The most perfect accommodations I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was clean, there was an abundance of amenities, and it was better than expected. Hot tub was clean and comfy. Checking in and out was easy. The property itself was amazing because it was almost like it was in the middle of a forest but was centrally located to activities and restaurants.

We had a wonderful time in your beautiful house. It was spacious and delightful. Everything we needed was there. The beds were luxurious. We used and loved the hot tub, I lost at horseshoes, my grandchildren swung in the hammock, we enjoyed the fire pit. What a wonderful way to enjoy my 90th birthday with my children and grandchildren (all grown, but no greats yet). Thank you.

We really enjoyed staying in this home as it is very spacious. Everything in the home was well organized and labeled. The beds are very comfortable, all sleep number beds!The yard was very spacious and multiple games/activities for the kids available. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Fabulous girls weekend!

I spent 3 nights here for a girls weekend and it was so much space for 12 of us, with great indoor / outdoor living and privacy. Also good location that wasn’t too far to get to Capitola, Aptos & Santa Cruz. Would highly recommend!

Incredible house

The house was absolutely perfect! We stayed with two other families and the big room was ideal for the kids! The outdoor area was stunning and a great space for the kids to run around. The location was convenient and the host was very responsive. We will definitely look to stay here again if/when we get back to Santa Cruz!

This house is great for those who are trying to have privacy and space for their entire group but also wanting to be close to all the fun things Santa Cruz has to offer. This house is located in Soquel which is centrally located to great beaches like Capitola Beach, Rio Del Mar, and Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. This property allows families and friends to come together and be under one roof to spending quality time together.

What makes this property unique

This 4000 square foot house is located on 1 acre lot. The back yard has an oversized cement patio space which is great for entertaining as well as over 1500 square feet of artificial lawn for the kids to play and run around, not to mention a full size horseshoe pit. The inside is just as amazing. The downstairs is an open floor plan that includes a beautiful high-end kitchen, great spaces for dining/entertaining, as well as a space for relaxing on the couch in front of the TV/media center.
