A spacious villa with a beautiful garden. Private parking available for three cars. A pleasant and calm place. My space is close to the sea and the park, supermarkets and restaurants. The house is equipped to provide every comfort. Three adult and two children's bicycles are available. You will love my space because of the location and the outdoor area. My space is good for couples and families with children.

Vacances mitigées
Maison grande et propre, propriétaire très sympathique et a l écoute mais la maison est située a 4m d une deux fois 2 voies très passante donc impossible de se reposer et de se relaxer dans le jardin. La plage est a 1km5 et pas à 500m comme indiquée dans l annonce donc difficile d y aller a pieds avec 2 enfants en bas âge. Pavoa de Varzim est une ville très bruyante car beaucoup de voitures hormis à proximité du Casino où c est très sympa, il y a une rue piétonne avec des magasins. Nous n'avons pas eu de chance car beaucoup de vent et l océan était glacé impossible de se baigner.

Je regrette que vos vacances n'ont pas été plus satisfaisant et que le vent ne permettait pas aux une meilleure utilisation de la plage. En ce qui concerne le mouvement, Póvoa de Varzim est connu précisément comme une des localités balnéaires les plus cosmopolites et très animé du nord du Portugal, qui fait appel à de nombreux touristes. Biensur, il est entendu que, avec ces petits enfants de se déplacer à pied, même à proximité, il est difficile. Je crois que la poussette de bébé que nous mettons à votre disposition aura aidé. La plage par le chemin le plus de marche directe est de 500 m; voiture est un peu plus loin.
