About this property

Charming cottage 2 people in Beaune

In a 16th century Burgundian house, between the Hospices and the vineyards, we have set up a studio for 2 people with a double bedroom (160cm bed), a bathroom and a living room with equipped kitchen + a small terrace with barbecue.
Ideally located between vineyards and the city center, it will allow you to discover our beautiful region. In the heart of the Faubourg St Martin, between the Parc de la Bouzaise and the city center, our house is located a few minutes' walk from the Hospices, the Collegiate Church, the Wine Museum and the Place des Halles.
You benefit from a small terrace to take your meals outside, barbecue and parasol provided.
Access to laundry room on request.
We will be at your disposal to give you all the explanations and contacts to make your visit to our city as pleasant as possible.
Parking possible in the immediate vicinity of the gîte.
Possibility to rent by the night, or in week formula.

Excellent choice for our stay in Beaune! Hostess Marine lives above the cottage and was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The small private patio was refreshing for enjoying a glass of wine and snacks. The cottage itself was clean and comfortable. It was a nice 10-15 minute walk to the town center. We highly recommend this place.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem wirklich schönen Ferienhaus. Die Lage war ausgezeichnet (10 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum von Beaune). Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten, alles war sauber und mit viel Liebe hergerichtet. Die Gastgeberin Marine war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir würden wieder dort hinfahren.

Das kleine Häuschen ist sehr charmant eingerichtet. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, fussläufig zwischen der Altstadt von Beaune und dem Parc Bouzaise. Es hat uns sehr gefallen, wir können es gerne weiterempfehlen.

Die Unterkunft ist eine perfekte kleine Einheit für 2 Personen. Fußläufig in die Stadt, in 10 min. Ist man absolut zentral. Die kleine Wohnküche ist wie gemachr für einengemutlichen Absacker zu Hause nnach meinem französischen Abendessen in der Stadt Wohnküche ermoglicht

Charmant gîte bien situé à proximité du centre de Beaune

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour au cottage ! L’espace était raisonnable avec une belle cuisine et une grande salle de bain, et l’emplacement était excellent. La vieille maison avait vraiment l’air charmante. Nous aurions pu avoir besoin de plus d’assiettes et de couverts, mais à part cela, nous étions très contents. Notre propriétaire était très sympathique et serviable.
