Lots of Room - Great Location

This condo was conveniently located to the beach, tennis courts and pool. The beach was a short walk and easy to get to with our wagon full of chairs. The condo was nicely appointed, very clean and appeared newly renovated. We hope to stay here again next year.

Relaxing HHI stay

Property was very clean and beautifully decorated. Property had all we needed in the kitchen and bath/beach towels provided. It was a quick walk or bike ride to the beach access.

Great property for a relaxing beach stay

My family (me, my wife, and two small boys) came to Hilton Head for a week vacation for just ourselves. The property was very nice. Super clean and updated. The location was great as well. The pool was literally right across from our parking area. Located in The Greens area of Shipyard, it was just a 5 min walk or 2 min bike ride to the beach access area. Great communication with the vacation property. Easy check in and check out process. I would highly recommend for any small family looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation home. It was a great experience

Great vacation!

Villa was very clean…kitchen well stocked…and quick walk to the beach (2 mins by bike/5 min easy walk). Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Week

Great spot for being close to the beach and to Van DeMeer Tennis center. It was a wonderful week full of bike rides, yummy food, and time spent together in a comfortable unit which was clean. Vacation Company does a great job of communicating!

Great location

We picked this listing as we knew it was close to the beach. Communication was excellent and we had all of our info before we arrived. The villa was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We really liked having the front porch to store our beach stuff so we weren’t dragging sand into the villa. We walked to the beach every day, and enjoyed riding our bikes around the plantation. The Shipyard Plantation is our favorite one and I’d definitely stay here again.

Loved The Greens location

We did have 2 issues. The toilet in the hallway in second floor was broke, they did come and temporarily fixed it. Also the hose hook up outside was broke and we informed management, they acknowledged but never fixed it so a little inconvenient because we couldn’t use the hose.

Wonderful stay at 143 the Greens

Good location that’s close to the beach. End unit that’s very clean and also close to the golf course and bike trails. Nice pool in the complex.

The Greens was a well kept & everything We needed was there. Immediate service was given if you had an issue. Our 2nd Bedroom Tv would not turn on so I called Service came immediately . Excellent pool & amenties
