Villa Alkyoni, a luxurious three-bedroom villa with its own private pool, surrounded by lush greenery and boasting magnificent sea views from an 800m altitude, is located in the tranquil village of Tzamarelata, only 7 km from the cosmopolitan Fiscardo Bay. It will undoubtedly appeal to anyone seeking an idyllic haven, to immerse in the nature of the island, yet being close enough to a bustling town full of modern convenience

The residence is a spacious 215m² (2.300ft) two storey villa finished in local stone, decorated in a unique style with bright colours and modern furniture that can accommodate up to 8 people. Surrounded by a Mediterranean 500m² (5400ft) garden, you will be able to enjoy plenty of sun and relaxation on the main terrace equipped with parasols, sunbeds and a large outside dining table.

Alkyoni is equipped to the highest standards offering all the modern comforts you could need for a luxurious, one of a kind holiday. Spread over two floors, it features three bedrooms with private bathrooms on the top floor, a generous open plan living-dining area, a separate top modern kitchen, and an additional bedroom with a sofa bed, cloakroom on the ground floor. At the back gardens of the property, there is a large BBQ for you to prepare alfresco dinners and lunches.

On the ground floor, there is a large open plan living room with sofas and armchairs, a flat-screen Sat TV, DVD player and media dock. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an island/breakfast bar, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven- ceramic hobs, microwave, kettle, juicer, toaster, espresso/cappuccino machine and filter coffee maker. The large dinning area sits 8 and enjoys beautiful views.
A marble staircase leads to the three very large and bright bedrooms, all with en suite facilities, each with fitted wardrobes and vanity desks.

All windows and patio doors have insect screens.
Free and reliable Wi-Fi access and air-conditioning is available throughout the property.

Tres belle location mais pour 6 adultes. La 4e chambre est plutôt un bureau, un peu spartiate pour une vraie chambre. Au niveau de la cuisine: il faudrait rajouter de la vaisselle, un peu juste pour 6. Il manque un mixeur, un plat à tarte, des poêles. A la salle à manger : pas de tele, impossible de la faire fonctionner. Sejour très agréable, très belle deco, prrsonnel de menage très agréable. Vavances tout à fait positives

Sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes Haus

Genau wie auf den Bildern, fast noch schöner. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, während unseres einwöchigen Aufenthalt kam zweimal jemand zum Reinigen sowie zum Überprüfen des Pools und zur Pflege des Gartens. Sehr schöne Aussicht von der Terrasse aufs Meer, große Zimmer mit schönen Bädern. Etwas abgelen, deshalb sehr ruhig. Ein Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!!

Fabulous Villa!

The villa was perfect! Plenty of room, a fabulous pool and a lovely view. We had the most wonderful time on Kefalonia. Very relaxing. Ideally located villa for Fiskardo, Assos and Myrtos Beach. An easy journey to Ag Efimia and Sami for a great day out too. Definitely need a car - even to reach the local shops, but not a problem at all. Well maintained villa and pool, very clean and tidy and very comfortable- thank you!

Zero incidentals, not even salt and pepper in kitchen. Nice place but you have to bring absolutely everything you may need if you plan on any cooking. Dish soap, paper towels, foil, plastic wrap etc. Also got attacked by mosquitoes every single night in bed. Tried changing rooms to no avail. Several window screens were broken. Window shutters made lots of squeaking and banging noise when the wind blew even though the retaining hooks were used. Never got a good nights sleep.

Lovely villa in a great location!

Really lovely villa finished to a very high standard. Great swimming pool and outdoor seating area. We were 8 guests, but there were only 6 sun loungers & outfit seating for 6, which was a shame, however we worked around this. Well placed for two lovely beaches and only a 5 minute drive to a small little supermarket and a couple restaurants. Beautiful Fiskardo is only a 10-15 minute drive away and we’ll worth a visit. If you’re looking for a laid back holiday in beautiful surroundings this is the place for you. A car is essential and the drive north from the airport is on fairly narrow, windy roads up through the mountains, but well worth the journey! Thank you Reggina

Brilliant villa - highly recommended

Villa Alkyoni was stunning. It was well equipped and just brilliant! Rengina was really helpful and when we had a query, we got an immediate response. The villa was cleaned mid week and the lady who came was lovely. The whole villa was immaculate. It was a perfect location for us - quiet but only 10 minutes from Fiskardo. We loved the island and would love to return to discover more of it.

Lovely clean contemporary villa with spectacular views

What a lovely place to stay. A car is essential but you will want to rent one so you can visit the area as well as going to get provisions. Kefalonia is a beautiful clean unspoilt island with good roads. The area around Fiscardo in the north of the island is a must see and this is where this villa is so good by being only 4 miles away. This Villa has 3 double bedrooms all overlooking the sea and all with generous ensuites. The room downstairs with a single bed is not ideal and doesn't have air conditioning which every other room has. Would recommend this villa for a group of friends or extended family ,as we were, looking for a relaxing quiet rural retreat but near enough for restaurants,shops,beaches and bars. Take mosquito repellant with you as the first night we were bitten until we realised ! We will return Mike Gill and family

A perfect stay in a gorgeous villa with beautiful

We spent an amazing week at the villa. Very spacious, modern and well designed, perfect for a group of 6 adults and two children who had a blast in the pool (not huge but big enough and clean). All bedrooms are en suite, wifi was fast and even though the house has air conditioning, it was cool enough that we never felt the need to turn it on. Regina made the booking process very easy, always reachable for questions and tips and sent very helpful instructions from the airport to the villa.
