 8 personnes même si le couchage le permet Maximum 6 personnes car il y a réellement qu'une seule salle de bain … Sinon, bien situé et à proximité des stations

Très beau chalet pour 4 ou 6 personnes

Superbe chalet en rondins, très cosy, chaleureux, bien décoré. Tout ce qu'il faut pour mijoter de bons plats. Par contre, très limite pour 8 personnes, chambre en alcôve avec quasi inaccessible. Salles de bains très peu confortables et peu équipées. Peu de porte manteaux et d'espace de rangements. C'est dommage car le chalet est très bien exposé, très soigné et l'accueil est superbe. Je recommande donc mais l'honnêteté me doit de spécifier pour 4 personnes, maximum 6 personnes sans quoi on se marche sur les pieds.

Chalet in the mountains

We stayed for a week in this beautiful chalet which is fully equipped with everything you need. The chalet and surrounding countryside are beautiful and we spent a very relaxing week enjoying the area. I would definitely go back here or recommend it to friends.

wunderschöne Ferien

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und komfortabel. Die Lage war ideal zur Erkundung des Ätna, Ausflüge nach Taormina, Catania...... Der Schlaf war sehr erholsam weil die Umgebung sehr ruhig und die Betten herrlich bequem waren. Auch der klein dort bot alles was man mit einer eigenen Wohnung so braucht-Läden' Restaurants etc. Danke auch für die schönen Tage auf dem Campingplatz. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Extra - magnifique - super séjour

Super accueil par la gardienne. Les propriétaires sont super honnêtes. Nous avons apprécié le calme, la beauté et la vue magnifique du chalet. Le sauna, même en été c'est extra. Beaucoup de choses a faire dans la région ( petits marchés, visite de la Bresse, piscine, Gérardmer n'est pas loin, les lacs des Cordeaux, de Lingspack est magnifique, du karting, de la pêche en rivière ou en étang (Le paradis du pêcheur). Bref, plein de choses a faire mais en 7 jour, c'est un peu court. A 'année prochaine. La famille Lebutte-Parmentier.

Entspannte Ferien-vacances relaxees

Ein charmantes Chalet, sehr komfortabel und sauber, mit wunderschöner Sicht über das Tal von La Bresse.Die Route des Cretes, Gerardmer und verschiedene malerische Bergseen, in denen gebadet werden kann, sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Vogesen laden ein zu kleineren oder größeren Wanderungen, eine Auberge liegt immer am Weg! Entspannte Ferien für die ganze Familie! Un Chalet charmant, tres confortable et propre, avec vue magnifique sur la vallee de La Bresse. La Route des Cretes, Gerardmer et quelques lacs de montagne, pret a se baigner, se trouvent en environs. Les Vosges invitent a faire de la randonnee, courte ou longue, toujour une auberge sur la route! Des Vacances relaxees pour toute la famille!

Pour des vacances réussies

Nous venons de passer une excellente semaine de vacances dans ce magnifique chalet spacieux, chaleureux , lumineux, confortable et bien décoré et aménagé; C'est un endroit idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille ou entre amis. A proximité des pistes, du centre ville, des lacs pour de belles balades et à la fois légèrement en retrait et au calme. Les petits plus : le jardin pour les enfants et le sauna pour les parents après une journée de ski. Nous vous recommandons très sincèrement cette location dans ce beau chalet, vous ne le regretterez pas ! Et les propriétaires et la gardienne sont très sympas ...

"Ho trascorso insieme a mia moglie e a mio figlio una bellissima vacanza. L''''appartamento è corrispondente alla descrizione e alle foto del sito, è ben attrezzato e ha un contesto tranquillo. Il mare è a pochi passi. La sua posizione inoltre permette di visitare i posti più suggestivi della Sicilia, a partire dall''Etna, Taormina, Catania, Siracusa, ma anche località un po'' piu'' distanti come Noto, Ragusa e Agrigento. La Sicilia e la sua gente rimarranno nel nostro cuore!"

"Attention, la propriétai...

"Attention, la propriétaire dispose de plusieurs appartements et les photos présentées sur Homelidays ne concernent qu'un seul d'entre eux. Nous avons donc eu la désagréable surprise de découvrir que l'appartement que la propriétaire nous a loué n'était pas celui présenté ici, que nous avions choisi. Nous n'avons pas trouvé cela très correct. Lorsqu'on choisit de louer un appartement en fonction des photos et d'une description, et que l'on se rend compte qu'il ne s'agit pas de cet appartement, on a l'impression de s'être fait avoir. La propriétaire aurait pu nous expliquer ce changement. Dans tous les cas, l'annonce sur Homelidays mérite d'être plus claire sur les différents appartements. De plus, l'appartement dans lequel nous étions, était très mal isolé, nous entendions les voisins (même les ronflements la nuit!). La description de l'appartement n'était pas celle de ce site non plus! Pas de vélo à disposition, pas de chaise longue, pas de bouilloire, pas de grille-pain, pas de cafetière, cuisine non indépendante...à part cela, l'appartement était assez fonctionnel, avec la clim' et une place de parking et bien situé par rapport aux visites que nous voulions faire. Par contre, il est situé dans un petit village, avec peu de commodités (pas de supermarchés, peu de restaurants), voiture indispensable. Il mérite également quelques petites réparations à réaliser (petite fuite d'eau de la douche, porte fenêtre à huiler...). Bref, beaucoup de déception d'être dans un autre appartement que celui décrit ici. Par contre, la propriétaire était assez sympa, et parle un anglais assez correct."

Inoubliable séjour.

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique, tout était parfait, le chalet est magnifique et très bien décoré, très complet on se sent chez soi, il ne manque rien. Nous avons 2 enfants, 18 mois et 8 ans et tout était présent pour eux même le lit et chaise enfant... Le plaisir de tous est mis en avant (sauna pour les parents, balançoire pour les enfants, barbecue, etc.) le cadre est magnifique et imprenable. Nous avons eu de très bon conseil sur place pour passer de bons moments, beaucoup de chose à faire à tout les niveaux et pour tout les âges. Nous n'avons qu'un seul regret lors de notre séjour c'est le départ ! Si vous avez l'occasion n'hésitez pas à vous offrir ce moment inoubliable. Nous reviendrons dès que possible... Encore un grand merci aux propriétaires pour tout ... Et à très bientôt.

"Alloggio molto bello, pulito con buone rifiniture e attrezzature in bel contesto arretrato rispetto alla via principale quindi piu tranquillo. a 50mt dal mare, molto comodo come punto di partenza per varie escursioni. E'' preferibile avere un''auto. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nell''alloggio al piano rialzato.l''alloggio è conforme alle foto e alle descrizioni fornite dalla proprietaria Adriana che è stata veramente molto gentile e ottima padrona di casa."

Adriana Casa Vacanze is my personal project that I started ten years ago, with my first little house a short walk from the sea. From that moment on, I have not stopped. Today we have four apartments with a total of 27 beds.

It all started in Stazzo, a wonderful village where time seems to stand still. Here nature is the host. The sun and the smell of salt improve the mood and quality of life.

Why they chose this property

Here the pace is not fast as it is in the cities. The atmosphere is pleasant, the food delicious. Fresh fish is available a few meters from the house, and the sea is emerald green. You can enjoy walks surrounded by fragrant lemon groves and colorful flowers, present even in winter.
