Watch dolphins playing from the balcony! We offer free WiFi, 3 flat screen LCD TVs. There is also a WiFi signal extender so you have service by the pool & on the beach! This spacious, two bedroom, two bath unit sleeps eight with a king size bed in the master bedroom, two queen size beds in the second bedroom and a sofa bed. Updated kitchen, new tile floors, updated bathroom vanities and more. Enjoy our beach box filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, pool floats, body boards, beach toys and more!! A selection of books, puzzles & board games are also available. Check in is easy with staff available 24 hours a day at our management company located just 5 minutes away.

Loved it....literally steps to the beach which was awesome. Also...beach service was right where you walked on to the sand. Ate at some great restaurants...Middle Grounds...Salt Rock Grill...Gigi's Italian...Corner Cafe for and amazing breakfast. I feel rested and recharged. Thank you Carmen for sharing your lovely condo with us. Also, comfortable couches for watching tv and comfy beds with great white cotton sheets. zzzzzzz

We enjoyed our week stay at Las Brasis 308. Very comfortable beds and lots of outlets! The owners were wonderful and handled our calls/texts regarding how-to very quickly! The view from the deck was wonderful no matter what the weather conditions were. We will return sometime in the near future and you should book this place!

The condo was perfect for me and my daughter and son-in-law. It was clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. The location was perfect for our needs. View was great, beach was nice. The only downside was it was pretty windy during our stay, but you can’t control the weather.

Great location with everything you need within short distance. Beach is beautiful, pool was amazing…, the extra gear on Balcony saved a ton of spending and allowed for more experience of beach. Carpets in bedrooms could use a good scrubbing, but overall a great experience. Thanks Carmen for having us stay. It was everything you said it was

Great location with lovely sunsets

We had a great stay in Las Brisas 308. Condo was clean with beautiful sunset views. Great location with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We didn’t use the pool but it looked clean. We did have to buy beach chairs due to the broken and rough condition chairs at the condo but you can also rent loungers right on the beach if you like. Would definitely stay again.

Family vacation

Booking was easy and the condo was nice. The cleanliness needs a little help. The floors turned our feet black and needed a good mopping, used k-cups in the Keurig machine and crumbs were all over the counter by the toaster as well as counter top by the sink. The owners were sweet and fast to respond to our questions. We would stay here again!

Wonderful condo. Very clean. Beautifully done. Very large 2 bedrooms. Two full baths. Plenty of room for all 5 of us. Our king bedroom tv did not work & the owner promptly bought a new tv & had it installed. Carmen was excellent to deal with. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!❤️

Large, clean condo

This condo was on the end, with a set-back ocean view but still beautiful. The had amenities like beach chairs and a beach umbrella and a small cooler. Good size with two bathrooms and large bedrooms. Friendly, helpful owner. Pick up for the keys was about a mile down the road. We would rent here again.

Oceanview condo and great location

We stayed there for a couple of days. It’s a nice condo, bigger than we expected. We liked the Madeira beach and the heated pool. There were plenty of beach toys and floatation items for kids, chairs and everything you need for the beach. The only thing that we didn’t find was beach cart. The oceanview from the balcony was great when we wanted to stay in the unit. We liked that restaurants and grocery are really close, so that it saved us time. Overall it was a great vacation.

My husband, adult daughter and I spent a fabulous week at 308 Las Brisas. The condo was very clean, well-stocked with kitchen, bathroom, and recreational items. The neighborhood is full of great restaurants, and the beach was RIGHT THERE! The pool has been re-done since the online photos were taken. It was very nice. Thanks so much! I’d love to come back.

Family Trip

We spent 5 nights at this location. Carmen was very communicative while booking and leading up to the trip. The location was great and we walked to Winn Dixie, ice cream and Dockside Daves. The kitchen was stocked enough to make our meals. You do have to purchase your own extra toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, etc but that’s fairly typical of a condo rental. Alll of the beach toys, umbrellas, chairs and even a cooler were a huge added bonus.
