Luxury private detached villa in peaceful location near to all amenities.

Self contained spacious 3 bedroom luxury villa away from the hustle of Calis centre but easy access either 12 mins walk or short dolmus ride to centre with shops, bars, restaurants and the main beach promenade area.
Local shops/restaurants provide all required services for those who want peace and quiet but near to the dolmus route to Fethiye from where you have access to the whole of the Turkish coastal area and inland.
Gives best of both worlds for those wanting privacy to relax or head out to wider more lively areas close by.
Within comfortable walking distance of famous Calis Sunday market, local shops, supermarkets, bars & restaurants.
We have had the villa redecorated, upgraded the bedrooms, bathrooms kitchen & lounge & had unlimited Wi-Fi and a wide range of UK TV channels installed via IPTV box.
We are fully registered for the new Turkish rental rules which came into force in 2024. Permit number 48-4915. Please ensure that any villa you rent is properly registered. The owners should be able to show you a certificate. Otherwise you could be asked to leave by the police without warning! Harsh but true.
Everyone's safety is paramount so we try to leave a full day or more between bookings to ensure proper cleaning & disinfecting can take place as well as thorough cleaning of the pool with additional chemicals.
For those staying for 2 or more weeks we will arrange a change of linen & towels for you. A full clean can be arranged at nominal charge by agreement with the property manager.

Excellent villa with really helpful owners and manager. Very clean and sizeable villa - more spacious than the photos would suggest. Great outside space with plenty of sun beds and garden space. Walkable to valid centre and many bars/restaurants. Would return anytime.

Lovely villa, fabulous location, great hosts

Very impressed with the villa. Bright, airey, clean both inside and out with the pool cleaned regularly during our stay. The location is fantastic with supermarkets within 5 -10 minutes walk and the beach also within walking distance which we did on multiple times. The information provided by Bib and Hils and the communication, right from booking was absolutely spot on. Thank you Bob and Hils, hope to stay again another year.

Sunshine villa

Just back from a fantastic 2 week stay at Sunshine villa. Villa was everything we hoped it would be. Very clean, great pool, excellent communication with owner, effortless transfers, lovely quiet location within easy reach of main Calis strip. Taxi button round the corner (5 minute wait) 50tl or frequent Dolmus on same road. If you walk it takes about 15 minutes. This was our 6th visit to Calis & this is the best villa we have stayed in.

A fabulous home from home with added sunshine and pool

What a lovely villa to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The accommodation is spacious with everything you could ever need to make your stay perfect. The gardens and pool are amazing we literally plopped ourselves by the pool and totally chilled for the week. Very peaceful. There is a couple of local shops n bars a couple of minutes walk away. Or walk ten minutes and you reach the main resort area with a big choice of bars and eateries. We loved the time we spent here and did not want to leave. Thank you bob and hils for allowing us the use of your fab pad. Top marks all round we will definitely be back 😍

Fantastic holiday

Just spent 8 days at Sunshine Villa and absolutely loved it. The villa is well equipped and we can’t think of anything that was missing. Fabulous pool, lovely kitchen, comfortable furniture and the full range of film and sport channels should you want to keep up to date. A number of very good little touches such as the address cards, welcome pack of essentials on arrival and safe. Service from local agent is excellent when needed (only needed when we slipped up). The pool and pool area is outstanding for relaxing in the sun or shade. There are bars and shops a couple of minutes walk away and the stroll down to the sea front and plenty more bars and restaurants only takes about 15 minutes at a gentle pace. We would definitely book this villa again and can’t find any fault.

An absolute gem

Our second year at sunshine villa was as wonderful as the first. We absolutely love it! So much so we have already booked to go back next year. It has everything you need, it’s in a perfect location and anything else you need you can call Olga and she will sort it for you. We love calis and it’s wonderful restaurants and the aqua park. It’s a short journey to hissaranou which is vibrant, lots of restaurants and great for shopping. We also visit katranci beach which is a ten minute car journey away. A must is a boat trip around the islands which is a fantastic day trip. We can’t wait to go back next year for our third time to sunshine villa (we have been going to calis itself now for 11 years now). Thankyou bob and Hils for sharing your beautiful villa with us

Superb!

We had the pleasure of staying in this amazing property for 10 nights this month and we cannot fault it in any way. Everything about this villa is perfect. It’s a lovely spacious property with great facilities. Situated in a quiet residential street with a supermarket just around the corner and a pleasant 15 minute walk to the main restaurants and bars. The bedrooms and really comfortable and there are three shower rooms with great showers and ample hot water. The kitchen is well equipped and a really great addition to the house is a supply of purified cold drinking water. The pool area and outside seating areas are perfect and the pool attendant comes daily to ensure everything is kept perfect - which it was. Communication with Bob, the owner of the property, before, during and after the holiday was first class and he couldn’t have done any more to assist us and to ensure we had a great holiday. This was our first holiday to Turkey and we will definitely be back and will definitely stay at Sunshine Villa again.

Sunshine Villa has everything you can ever ask for, for an amazing family holiday!

Owners Bob and Hils were prompt to answer enquiries from initial enquiry through to departure. They provided detailed information on the villa, transport, Calis and trips. They couldn’t have been more helpful. The villa is beautiful and incredibly impressive on arrival. The grounds and pool were tended to daily. The house is spotlessly clean. All the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. They have AC units and fans. There is a water cooler, this was a great way of ensuring cold water on tap. Easy to order via the management company and inexpensive. The WiFi, English TV and air conditioning were enjoyed by the teenagers in particular. The sun loungers and outside furniture were comfortable. Sunshine villa is located in a peaceful area. The transfer to and fro the airport were co-ordinated by Bob. Olga from the management company came to the villa on the first morning to explain everything a first time visitor to the area needs to know. Local Supermarket 3 minutes from the villa. Transport (Dolmus or Taxi’s) was easily available at anytime of the day or evening from the main road. A 2 minute stroll from the villa. Calis is a 15 minute flat walk away. We tended to use the bus as it was a couple of pounds for all 5 of us. Dolmus seemed to come every 10 minutes or so. There was often a taxi ready and waiting on the corner of the main road. Several bars locally but plenty of good restaurants and bars on the sea front. World class sunsets from the promenade. We really enjoyed getting the water taxi to Fethiye at sunset and then dining in the maze of the bazaar in Fethiye. We enjoyed day trips to Olu Deniz (possibly the most beautiful beach in Turkey!), on Jerry’s boat, Team Joseph’s Jeep Safari. Both trips were great value for money and included pick up and drop off to the villa. Highly recommend both. We enjoyed spending time at the Surf Club on the beach too at Calis. There is a very welcome breeze in the afternoons. We can’t recommend Sunshine Villa enough. Possibly the best family holiday we’ve had......

A gem of a villa near Fethyie

A well equipped and stylish villa, well proportioned in a quiet, residential area just a short walk from the shops, bars and restaurants of Calis Beach. The owners have worked hard to ensure you have all you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. After one visit, you're sure to want to return again.

Fantastic Property

This was a perfect holiday for us. The booking was seamless. Bob kindly provided us with plenty of information and his communication was 1st class. After arriving at the airport we were greeted by our taxi which drove us to the villa. Upon arrival at the Villa we were amazed by it's size and it was immaculately clean. There was plenty of bedding and towels. The Pool was cleaned throughout out stay. The internet connection was perfect (enabling me to sadly work!!) the satellite TV also worked very well and there was access to British TV. The location is very quiet yet within walking distance to the main promenade at Calis which is beautiful and has a vast array of restaurants to chose from. We are already planning a return visit next year as this villa and would strongly recommend it. Bob thank you so much - Your villa is amazing.

Wonderful villa

Wow, what an amazing villa, so well equipped and homely. The outdoor space was great with a large pool big enough for the 6 of us to play pool volleyball in together! Calis seafront is a gentle 10-15 min stroll away with many bars and restaurants and of course the wonderful Calis sunset - not to be missed. The 3 bathrooms were a godsend for 4 adults and 2 teenagers, no queuing for showers. Bob and Hils provided lots of information before the holiday and Olga was so helpful whilst we were there. There is honestly not a thing we didn't enjoy about this villa, apart from 2 weeks were not enough! Thank you for letting us enjoy your lovely home

Amazing villa with absolutely everything you need and more!

We have just had an amazing two weeks at sunshine villa. Bob and hils have been superb. The villa is like being at home with everything you need and much more and so very comfortable to live in, we could have stayed forever! The bedrooms are big and have lots of space. It was great having 3 bathrooms too. We all loved it. The villa and grounds are beautifully kept. The pool is lovely and cleaned everyday. Olga who looks after the villa in turkey was lovely and was on the end of the phone whenever we needed her. It's only a 10 minute walk into calis so close to shops and restaurants. We loved it so much we have already booked to go back to sunshine villa next year. We cannot wait! Thankyou bob and hils for lending us your beautiful villa in the sunshine ☀️

Amazing!

What an amazing villa you Have! It has everything you need and more. We have had the most amazing and relaxing holiday, to us this is paradise. We would highly recommend having a day out on the sea in a private boat, beautiful blue waters, perfect for snorkling, this was the highlight of our holiday. Olga was amazing and easy to contact. Thanks again for giving us a home from home to spend an amazing 2 weeks in, we will be back!

Great Stay Made Even Better By the Welcoming Owners

My girlfriend and I had a brilliant stay in this villa. I can't thank Bob & Hil's enough for their hospitality. We even found a bottle of bubbly and a card they'd left for my girlfriends birthday. The villa is nicely secluded, with a picturesque swimming pool and garden. It's got everything there you'd require - we particularly liked the bluetooth speaker lol. The only very slight downside is it's a reasonable walk to the beach-front, and main restaurants. We hired a car, so just drove around instead. I've stayed in villas in the Fethiye area a number of times, and this was certainly up there with the best of them.

Thanks for that great review Rob. Not sure what we could have done to earn the extra star but as we have only owned the villa for a few months we have some plans for some more upgrades. We timed the walk to the front at 11 minutes this week and a taxi from the rank round the corner cost 10TL for 6 people. Even cheaper than the dolmus! Hope we will see you back again.

A wonderful winter break!

I have just spent a very restful short break as Bob and Hils' first guest in their newly purchased villa. Even at this time of year, the patio area was a real sun trap and provided a lovely space to sit and relax. The location of the villa is quiet and residential yet just a short walk from local shops and the friendly bars and restaurants of Calis. Everything was as you would hope from a villa - clean and tidy, a comfortable living space with everything provided in the kitchen and dining area if you prefer to cater for yourself. The bedrooms are spacious leading off a wide staircase and landing. I am certainly looking forward to a stay later on in the year to make the most of the pool and would definitely recommend this villa to friends and family.

Before April we have planned to have the exterior of the villa painted, all 3 bathrooms refurbished, and WiFi installed so that guests will have the benefit of a wide range of UK TV channels. We have owned a duplex apartment in the nearby Diamond complex for the previous 6 years and established that this is our favourite part of Turkey. Our ambition had always been to own a detached villa, so when we saw this we just fell in love with it.
We hope to have as much enjoyment from the villa and hope you do too.

What makes this property unique

We love the peaceful but convenient location, the South facing aspect and the general feeling of space that this property brings.
There is a light and airy feel with plenty of shade on the twin patios for those who prefer to keep out of the sun.
