Magnificent villa of new construction, with private pool, lawn and garden. Fenced plot of 450 m2. Unbeatable location, just 250 meters from the beach and 5 minutes walk from all shops, promenade and marina of Garrucha.
It has 4 bedrooms (two of them have sea views), 2 bathrooms and one en suite, living room with fireplace, kitchen, garage and patio.
Private pool (with fence) and barbecue. It has many terraces and a large porch.
It has air conditioning and heating. WIFI.
Located in a very quiet area, the chalet is located in one of the best areas of Garrucha. Its location allows all purchases to be made on foot, and allows leisure, restaurants, bars, cinema (summer), maritime activities of that small fishing village to be enjoyed without a car. Near the town of Mojácar, Vera Playa, Tabernas desert, Carboneras.
Guests arriving at the property must deposit a deposit of € 400, which will be returned in the following days if there is no damage to the property by bank transfer.

Perfect family Villa

We have just returned home after 9 nights, we are a family of 9, 2 adults & 7 children and this was just perfect for us. The villa was spotless with plenty of extras, towels, toiletries, wash/cleaning supplies & drinks in the fridge. The fencing around the pool definitely made it child friendly and safe. The pool was cleaned half way through our stay, which we were notified about but it didn’t affect us as it was cleaned early morning. Check in and out was quick and easy, Francisco was very friendly. Both Francisco and Virginia answered any messages efficiently and were very helpful. They provided us with two cots and highchairs for our twins. We didn’t need a car for our stay, there is supermarket just up the road within walking distance and plenty of places to eat and drink near by. We caught a bus to the aqua park which was 10 mins away which I really recommend doing. We really enjoyed our stay thank you

La casa es una preciosidad, no le falta de nada, hemos estado unos días en familia y lo hemos disfrutado muchísimo. Virginia encantadora y muy atenta, al llegar teníamos agua y bebidas frescas en el frigorífico e incluso un melón que se agradece mucho al llegar. Si se puede repetiremos.

Casa excepcional con piscina excelente

Edificio y decoración de muy buen gusto, con diseño excelente. Es de construcción reciente. La parcela da bastante juego, con una piscina particular de primera. Está próxima a la playa, y esta es muy amplia y sin aglomeraciones (estuvimos en segunda quincena de julio). Se nos recibió y atendió con suma amabilidad y profesionalidad, propias de un buen hotel. Muy buena experiencia.

Lovely Villa

Good Location, Close to beach bars and Restaurants, Clean and tidy, we stayed for 26 nights and would definatley go back, there is a bus stop close by but we had a car to get around, there is a garage and off road parking too, plenty of room if you are a large family, the downstairs bedroom and bathroom/shower was great for my parents who can't go upstairs, friendly people who own the Villa, if you have any questions they answer quickly too. Thank you for a great stay

Can’t fault the whole holiday from beginning to end! The property is absolutely spotless, the hosts were so thoughtful, greeting us on arrival with soft drinks, beer and wine. They also left muffins for breakfast. Each room is beautifully decorated, with minimal design, lots of space, brilliant kitchen with everything you need. Front and side garden plus two roof terraces, all within a short distance form the town and the beach. Will definitely be going back

Superbe séjour!

Magnifique séjour dans cette villa toute neuve et très bien équipée. Le quartier est très calme mais on a accès à tous les services en 5 min à pied (supermarché, restaurants, promenade maritime, port) ce qui nous a permis de ne pas utiliser tous les jours la voiture. Très grande plage à proximité. Les propiétaires nous ont accueilli très chaleureusement et ont été très attentifs à notre confort. Nous n´hésiterons pas à revenir!
