This was a beautiful home that easily accommodated our family of 7 adults and 3 kids. The outdoor space was fantastic and spacious! It was private and completely fenced in. The house was equipped with everything you would and could need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. It was also beautifully decorated with that beach vibe. Crystal, the host was always available with quick communications. We made some wonderful memories and are already planning our next stay!!

This is a great property with a wonderful open floor plan. rooms are extremely spacious. Great for large families and close to everything. One of the best properties we've rented. Crystal was very prompt in responses and the listing is extremely informative. On our next trip to Capitola we would definitely stay here again!

Hot tub needs work. It was too hot. It went up to 105 and we couldn’t turn it down. The jets barely work. We liked the turf and horse shoes. I the outdoors was nice The price was high for no ocean view. It was clean but there was a bird poop spot on the window in the master bedroom

We're sorry to hear that the bird droppings on the exterior master bedroom window and the spa temperature impacted your experience. My husband and I work very hard to provide the best experience possible for every guest, and we make ourselves available 24/7 to assist with any questions or concerns. I also sent you a welcome message upon your arrival with my personal cell phone number and invited you to reach out if you needed anything. Because we didn't hear from you during your stay, we believed everything was going well. We truly wish you had given us the opportunity to address these concerns while you were here. The spa temperature is fully adjustable because every guest has different preferences—some enjoy it hotter, while others prefer it closer to bath temperature. We would have been happy to help you lower the temperature and troubleshoot the jet pressure if needed. Regarding the exterior master bedroom window, the second-story windows cannot be safely accessed by our cleaning team and require a professional window cleaning service. We'll make sure that window is included in our next scheduled exterior cleaning. Thank you again for your feedback. We wish we'd had the opportunity to make these adjustments during your stay and provide the five-star experience we strive to deliver.

What a great house. We were four couples that were visiting area for a weekend. We cooked in both nights and kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Lots of entertainment at house and very peaceful backyard. In fact we had planned to go out 1st afternoon but ended up staying at the house as it was so great. Crystal was great to work with and fast with communication. We did not have any issues. If we come back to area, we would love to stay here again.

The most perfect accommodations I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was clean, there was an abundance of amenities, and it was better than expected. Hot tub was clean and comfy. Checking in and out was easy. The property itself was amazing because it was almost like it was in the middle of a forest but was centrally located to activities and restaurants.

Santa Cruz has something for everyone. I have been running vacation rentals now for over 14 years and continue to I love meeting new people from all over the world and help them make their time here special and memorable.

Why they chose this property

This house is great for those who are trying to have privacy and space for their entire group but also wanting to be close to all the fun things Santa Cruz has to offer. This house is located in Soquel which is centrally located to great beaches like Capitola Beach, Rio Del Mar, and Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. This property allows families and friends to come together and be under one roof to spending quality time together.

What makes this property unique

This 4000 square foot house is located on 1 acre lot. The back yard has an oversized cement patio space which is great for entertaining as well as over 1500 square feet of artificial lawn for the kids to play and run around, not to mention a full size horseshoe pit. The inside is just as amazing. The downstairs is an open floor plan that includes a beautiful high-end kitchen, great spaces for dining/entertaining, as well as a space for relaxing on the couch in front of the TV/media center.
