Located in the mountains, in Campanet, you can find this beautiful finca with private pool. It is ideal for 4 people.
A fantastic chlorine pool of 10m x 5m and a depth between 1.2m and 1.7m is at the sole disposal of our guests. The beautiful garden with the old olive tree and the porch with Caribbean hammock invite you to spend a relaxing afternoon, perhaps with a tasty barbecue with the family? Four sun loungers are ideal for sun worshippers and if you are feeling hot, there is an outdoor shower for quick refreshment. In addition, both children and adults will enjoy playing table tennis or billiards. The plot is fenced and there are neighbours in the area.

The rooms are spread over one floor and are decorated in a rustic and comfortable way. An air-conditioned living-dining room with satellite TV invites you to sit on the sofa; during autumn evenings perhaps accompanied by a warm fire in the wood-burning cooker. The kitchen is well equipped, including a gas hob. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are in the bathroom. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with two single beds as well as a bathroom with bathtub, two fans, two electric radiators, a cot and a highchair complete the equipment of this finca.

Ideal for those who are looking for peace and quiet, this house is located in the foothills of the Tramuntana mountain range. At the same time it is an ideal place for excursions, e.g. to the underground springs of Ses Fonts Ufanes, to the caves of Campanet, to the monastery of Lluc or to the cove of Sa Calobra. In Campanet and Sa Pobla you will find supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and everything else for an independent stay. The next sandy beach is the Bay of Alcúdia, consisting of Playa de Muro, Can Picafort and Puerto de Alcúdia, which can be reached in approx. 20-30 minutes by car.

Amazing place for me and my wife to relax, the outdoor space is what you pay for, with swimming pool, table tennis, hammocks, large outdoor dining table, loads of cool stuff. The area was perfect close to main road and easy access to basically the whole island. Will stay again soon

Una villa tan encantadora en una ubicación muy tranquila y silenciosa fuera de lo común. Tenían todo lo que necesitábamos y más para sentirse como en casa con 2 niños pequeños. La villa estaba a unos 15/20 minutos de Pollença, Alcúdia y Puerto de Pollença, lo que fue absolutamente perfecto para nosotros. La piscina era un poco fría para nuestro bebé, pero todos los demás aclimataron lo suficientemente rápido; también es una gran profundidad, ya que solo está en el medio tan bueno para los niños. Muy buena comunicación con la empresa, con la que quedamos muy contentos.

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit dort verbringen dürfen, besonders der Außenbereich ist wunderschön, auch am Abend die schöne Beleuchtung und die Ruhe (außer der Nachbars Hahn der viel krähte). Die einzige Kleinigkeit die wir bemängeln würden ist die Dusch/Badewanne, die schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und gegen eine neue Dusche ersetzt werden könnte. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen!

Eine super Unterkunft mit Pool, Tischtennisplatte, Billardtisch und co. Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Campanet und dieser Unterkunft. Einziges Manko wären die Nachbarkatzen, die recht zutraulich sind. Als Katzenhaarallergiker wäre ich hier vorsichtig! Der Host hat bei etwaigen Anfragen schnell reagiert und es gab keine Probleme! Würden wiederkommen!

Wie verbrachten als Familie 2 Wochen in dieser kleinen hübschen Finca. Die Finca ist gut eingerichtet, hat einen tollen Pool und vorallem die Ausseneinrichtung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es hat einen kleinen Billard-Tisch, Dart und eine gemütliche Lounge. Es gab viel Platz zum entspannen, baden, grillen und einfach sein. Von Vorteil ist es, wenn man mit einem Mietauto unkomplizert unterwegs sein kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, vielen Dank.

Wir hatten mit unseren 2 Kids eine perfekte Woche.

Wir konnten ohne uns zu langweilen den halben Tag in unserer Finca verbringen, die mit vielen Details und Extras für Kurzweil sorgte. Der Pool hat die ideale Größe, außerdem war jede Menge weiteres Spielgerät bereitgestellt. Die Kommunikation und Absprache mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und stets hilfsbereit. Wir werden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Everything was perfect! Except the fact that we had to wash the dishes for the staff to wash it again in the dishwasher when we could have washed it in the dishwasher. Another quirky thing that we have never seen before is that we had to throw the garbage and dispose it off in the city which was a 7-8 min drive. Other than that we had a wonderful time in the wonderful home

The villa is really lovely

The outdoor living is awesome and where you’ll spend all your time if you’re like us! Truly so relaxing and comfortable, we were in heaven. Pool is great, good size and depth to it. We were without a car and had to rely on taxis which proved tricky at times, but not impossible ! Didn’t explore the surrounding area much. Sa Pobla seemed fairly quiet and non touristy, has a few restaurants and plenty of supermarkets with lovely produce. I would absolutely recommend the villa for ultimate chill sunny hols, bbqs and alfresco dining every day!

Man fühlt sich schnell wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Dies hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man braucht definitiv einen Mietwagen. Dafür ist man schnell an sehr schönen Stränden (ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto).

Here you can expect a wonderful stay - the house was very clean with attention to details, quiet location (renting a car is highly recommended), sitting/lounge area and pool was amazing and if the weather is bad you can play billiard or many table games can be found inside the house. We loved the fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, quick WIFI, comfortable beds and a washing machine. Would definitely recommend everyone and we wish we could stay longer! Many thanks to the owners who were very friendly and welcomed us and showed us around.

Ein sehr gemütliches Haus in ruhiger Lage. Wirklich toll. Man braucht aber ein Auto oder Fahrrad, da Geschäfte und Restaurants etwas weiter entfernt sind. Pool und Tischtennisplatte sowie den kleinen Billardtisch haben wir häufig genutzt. Der Besitzer war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.
