On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace, kitchen and bathroom, on the first floor there are two double bedrooms with two bathrooms. The villa is located in Maremma on the embankment of the Olpeta river and inside a fenced garden of 1,300 m2 with shower, closet, barbecue, oven and parking. It borders a prehistoric forest of 2,700 hectares ideal for walking or cycling (there are 4 available in the villa). In the surroundings there are Etruscan sites and museums, Lake Bolsena is 12 km away, the Tyrrhenian Sea 35 km, Rome 12 km and Florence 150 km. The thermal baths of Viterbo and Saturnia are 40 km away.
