WE ARE PLEASED TO OPEN OUR VILLA AGAIN TO SHORT TERM RENTALS - WE ARE BOOKING UP FAST FOR 2024 and have a few weeks already booked for 2025
We have enhanced cleaning procedures in place and a no contact entry system in place. Come back to the sunshine state and stay in a beautiful relaxing villa.
SEE THE CAPE CANAVERAL LAUNCHES & THE AMAZING DISNEY FIREWORKS FROM OUR BACK GARDEN!! Our large villa is on a quiet cul-de-sac with no rear neighbours and a beautiful lake/conservation view beyond the pool & spa area. We have 5 bedrooms ( 3 of these are ensuite ) and 2 further twin bedrooms which share the forth bathroom, so perfect for large families or two families or a group of friends. The villa has a really well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and full laundry facilities. We have cable & Wifi as well as a games room with table football & air hockey for your added entertainment. There are two living areas and two dining areas to accommodate all of our guests. The main bedroom has doors out onto the pool which can also be accessed from the living room too. The surrounding countryside offers walking, hiking and biking as an alternative to the theme parks and the area also has many golf courses. This villa perfectly places you within easy reach of all the great things Orlando has to offer.

Orlando Villa Clermont

This villa made our holiday special, its layout, facilities and location to shops ( Walmart 5 mins) eateries of all types and all of the parks etc 30-40 mins away.We were a family of 6, grandparents who had the master bedroom separate and luxurious to the other rooms, children rooms adjacent and joining and a separate parents bedroom, combined with a central eating,cooking relaxing area, and the pool which is a must for relaxing after the long hot days at the parks.Cleanliness and other facilities ie cooking pots pans, towels, washing machine were perfect.

The perfect place for family

We enjoyed the house it was the perfect size big enough for everyone yet small enough to manage the pool was perfect there was one minor hiccup but property manager took care of it right away!

Wonderful place to stay close to Disney!

We arrived after dark, but the house had lights left on for us which was very welcoming. Master bedroom had a towel swan and bathrooms had toilet paper rosettes. There was plenty of room for our party of 8. Bedrooms were spacious! Pool was great as was the hot tub and we used those every day we were there! Directions and rules for the home were simple and straight forward. Very convenient to stores and within a half hour of the Disney Parks. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderfully Peaceful Villa

The view from the pool of the surrounding nature reserve is beautiful and even the pictures don't do it justice. You are able to see the wildlife but still have privacy from the neighbours. The villa itself has plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The beds were lovely and comfy and we were well stocked with everything we needed. Also great location, close enough to Disney but a nice quiet neighbourhood to return home to when you want to relax.

My family loved this home and how spaced out it is. They have ALL the things you need for a baby and the kitchen has PLENTY of appliances. We looked forward to soaking in the hot tub every night after the Disney parks and watching the fireworks from the backyard. Our only complaint is the air conditioner, we do wish it could have been cooler.

Great house and pool

This house is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The pool overlooks a natural water area with lots of birds. An egret even came right up to the pool area one day! At night we saw the Disney fireworks from the pool area. The pool is quite large, private and very clean. Lots of pool chairs for everyone. The house is very well maintained and everything we had hoped for. Would happily stay here again. Thank you to the hosts!

Wonderful Retreat!

We had a lovely stay at Swananoa! The house was beautiful, bright and clean and the peaceful surroundings were a wonderful respite from the chaos of the parks. We very much enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi and loved being able to see the fireworks from Disney at night! The only suggestion I would add is to offer extra toilet paper and paper towel. Also, if you would like people to start a load of laundry, providing detergent would be a must. We highly recommend this house and would stay again in a heartbeat! Thanks for a wonderful week!

Super-Sized Comfort!

This house is exactly what my family and I needed when it came to the types of beds, the number of bathrooms, and location. It is a roomy, well-furnished house with a well-appointed kitchen. It is conveniently located right off US27 which is the main highway in this area of central Florida which made it super easy to get to everything. The house is exactly as described in the description and photos. More importantly, Tanya, the homeowner, is so gracious and helpful -- very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this property.

The home was exactly what we expected. It was beautiful and very roomy for our family of 10. We enjoyed our time here and never felt like we were tripping over each other. The location was great. We were in town for softball games but were close to restaurants, stores and Disney parks. If I were to leave any recommendations it would be that there could be a few necessities left in the home, which we left behind for the next guests, in hope that they would do the same. Just to name a few, hand soap, toilet paper and possibly salt and pepper, would have been greatly appreciate. I would definitely stay in this home again and would recommend it to any one looking to accommodate a large group. We enjoyed every minute of our time here! THANKS! 🤗

Great property!

This is a lovely property! There were eight of us there for a week and we loved it! The pool, the game room, the pool, the hot tub, the pool, plenty of space...truly a home away from home. Great location, plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Conveniently located and wonderful views from the pool area. The vertical blinds in several of the bedrooms have been replaced with pleated blinds; otherwise the pictures are totally accurate. House was certainly acceptably clean. Just a couple of minor things that most probably wouldn't notice: the high built-in niches needed to be cleaned. Also, there was a queen-sized top sheet on the king-sized master bed. In order to make it fit, the cleaning staff turned it sideways and just didn't tuck it in at the bottom. In my opinion, the comforters are worn out and could be replaced. Be aware that there are no extra paper products or garbage bags on-site.

Nice house in lovely area. Easy access to Disney parks. Great pool. Property and furnishings a little tired. Property management team should check on cleaning crew. House was quite grubby in places and dishes and pots had to be washed before use. Owner was great. Always responded quickly to any questions we had and was kind enough to allow us a late check out on our final day which was great as we had four small children to organise. No pool table as advertised and table hockey machine was broken. Given these issues, would still recommend the property.

Beautiful home

We stayed here for our Universal trip and found it to be perfect. The drive was not terrible and the property was wonderful. The pool and 3 private bathrooms were big hits. The view is also very nice. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you.

Overall the property was okay. It’s got a lot of potential but you can tell it’s been let out as a holiday let for a while and in need of TLC to revamp it. It needs a bit more of in detail cleaning, there was a lot of dust, the master headboard had dust over it and through the property, skirting boreds need a good cleaning and that’s just the start. I messaged the owner on Vrbo last year asking about a late check out. Over a year later I got a reply saying no. So communication was applauding. Location was nice about 30 min drive to Disney and we could see the fireworks from the pool.

Beautiful home & great location!

Beautiful home to spend time relaxing and enjoying the pool. We traveled with another family and the house had more than enough room for everyone to have their own space. It was very clean and had no concerns with anything while there. The pool area was perfect and allowed us to spend every meal outside and the kids to swim all day. We love renting homes facing the pond to watch the Magic Kingdom Fireworks and to try and spot alligators!We've rented multiple homes in the Orange Tree neighborhood and have always loved staying there. I will add this home does not come stocked with many/any of the essentials you'd need such as garbage bags (only the one in the garbage), had 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no dishwasher tabs/detergent, no laundry detergent but you are expected to start a load before you leave, and absolutely bare minimum hand soap. We absolutely expect to buy some of these items when renting homes but are used to at least some quantity provided and left our purchased items behind so hopefully the next renters had some! Either way, we'd absolutely rent this home again, that was not a deterrent just a heads up so you know what to expect when renting.

Love this location!

I really don't like to say too many positive things about this home for fear that it might not be available when we want to stay. This was our second stay and we booked for next year as well. I love the layout of the home, the quiet neighborhood, and the pool/hot tub. Sitting out eating meals by the pool and looking out at the wildlife on the lake are some of my favorite things to do. it is also fun to watch the Disney fireworks.

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay at the property but given we were there primarily for the parks this was largely used as a place to sleep and eat. Everything was to hand that we needed. The property was pretty much as described and expected although bit of a shame for the kids that the pool table has disappeared from the games room and also the air hockey has suffered some previous damage. Unfortunately the villa had suffered from some damage to the lanai after Hurricane Milton which meant we were bothered by more bugs and mozzies than normal - the property owners responded very quicky and advised there were supply shortages after the hurricane so this was understandable and I appreciated the quick response. I would suggest the property owners make a check on their cleaners. We had around 6 cockroaches visit during our time at the property and I understand bugs cannot be totally eradicated. However, when we had to dig around under various bits of furniture to root out these bugs we did found a considerable amount of dirt, fluff, crumbs and broken glass in one case - I'd suggest the cleaners are cleaning what you can see rather then being fastidious in their cleaning of the property between visits.

We loved this property and knew we had to have it.....the views are amazing from the back and its on a larger than average plot with no rear neighbours. Its near to open countryside and shops so whats not to love.

What makes this property unique

You can enjoy the EPCOT FIREWORKS and Cape Canaveral launches from our back garden. Its on a beautiful tree lined quiet cut de sac and the views are amazing .... just imagine sitting having breakfast in warm Orlando sunshine with a lake view ...perfect!!
