41m² apartment composed of a living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, closed loggia, bathroom with Italian shower, separate toilet.
Apartment very well equipped: fully air-conditioned, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 flat screen televisions, free wifi, freezer, new bedding ... Housekeeping and sheets provided on request, for a fee.
The apartment is very well located, on the ground floor, with a small sea view, direct access to the sea, shops and port: all amenities within 2 min walk, holidays without car (bakery, grocery, pharmacy, restaurants ...).

Nettes Appartment in guter Lage

Wir haben ein nettes, kleines Appartment vorgefunden mit Klimaanlage und 2 separaten kleinen Schlafzimmern. Der Esstisch ist auf dem Balkon, in der kleinen Küche gibt es alles für kleine Mahlzeiten. Kinderspielzeug ist vorhanden. Die Anlage hat Zugang zum Hafen und Steinstrand, der rechte Strand war für unsere Kinder besser, hatte etwas Sand. Die Anlage bietet auch ein Schwimmbad, das man allerdings extra zahlen muss. Ist aber schön und eine gute Abwechslung zum Meer. Parkplätze hatten wir direkt vor der Wohnung gefunden. Wer nicht so viel Platz braucht und nähe zu Strand und Hafen sucht sollte diese Wohnung in Betracht ziehen.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis et l’emplacement est idéal pour des vacances sur la Côte d’Azur dans une magnifique résidence au milieu de la verdure avec une piscine xxl L’appartement est très bien équipé seul le canapé du salon est très inconfortable et la Clim aurait besoin d’un bon nettoyage

Situation parfaite avec un appartement très bien

Appartement équipé comme à la maison avec lave linge, lave vaisselle , batterie de cuisine complète , sèche cheveux aspirateur ….à 100metre de la plage dans un domaine très arboré . Parfait !!
