Beautiful Waikoloa Beach 3 BR Villa - Starting at 179/Night
Our villa is furnished in a casual tropical island theme, with authentic Tommy Bahama furniture and new wide plank flooring in the living and dining areas. This 3 bedroom villa is ideally located, just steps away from the pool. Our Hawaiian style townhouse is very large, has an 18-ft living room ceiling, and has no one above or below. We furnish free high speed WiFi, 3 flat screen TVs, and a DVD player. In our well-equipped kitchen you can grill fresh fish from the local market and even enjoy farm fresh fruits and vegetables from the nearby Kona Farmers' Market. Brew a cup of 100% Kona coffee and enjoy the variety of world-class restaurants on the Kohala Coast.

Waikoloa Beach Colony Villas is a private, gated complex in the exclusive Waikoloa Beach Resort. It is on Hawaii's Kohala Coast with the Big Island's best beaches and weather. We love having our villa as our home-away-from-home. We enjoy the variety of beaches on the Big Island and cannot get enough of exploring new places and hidden beaches. We love to cook, so you'll find everything in our kitchen that you need to create fantastic island inspired meals. Our villa has boogie boards, snorkels & beach gear, tennis rackets, and all kinds of games. We welcome you as our guests.

We like this Waikoloa Colony Villa for its spaciousness (much larger than the 2 bedroom units), award winning architectural design, and lush tropical landscaping. Waikoloa Beach Resort has a convenient central location for exploring the Island, with one of the best beaches on the Kohala Coast. We love the natural beauty of the island and the consistently warm weather.
What makes this property unique
With two pools, a tennis court, walking paths, exercise room, and meeting room, this is a wonderful complex for families, couples, singles, young and old. This newer complex is close to the Kings' Shops and Queens' Marketplace of the Waikoloa Resort. We also enjoy the close proximity to many of the best beaches in Hawaii.
