Super Lage, Altstadt, Strand, Geschäfte fußläufig, Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Umgebung, tolle Aussicht vom Balkon aufs Meer, die Wohnung passt super für 2 Personen, sonst wird es auf dem Balkon und am Tisch eng. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber soweit sauber.

Wir waren eine Woche in diesem tollen Apartment. Für eine Familie optimal. Perfekte Lage und super Meerblick! Betten bequem. Super Ausstattung. Dusche war die beste, die ich je in Conil hatte. Es gibt wunderbar viele Haken in der Wohnung und viele Abstell-/Verstaumöglichkeiten. Wir kommen SEHR gerne wieder!

Der Blick zum Strand wie auch aufs Meerwar wunderbar, fast besser als gedacht.Alles war gut zu erreichen, die Stadt und der Strand. Sehr nette Vermieter!Gut war auch: es war in alles gut ausgestattet. Es gab Reinigungsmittel für alle Bereiche, was es oft Ferienwohnungennicht gibt!!

Wohnung war sehr zentral gelegen. City- und Strandnah.Ausstattung der Küche: Es war zwar alles notwendige vorhanden. Leider war die Kaffeemaschine ziemlich, verkalkt, verschmutzt. Von den Balkonstühlen bröckelte die Farbe. Einfache, aber zweckmäßige Einrichtung. Wohnungsübergabe hat reibungslos geklappt.

Günstiges Apartment in bester Lage.

Wir waren für 5 Tage in dem Apartment, dass in unmittelbarer Strandnähe mit Balkonblick zum Meer liegt und können es für diesen Zeitraum weiterempfehlen. Die Anmietung und Rückgabe verlief reibungslos. Die die Wohnung war tadellos sauber und hell. Ausstattung und Schnitt entspricht den regionalen Verhältnissen und war soweit zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

Toller Ausblick auf den Strand

Das Apartment war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Es war sauber und gemütlich. Die Matratzen waren bequem. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche war prima. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und das Apartment schon wieder gebucht.

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Für uns hat alles super gepasst. Parkplatz stand immer zur Verfügung und einkaufen geht auch problemlos zu Fuß. Das beste ist jedoch, die Strandnähe. Wir haben es genossen und kommen gerne wieder. PS: Auch für Digital Nomaden geeignet. Meine Zoom Meetings verliefen ohne Störung. Keine WLAN Probleme. LG Karin & Karl

Herrlicher Ausblick aufs Meer!

Für zwei Erwachsene schön geräumig. Vier Erwachsene dürften in dieser Hinsicht nicht allzu hohe Ansprüche haben. Alles da, aber sehr sehr einfache Ausstattung. Die Pfege der Technik war bescheiden. Aber vielleicht wird es ja noch. Manches in der Küchenausstattung war schon sehr sehr alt. (Die Cafetera auf dem Bild z.B. funktionierte nicht, weil Gummi gefühlt 20 Jahre alt. Haben in Conil keinen Ersatz gefunden.) Ein Metallbett knarrte. Autoverkehr darf einen nicht stören. Aber der Blick aufs Meer ist prima und die Wohnung ist nah zum Zentrum. Und uns haben die Nachbarn mit Hühnern und Gänsen gefallen.Spanischkenntnisse - mindestens aber Englischkenntnisse - sind hilfreich für die Verständigung.
