Rental of this modern, luxurious recently built villa, that is situated in a privileged central area at only 150m from the Cala d'Or Marina.

The property is set with ground floor a large fully equipped modern kitchen. The light and bright living area which is furnished to a high standard has large windows and doors providing the access to the swimming pool area, the garden and a covered outdoor terrace, complete with outdoor dining table, barbecue and sun loungers. Also on the ground floor there is 1 Bedroom and 1 shower.

On the lower floor there is 1 large bedroom with fitted Wardrobes, 1 shower and the laundry room. On the upper floor there are 2 more bedrooms, 1 of these is the master bedroom with large dressing area, en suite shower and a spacious sunny terrace with table tennis table.

The swimming pool area offers a terrace with comfortable sun loungers, parasol, outdoor shower, BBQ area and a grass area.

Villa Beatriz is fully air-conditioned throughout, also the property offers central heating for the low season and winter period, this popular villa offers free WiFi and satellite TV.

In the direct area around the house you can find a children's play area, public busstop, tennis courts and indoor public swimming pool. The Cala d'Or Marina which is at only 150m from the house offers a good selection in restaurants, some bars, boutiques and a small supermarket for daily fresh bread. At only 7 minutes walk you will find the Cala Egos center with restaurants, shops, supermarket, pharmacy and some bars. The nearest beach named Calo des Pou is 10 minutes walk and the Cala d'Or main center and some other sandy bays are within a nice stroll around the Marina.

Very clean abs spacious villa, great location but need a car if want to go a little further as taxis are busy and unable to get one. If there was a problem in the villa it was sorted straight away. Nicole went above and beyond. Would recommend this villa and booking through this company.

excellent property in great location, easy access to marina, cala egos and cala d'or

high specification villa, with good living space and great sized bedrooms. outside space is great although not large was ample for 8 adults. Marina is a 4minute walk, cala egos is a 10 minute walk and cala d'or 15 minute walk, so there is no need to have a car although there many other great locations to visit within a short drive. Welcome pack was provided which was perfect. Wifi worked perfectly and tv provided lots of channels. Perfect holiday, thankyou to all concerned

Great villa in a fantastic location. 5 minutes to Cala D’or and 10 minutes to Cala Egos. Villa is a great position for supermarket, beaches and restaurants. Villa is well equipped with everything you need from a holiday villa and more. Very modern in design and well thought out. Property manager is great and responds promptly when you need something and nothing is too much trouble. We have stayed in both villa Eugenie and Beautrice and both are brilliant for families, having everything you need to make a holiday easier. Couldn’t recommend them enough, it’s money well spent for a great week away.

Amazing pool and villa, central location

We loved our stay at Villa Beatriz. First, the property managers were extremely responsive and helpful. They helped us arrange transportation to and from the airport and also arranged for groceries on the day of our arrival. We were there during a heatwave and having the pool was so wonderful. We loved being able to walk down to the marina to get water and groceries every morning. Lots of activity for teenagers. There is some street noise when you’re outside but it didn’t bother us, we liked knowing we were close to all the action. The Villa was large and comfortable and very well cleaned when we arrived. Thank you for an amazing place to stay and experience Mallorca for the first time!

Loved the Villa

The vVilla was spotless a welcome pack was there which was lovely The location wasn’t very good for me as I am disabled I hired a mobility scooter which I had to return as the pavement was unsuitable so we just took taxis I was unable to use the pool as the steps were to high and they didn’t have a hand rail so I was really disappointed, Nicole was really helpful

Wonderful stay!

My husband and I enjoyed a fantastic stay at Villa Beatriz! Thank you to Nicole who let us rebook after we had to postpone due to Covid. The check in and arrival instructions were excellent, and the owner had even put in a selection of welcome foods and drinks for us - it was much appreciated! The property was clean and has everything you could possibly need in it. The pool was beautiful! Location is excellent, it was residential and felt very safe. Very close to the Marina and the restaurants in Cala Egos, and there is a small Eroski nearby too. Would definitely recommend and rebook!

Schönes Haus aber auch mit Schwächen

Sehr schönes Haus. Sauber und gut eingerichtet. Zur Begrüßung waren schon Kaffee, Wasser, Bier und Obst sowie Chips vorbereitet. Handtücher und Strandtücher waren ebenfalls vorbereitet. Der Pool mit 8x3 Meter war für uns ideal, die Küche ausreichend eingerichtet. Drei der vier Schlafzimmer mit jeweils Doppelbett und Bad sind sehr schön, das vierte Schlafzimmer ist allerdings im Keller untergebracht. Dort ist es leicht muffig und ein Maschinengeräusch ist dauerhaft zu hören. Der Aussenbereich ist schön, mit überdachtem Essplatz. Die Dachterrasse im OG ist gross mit Tischtennistisch. Der Lärm der angrenzenden Straße ist jedoch störend. Die Gegend und Lage erhält ansonsten höchste Punktzahl. Viele Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch 2 Strände in Gehdistanz.

Really enjoyed our stay. Check in process was very easy and we really appreciated the flexibility in terms of getting into the villa early. Location being so close the the Marina worked very well for us - no need to drive anywhere in the evening. Hosts were very responsive to any requests we made. thanks for a great stay

Wonderful Villa and exactly what was advertised

As good as the pictures, great service from Incasa properties, we reported a small non urgent matter and were offered to have it fixed that day or on our departure if preferred. Villa had enough of everything you could need and beds really comfy, would easily sleep 8 adults, and as each room has a bathroom no arguments over how quickly we could be ready! Very impressed with resort, villa and Incasa, would definitely return both to resort and with Incasa.
