Venice Historical center, adjacent to one of the most evocative fields of the city CAMPO SANTI APOSTOLI. A five minute walk from RIALTO and SAN MARCO square. Bright apartment on the second floor, fully furnished with all necessary appliances, large double bedroom for two people, living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom with shower. Within walking distance you will find all kinds of services: Goldoni theater, cinema, restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket ... You will find what we would like to find, centrality and tranquility of a quiet street but a few steps away from the Venetian vitality. If you want to try your hand at cooking fish and anything else, you will find all the best products in the nearby, famous and historic RIALTO MARKET. If you want to reach the islands of the Venetian lagoon like Murano, Burano and Torcello, the apartment is a five minute walk from the vaporetti's departure to reach them. If you arrive at Marco Polo airport it will be very easy to get to the apartment by taking the boat and getting off at the Fondamente Nove stop, from which you will be at home in five minutes on foot. From the train station -Santa Lucia -it takes twenty minutes on foot. The apartment is equipped with WI-FI. . Good trip .

Fabulous location and very cute place!

We loved Feredica's apartment in Venice. It is located right between the train station and the Rialto bridge, so it's great to stop by as you are exploring the city. The bed was very comfortable, and the the space is great. We were able to do some laundry also. The kitchen is very cute and the bathroom is fine also. Federica is very helpful. She even showed us to the water bus station which we took back to the airport. It is a just a five minute walk away, so we didn't even need to go back to the train station when we needed to leave. We would definately stay there again. Thanks Federica!

Nice property super neighborhood

This was a comfortable property in Santi Apostoli, a super convenient neighborhood with all the charm venice is famous for. The apartment had a comfy bedroom and living space. Both rooms are bright and large, very clean. The kitchen is tiny, and not well organized for our very long stay, but we managed well. Be aware that you will climb two stories before reaching the door. A long stay involved some problems (buildings in this neighborhood are older than Methuselah), but our hosts kept us comfortable. I can recommend this apartment wholeheartedly.

A lovely farewell to Italy ...

Federica was a gracious hostess and met us upon our arrival in Venice. The apartment was as advertised - very clean and well-situated in a lovely neighbourhood. The vaporetto to the airport is a five minute walk from the apartment which was a bonus. Thank you!

Venice apartment- Calle Larga dei Proverbi

Excellent quiet and central area, near local shops and transport links at Ca D'Oro and Fondamenta Nove. Be aware this apartment is in an old building, which is a plus. Be aware the kitchen and shower/toilet are typical Venetian and not modern. All in all though excellent value.

Eine venezianisch eingerichtete Zweizimmerwohnung (Schlafzimmer und Ess-/Wohnzimmer), eine Küche mit allem Zubehör. Bad klein, allerdings völlig ausreichend. Lage in einer kaum belebten Seitengasse mit Lebensmittelgeschäft (coop) um die Ecke. Kurzer Weg zur Rialtobrücke, zum Markusplatz ca. 15 Minuten, zum Bhf ca. 20 Minuten.

Very pleasant stay.

Schön eingerichtete Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Federica und ihr Ehemann waren sehr nette Gastgeber und bei Check-in / Check-out sehr flexibel. Die Wohnung ist, abgesehen vom Bad, sehr geräumig. In der Küche ist alles da, was man braucht. Im Wohn-Esszimmer sind zwei Sofas zum Entspannen nach den Touren durch Venedig. Von der Wohnung sind es nur 5 Minuten zum Vaporetto auf dem Canal Grande und 10 Min. zum nördlichen Ufer für Fahrten nach Murano; zu Fuß 10 Min. zur Rialto-Brücke, 20 Min. zum Dogenpalast. Um die Ecke ist ein Coop-Supermarkt. Gerne empfehle ich die Wohnung weiter.

Charming apartment with easy access

The apartment was really easy to find with the owners excellent directions and in a good location from the Vaparetto stop. It had everything you could need, even a full kitchen. COOP grocery was close by. The bed was only reasonably comfortable but it was queen size. It looked as charming as the pictures on line, real character. The door with the 8 deadbolts made us feel very safe, so safe that once we got it open we went inside and forgot to lock it while we slept. Security wasn't an issue at all.

Very secluded and quiet area with nice accommodations on second floor. Experience was good with plenty of room for two to cook, wash clothes, shower. Very large bedroom and dining area with all the amenities. Grocery stores are just a short walk away and very close to St. Mark’s Square and shopping. I had a really nice experience living among the locals.

Wonderful house in the middle of Venice. Two large rooms plus kitchen and bathroom. Very friendly and warm welcome by Federica. Near to Ca d'Oro, so very near to Centre. We will be back!

L'endroit est très bien situé . Cependant il n'y a pas de wifi ce qui complique les recherches et les réservations à faire . Le coût de l'appartement étant assez élevé ,je considère que ce ne serait pas un luxe d'y avoir le wifi. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas.
