Welcome to Bon Aire!! Our Villa "Llimona" of 180 m² comfortable and fully equipped. Lovely villa and gardens suited all ages from 14months to 70!

Lovely villa and gardens with gated pool. Tonja's service was exceptional and really made the holiday for us! We did not hire a car but on reflection it would have been a good idea as it is a steep return from the village and as we just loved Alcudia old town we would have liked to visit more often during our stay. We had all ages in our party from toddler to 70's - we all loved it!

Schönes Objekt mit schlechten Betten

Das Objekt war sehr schön. Allerdings sind die Betten in den 4 Schlafzimmern nicht gut. Die Betten sind sehr schmal und das Doppelbett im kleineren Zimmer knarrt bei jeder Bewegung sehr laut. Das hat den Urlaub sehr beeinträchtigt, da an Schlaf nicht zu denken ist.

Nous avons été déçu de l extérieur qui ne correspondait pas à la réalité. Pergola déchirée billard inutilisable sous la pergola au lieu d un joli salon de jardin . Pas de coussin sur transat de piscine comme prévu trop dur . Déçu pour le prix de la location les photos sont très anciennes et trompeuses.

Grosse und schöne Finca an super Lage

Wir (2 Familien) haben unseren Urlaub in dieser Finca sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Tonja hat super geklappt und die Übernahme und Übergabe des Hauses war sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus bietet genügend Platz und der Aussenbereich ist sehr für die Kinder geeignet. (Pool, Billard, Liegen, Grill, etc.) Bei 8 Personen kann es zu Warmwasserknappheit beim Duschen kommen, was jedoch verständlich ist. Wir können die Finca sehr weiterempfehlen. Besten Dank nochmals.

Lovely villa, great location

We really enjoyed this villa and its location, being peaceful and quiet but within walking distance of the beach and town. And our 21 month old daughter loved the pool and toddling around the place, which was as safe as you'd be able to expect anywhere to be for a little person - the pool being gated was a real blessing as well. Tonja at Alcudia Property was brilliant, too - which can (and did) make a real difference to the holiday.

Schöne Finca in Alcudia

Wir haben das Haus in einem guten Zustand vorgefunden, alles war in Ordnung. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist gut, ein Zimmer hat leider kein Fenster nach draußen. Küche und Bad ist sehr schön, teilw neue Elektrogeräte in der Küche! Super! Das Wohnzimmer bzw das Sofa ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Eine schöne Finca mit guter Lage!! Tonja hat sich um alles gekümmert und war jederzeit ansprechbar! Das war super.

Beautiful, well-laid-out villa; not great for a toddler

This is a lovely villa with great fruit trees, pool, grill, and patio. It is very tastefully decorated, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the beds are comfortable. It is located in a quiet neighborhood very near to beautiful beaches, although it is a bit of a drive to get to a larger supermarket. However, the decor is a bit too delicate and too appealing for me to be comfortable with our two-year-old in the house. Many of the table tops are glass, the floor in the kitchen is tile, and I spent a lot of time yelling, "No no -- DONT TOUCH!", as I was worried that he would break things. I would definitely recommend this place for a family with older children or no children, but it wasn't the best choice for us.

Fint hus i rolig område

Huset er fint og anvendelig, men mangler litt for å score toppkarakter. Bassenget var på vårt opphold litt for mye klorete. Uteområde rundt bassenget var overgrodd. Sengene var harde, og kjøkkenet sparsommelig utstyrt. I juli var vi avhengig av air con for å få sove, men dette var veldig dyrt å bruke. Beliggenheten var koselig, men kun en liten butikk og et par restauranter i gangeavstand. Alt annet krever bil. Med noen få oppgraderinger vil stedet bli veldig bra for små grupper. Alcudia Property var hyggelige, imøtekommende og lette forholde seg til.

Love villa in a peaceful setting

A very good holiday rental located in a smart, well kept area just outside Alcudia. The villa itself was beautiful and very peaceful. It has a lovely pool and plenty of outside space and seating. The outside table tennis was a bonus! A car is definitely required and makes it very easy to reach the nearby towns and beaches. It is possible to walk to the closest beach (around 15 minutes) but it's uphill all the way back so not suitable for young children. There is also nearby marina, small supermarket and a few bars and restaurants all within walking distance but again, uphill on the way back to the villa. We experienced a few small disappointments with the villa. One of the bedrooms has a very squeaky and uncomfortable bed/mattress. The same bedroom is also without a fly screen at the window and as a consequence, 3 of us (including my 2 year old son) got quite badly bitten by mosquitos. We ended up using the air conditioning in the room and kept the window shut. Our only other gripe was that we found there was insufficient kitchen equipment for a family of 8 (plus an infant). Saucepans etc were scarce and it was missing basic things such as a tin opener and cheese grater. This may not affect certain guests who wish to eat out a lot but we did a lot of self catering due to food allergies so these items would have been useful. As I say, this was a minor issue and didn't impact on the enjoyment of our holiday. Tonja from the rental company couldn't have been more helpful and she bent over backwards to help us resolve any issues we had. We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Nubita and would recommend it to others.

Wundervoll und Mallorca pur!

Wir haben bereits mehrfach in Alcudia unseren Urlaub verbracht, jedoch zum ersten mal in einem Ferienhaus. Wir haben es sehr genossen und dies lag sicherlich auch an der Wahl des Häuschens. Hat alles wunderbar geklappt, alles sauber, alles da, alles gut. Kurzum: ein super Urlaub!

Perfect holiday house for eight

Perfect holiday house for eight with a beautiful pool surrounded by lemon trees!. Booking and communication with Tonja went smoothly and our late arrival was no problem for her. Grosse Villa mit eingezäuntem Pool

Tolles, grosses Haus mit viel Platz zum Spielen in ruhiger Wohngegend. Der Pool ist eingezäunt was sehr gut ist wenn man noch kleine Kinder hat. Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen relaxten Urlaub braucht und wir haben ganz besonders die Grillabende am Pool genossen. A perfect week on the seaside

This is a real beautiful villa with everything you need for relaxed vacations by the pool or on the beach. The house is very spacious and clean and the area is charming and quiet. We absolute loved the three restaurants and the chill out - all by the sea. Fresh fish and paellas at it´s best! The description is full accurate. And we would love to come back as soon as possible.

Sehr schönes Häuschen in ruhiger Lage mit guter Stadtanbindung!

Das Häuschen ist sehr schön, wenn das mit dem Strom geändert wird (was NICHT Schuld des Vermieters ist) ist es ABSOLUT zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist ruhig aber mit super Anbindung zum Stadtinneren (weniger als 10 Minuten mit dem Auto), der Hafen ist mit dem Auto in weniger als 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Es gibt nichts was an Ausstattung fehlt und wenn die Stromgesellschaft es ordentlich freigibt wären es alle 5 Sterne. So hatten wir das Problem das die gleichzeitige Benutzung vom Herd und Ofen zum rausspringen der Sicherung geführt hat (welche man jedesmal wieder einschalten musste) und das das warme Wasser nach 2 Duschenden nicht mehr schnell genug erhitzt wurde (laut Aussage läuft es über Strom) und man lange warten musste bis der nächste Duschen konnte. Dies war etwas unschön bei 7 Personen. Aber es wird ja geändert. Am Pool relaxen ist super und Abend die ein oder andere riesen Scheibe Fleisch auf den Grill hauen geht ebenso toll, genug Liegen (am Pool) und Sitzmöglichkeiten (Aussen wie Innen) gibt es allemal. 2 schön eingerichtete Bänder und auch die 4 Schlafzimmer, versehen mit 2 x Doppelbett und jeweils 2 Einzelbetten sind sehr Bequem. Genug Schränke in den Zimmern gab es auch! Alles in allem war es super. Unser Ansprechpartner auch sehr Nett und immer erreichbar (Danke Tonja) mit Reisehinweisen oder womit wir ihn auch immer genervt haben, er hatte immer ein offenes Ohr! Wir können es nur empfehlen!

Rundum schön.
