Beautiful Ocean View and Sunsets! 2 Beach Chairs Included! Must be 25 to Rent!

Sunbird Condominiums now fully open. The condos have been newly roofed, new decking, pools all updated. The unit has recently been completely remodeled with all new floors, updated kitchen and bath. Kitchen has been renovated with all new cabinets, countertops and new appliances. The Bathroom has been updated with a walk in tile shower, new floors and new vanity. Bedroom and bunks have new mattresses.
This unit is located on the desirable 6th floor with great views and privacy. Building has a total of 12 floors so there are no long elevator lines or waiting.

Perfect for couples or families!
The Sunbird is centrally located in Panama City Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Our unit is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and most importantly just steps away from the beach. Unit is a 1 bedroom 1 bath with king bed in bedroom and a bunk bed area in living room. Living room has a new 55 inch tv and bedroom has a mounted flat screen tv as well.

This is a gated family friendly condo. There are 3 swimming pools one of which is heated November through March. There are barbecue grills located next to two of the pools. Complex offers a workout facility and a laundry room located on first floors by elevators.

YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OR OLDER TO RENT THIS UNIT. NO
PETS ALLOWED. The person who rents unit is responsible for the unit and must reside in the unit for the entire stay. No subletting allowed, you may not rent this unit for someone else. These are HOA rules and if not followed you will be asked to leave the premises with NO refund.

Additional fees upon arrival are parking pass and arm bands.

Nicely decorated. Very clean. Great location on the beach and with pools. Lots of options for things to so and places to eat nearby. The only reason this place won’t get 5 stars is that Pineapple Willy’s is right next door and their parking lit lights hinder the night views of the beach.

Best Spring Break Vacation

The pictures do not do the condo justice! It is absolutely beautiful, super clean and the location is perfect! It is with in walking distance to everything you could want to do. The owner was amazing and super easy to get in contact with. The gated community is a huge plus! We will definitely be back!

The condo was spacious, clean and absolutely wonderful. Everything you need for a stay the beach. Condo has amazing views of the ocean. Very serene. Communication with the owner was amazing. They responded quickly to any questions. There were even Pineapple Willy cups that you can use at the restaurant next-door.

Spring Break Stay

We were in PCB for a sporting event at nearby Publix Sports Complex. Location of the property made for an easy commute to the complex and was also a very nice location on the beach. Great view from the balcony. Gated parking lot and plenty of parking available onsite. Restaurants nearby. Unit was as described. Communication with owners was great.

Beautiful condo

It was a beautiful condo and location, the only thing I didn like was having to pay for a parking pass an bracelets you have to wear the whole time. And the pool was closed an I wasn't informed about that. My son was pretty upset he don't like the ocean he likes the pools. Communication was awesome, check in was easy, and we enjoyed our stay

Spring Trip

Property was under construction for updates. We were disappointed that none of the 3 pools were open, one was supposed to be heated. There was no hose or shower available to hose sand off from the beach. We were not allowed pets but there were numerous large fresh piles of dog poop outside on Sat and Sun morning.

We had a great week here at the Sunbird 611 west. The unit was emaculate and the views were amazing. The chairs and beach access were great! I would highly recommend staying here.

This was probably the cleanest condo I’ve ever rented. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony was very spacious with amazing views—especially perfect for watching the 4th of July fireworks! The security and condo staff were wonderful. The pool decks and grounds were spotless and well maintained. We appreciated how staff kept an eye out for everyone’s safety during storms. The beach was fabulous, and the location made it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and even Walmart. Highly recommend!

Hidden Gem

The host was so kind and gracious. She checked in with us and went over and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The condo has a designers touch and perfectly laid out, not wasting one inch. It felt much larger than it was. The finishes and linens were expensive and the bed was super comfy. This is on the Pineapple Willy's side of the condo at the very end, so it was a 3 minute walk through a gate to the parking lot. Super convenient. We ate there everyday. Close to everything and ocean front. You will love this condo!! It is well worth the money. I could live there.

Beautiful place with a Beautiful view!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated condo. Just a couple hiccups, at no fault of the owner, but the owner did offer us a refund and to leave the second day. Felt a little harsh to be offered to leave right away because we brought up a concern. But, we are very thankful that we could enjoy this little slice of heaven.

Amazing Getaway!

My husband and I came down here for a quick kid free getaway before school starts back up and it was an amazing trip! The condo was the perfect size for us with every amenity we could have asked for. Pool and beach access were so easy and the view from the balcony was beautiful. We did one grocery trip at the beginning of our and hardly left the condo after that with the exception of walking to Pineapple Willys which is RIGJT next door! Best part overall was the included beach chairs. They are a game changer! We would definitely stay again in the future!!

Better than expected

The unit is as described. Clean, great location and the hostess extremely responsive. We had everything we needed (pots/ pans, dish ware). Very comfortable space. The balcony was a nice touch. We had no issues. The beach is steps away. Getting the beach chairs was easy and the beach was incredible. Looking forward to going back.
