This cottage forms part of our new Cart House development - Courtyard forms the southerly wing of the Cart House - see the floor plan tab to see exactly what it contains.

Ideal for a family or group of friends/work colleagues with it's flexible layout of bedrooms. The cottage is all on one floor with a lovely sitting room featuring oak floors, colourful rugs and a wood burning stove, it comes complete with Free sat HD TV, DVD player, hi-fi with iPod dock and free wifi. Open plan to the kitchen and dining area with natural travertine floor & fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. French windows out onto the patio and garden.
The master bedroom has a lovely superking bed and ensuite shower room and next door there is a family room. The family room can have an extra king bed and a single or 3 single beds, with ensuite wet room. It is possible at small additional cost to have 5 single beds in this cottage - ideal for groups of friends or people working in the area.

Outside your own private patio & garden with garden furniture. There is parking for 2 cars adjacent to the cottage.
We do accept some dogs at the cottages but please ask for details as we have some doggy house rules, there is an additional charge of £25 per dog and a maximum of 2 dogs per booking. You can not book your dogs in via Homeaway as their system will not charge for them - please contact Elaine for a quote.
Please note that the Homeaway system estimates prices for short breaks over 3 nights, best to ask for a price for stays of 4 - 6 nights to ensure that you get the best deal. Also there may be an occasion when the Homeaway price has not transferred through correctly and we may have to adjust the price before accepting a booking request.
