Charming apartment in villa near the beach

Come spend an unforgettable stay in Guadeloupe in an apartment for 4 people (this ad + announcement N ° 8255161 for a second identical accommodation if you are more numerous), quiet near the lagoon of Ste Anne in a residential area of the city nearby all amenities (shops, local market, post office, doctor, pharmacy, ...).
Ideal for two couples of friends wanting to keep their privacy while sharing pleasant moments or a family of four, each apartment consists of two rooms (nightly clim + TV) each with its adjoining bathroom and sanitary. They are separated by a dressing room, equipped with storage, a small safe and a washing machine. A cooler is at your disposal for your picnics.
The equipped kitchenette is on the terrace and offers an open view of the tropical flower garden where you will have breakfast and meals in the company of sugar birds and hummingbirds.
You have a second small teak terrace in the garden equipped with a lounge consisting of a bench, two chairs and a coffee table to enjoy your evenings around a "Ti-punch".

A notre grand regret de ne pas avoir pu louer la partie maison avec piscine. Tant pis, pour la prochaine fois... Un branchement télé sur la partie cuisine servant de salon pourrait être judicieux pour les soirs de pluie entre amis pour regarder un match de rugby bon ou foot...lol... Très bon accueil. Notre séjour aux Sapotilles a tenu toutes ses promesses. L'appartement est très propre et très fonctionnel. La clim est bien un plus (sans en abuser). Sophie (très agréable) nous a réservé un accueil parfait et chaleureux agrémenté de très bons conseils (encore merci a elle). Au cours d'un séjour d'un mois aux Sapotilles, nous avons apprécié les prestations et l'environnement magnifique, complétés par un accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. La villa est à proximité de la belle plage et des commerces de Ste Anne, et d'un marché antillais hebdomadaire. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location, que d'ailleurs nous renouvelons cette année avec beaucoup de plaisir.

Location très chouette, magnifique jardin tropical

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en Guadeloupe et avons beaucoup apprécié cette location aux Sapotilles avec nos amis. Idéalement située (20 mn de marche jusqu'au marché de la plage), la configuration était totalement bien adaptée à notre besoin et le jardin magnifique. Accueil particulièrement attentionné et chaleureux lors de notre arrivée et grande réactivité lorsque nous avons eu un petit problème logistique. Logement très propre, pour faire juste une petite remarque (la seule), il manquait quelques couverts. Nous recommandons vivement.

à la fois proche de la plage et de la ville, les Sapotilles sont l'endroit idéal pour un séjour à Saint Anne en Guadeloupe, l'accueil de Corinne est en tous points remarquable, chaleureux, convivial et réactive pendant la durée de notre séjour.. bonne location bien située à Sainte-Anne (à part la marche d'1/4h à pied jusqu'à la plage qui serait difficile pour une famille avec des enfants en bas âge/poussette car il n'y a pas de trottoir le long de la route) appartements agréables et bien disposés, avec tout le nécessaire (ligne fourni et renouvelé), au coeur d'un très beau jardin les nouveaux propriétaires sont très sympathiques

Une location qui est très bien située pour visiter et profiter pleinement de la mer et ses eaux turquoises. Nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis.Le logement est bien équipé et présente un véritable atout avec ses 2 chambres et 2 salle de bain, sa cuisine donnant sur le jardin magnifique permet l'ensemble des repas à l'extérieur.
