Watch dolphins playing from the balcony! We offer free WiFi, 3 flat screen LCD TVs. There is also a WiFi signal extender so you have service by the pool & on the beach! This spacious, two bedroom, two bath unit sleeps eight with a king size bed in the master bedroom, two queen size beds in the second bedroom and a sofa bed. Updated kitchen, new tile floors, updated bathroom vanities and more. Enjoy our beach box filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, pool floats, body boards, beach toys and more!! A selection of books, puzzles & board games are also available. Check in is easy with staff available 24 hours a day at our management company located just 5 minutes away.

Beautiful, clean and updated condo with everything needed. The view of the ocean is just as shown on the listing and having board games, beach chairs and beach games, noodles, rafts provided to us made the beach even more fun. The owner is very responsive and provides all the information clearly, including tips on where to eat. (The enormous grouper sandwich at Dockside Dave's was a favorite with my family.)Just know the elevator is really slow, so being able to take the stairs was necessary at busy times. We loved our stay and wish it could have been longer. 10/10 would book again!

Our stay at Las Brisas in Madeira Beach was absolutely outstanding! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning beachfront location and breathtaking Gulf views. Waking up each morning to the sound of the waves and enjoying spectacular sunsets from the balcony made this vacation truly unforgettable.The condo was spacious, clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beach is just steps away, and the heated pool provided a perfect place to relax after a day in the sun. The location couldn’t be better—close enough to enjoy the restaurants, shops, and attractions at John’s Pass, yet peaceful and quiet enough to feel like a private retreat. What really sets Las Brisas apart is the combination of comfort, convenience, and incredible scenery. Whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or as a couple, it’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Florida’s Gulf Coast. Room was beautiful. Host had awesome communication skills and was very friendly. Bedrooms are spacious and the unit offered lots of extras that some other units do not. The location is awesome for walking to lots of places. The two potential things we noticed that may need attention we mentioned to the rental company at checkout and they were great.

Great place to stay

Very nice, Clean, comfortable condo. Well stocked kitchen and lot's of beach and pool toys. Beds were all comfortable as well.Only thing we didn't have was beach towels.

Great place and location!

Very nice condo over looking pool and beach. We had a great stay! Spacious and clean unit. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony for lunch. Beautiful sunsets every night, final night we also got to see manatees in the Gulf.

This was our second time staying at Las Brisas and we loved it. The condo was very spacious and had all the necesseties needed for our family, only thing needed is a few more bath towels. Great location and beach is beautiful! Looking forward to staying again!

Thanks for the review and for being a repeat guest! There never seems to be enough towels, lol! I checked with housekeeping and they said a minimum of 2 sets of bath towels, hand towels & washcloths per person are provided. The washer & dryer in our unit do come in handy if you run out. Even when we visit, we usually end up doing a quick towel wash midweek. Hope to see you back again!

College Visit

We wanted to stay on the beach as we going a college visit and to be near friends who lived in St. Pete. The condo is as pictured and very clean with super comfortable bed and linens. Plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Will stay here again!

Great stay!

Was in the area for a short visit so only got to spend one day at the beach condo but that time was very enjoyable. The condo was well-appointed with beach and pool view! Everyone was very nice and owner was quite welcoming.

Las Brisas, Mad Beach

Great location on the beach with a pool, doesn’t get much better. Walking distance to restaurants, stores, etc… perfect for a girls weekend or family vacations.
