INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Great stay in a cozy condo!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was so cozy but had plenty of room for my husband and I. The view is beautiful. Love the coffee shop, the pools, and the hot tubs. Owners were very responsive. We had no issues during our stay and would definitely stay again!! The bed was super comfortable as well!!

Nice family stay

Great place for families, I would not come back unless with kids. Very kid friendly property. The resort needs more elevators but overall it was a great stay. The room doesn’t have a washer/dryer nor a stove/oven but it was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Unit was nice. Only small suggestions: Coffee cups, forks and a broom in this unit would’ve been nice. Only major complaint with the property were the LONG waits for elevators.

Great location!

We loved the stay! Our room was just perfect for the two of us! Beach view at its best. Of course, busy with the elevators since the resort only has 2 elevators for a 21-floor building. Our check-in process was fast and easy. The front desk lady did come off a little aggressive and we didn’t want to ask any questions, I’m guessing she was in a hurry since it was almost 5pm… but keep in mind travelers are there for a nice time and a smile goes a long-long way! 😀 Regardless, we enjoyed the SPLASH resort. So much to do around the area too, quick and easy! See you all soon ☺️

Amazing property

This was the best unit at splash I’ve ever stayed in! So clean!! Absolutely beautiful updated bathroom. New appliances. Only issue was the lightbulb in the lamp didn’t work, but it’s an easy fix and had no affect on the trip. My only wish is the resort itself would find a way to integrate another elevator, but that has nothing to do with this condo. We will search for this one again next trip!!

Splash is old and dirty

My room was extremely dated, DIRTY & had silverfish in the bathroom. Walls were all chipped, bathroom was gross Very disappointed

Took 2hrs to check in coffee pot didn’t work had a hard time getting fresh towel only one wash clo

Only one wash cloth in room at check in Wouldn’t stay again and even told friends the bad experience

It was a great time and the room was a good size for only 2 people. The downfall even though not much room is there is no refrigerator space and no blender in the room as it said. Overall Thank You !!

Everything was good but my impression was it was a 24 hour check in process and you came and got information about check inwhen you got there and not the email room code etc.... I rarely have access to email and this time I did which saved me. Property does not answer there phone consistently. Other wise when “ I “ figured everything out all was good

What a great place!!! Everyone was right how sweet and helpful Pamela at the desk is! Room was very clean and will stay here again!! Paradise Getaways was also very helpful and easy to work with!!! Panama City Beach Studio

We traveled to Panama Cit Beach in February so this rating is for an off season rental. The studio condo was clean and was well represented in the pictures. There are some good local places to eat close by on beach front road, we recommend the Thai food and Mouy Wayno's Tex Mex. The resort pools and fitness center were in good operating order and were clean. The staff and other guest were very welcoming and friendly. The beach was fantastic and very clean. We would recommend these accommodations and would stay again.
