There is a lovely small balcony with 2 folding chairs and a small side table to enjoy those relaxing evenings!

A double bedroom is found at the interior of the building allowing for a peaceful night’s sleep away from the hustle and bustle of the ‘Zone Pietonne’, Nice’s pedestrian area. The bedroom has a south east facing balcony looking out at the gorgeous blue skies that cover the Carre D’or area. There is a large wardrobe in the bedroom and the room is also Air Conditioned.

This smart and stylish shower room has an enormous mirror and vanity cabinet as well as a spacious shower and toilet.

Living area
