Yes, our condo at Playa Royale Residences Tower 5 is the nicest and most sought after building in all of Nuevo Vallarta!





 Our condo, is in the best and most impressive 'Five Star' properties, with exquisite design and incredible gardens, property and beach! Located next to: Paradise Village, Paradise Mall, Nuevo Vallarta marina, El Tigre championship golf course, Spa Paraiso, Paradise Sports complex and so much more



Just a short walk or take our shuttle which comes and picks you up in front of our building every 15 minutes!!! No need for a car or anything as it is all right here!! 



 Our spacious personally decorated condo has a Mexican flair- 1500 sq ft., done in beautiful Mexican colors, with the amenities just like home ( stainless kitchen, marble, linens, duvets, satellite t.v's, large pool view patio, laundry room, 2 full sized bathrooms, games, movies, boogie boards and so much more). Wireless internet in lobby. Wireless internet in condo also... 



Kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, dishes for gourmet meals, a/c in all rooms, dbl pullouts in both couches,, and Living room t.v has: a Smart T.V that aloows you to watch from your favorite Apps like Netflix and Amazon/Telecable & DVD & on the 40 inch Plasma TV. 



Master Bedroom also had a t.v with: Telecable/Netflix & UTube. 



 Many restaurants, stores, banks, Dr's and groceries in a short walk. Head downtown by taxi, just outside our door- 20 minutes or to the airport in 10 minutes.

You have the option to Enjoy our Sport Club ( gym, Kid's Club, classes, spa, showers, sauna, steamroom, tennis, raquetball).

The Neighborhood:

Walk to everything, just across the street a block is the Hospital Joya known for its high level of service for foreigners. Behind it is the Riviera Farmers market held on weekends, lots of place to shop and amazing vendors & fresh foods. Dont forget about the Paradise Plaza Shopping Centre down our Street Paseo De Cocoteros about a 3-5 minute walk, where you can find: grocery stores, banks, Starbucks, retail stores, restaurants and so much more...no need for a cab- you have verything right in your neighbourhood!



Getting Around:

Walk to everyting- restaurants and more. Many restaurants also on our beach..as you walk along. There are sidewalks out front that run along Paseo de Cocoteros that extend for approximately a 2 km walk, beautiful scenery along the neighbourhood. Taxis are easy to catch and plentiful if you wish to visit Bucerias 50 min away or downtown Puerto Vallarta.

Great Condo with Excellent Views

Had a great 2 week vacation in this excellent condo with fantastic views of the pool, beach and ocean. I highly recommend this Condo and location to enjoy your vacation. We hope to return next year.

Loved the Condo

We loved the condo, I never missed the home because of the king size bed, I felt connected all the time, with the long distance phone available & the wi-fi lines are all good and I never went out of network. We stayed in this condo and absolutely loved it! it has everything you need for a short term or a long term stay...the furnishings are very comfortable, the flat screen t.v with Star choice satellite makes it so nice to sit and watch the same channels we do at home and not miss our sports, news, etc, they have wi-fi in the condo, a local cell phone we can use, plus they have installed a Magic jack phone so we can call home to the USA or Canada and our family can call us for 'free' The condo has a great King bed with a duvet, that is very comfortable. Both the of sofas are pullout- so if we have guests we can supply beds for them, even thought the condo is only a 1 bedroom. The complex is beautiful with all the gardens, flowers and fruit trees, and the grounds are immaculate. The beach is huge...and goes on forever. The staff are so friendly and helpful and there is always someone around to assist. Since it is part of the Paradise Village community you get all the great services around, but it is much better staying in a condo with all the comforts of home! We would not go or stay anywhere else since we have found this condo!! No wonder it is booked almost a year ahead... Thanks for a great vacation, see you soon! Jacob and Shelley

Jill and Al's Condo is Great!

Located on the first floor of Tower 5 you have immediate access to the beach and a very private pool in front of your patio. It was extremely easy to check in due to the excellent staff. The condo was very clean, well maintained, and comfortably decorated - the walls are painted in bright Mexican hues. My husband and I picked up some basic food items at the Sunset Market but we never cooked (although the kitchen has everything). We loved having casual dinners at The Beach Club. One night when a beautiful tropical rain storm rolled in, the waiter from The Beach Club delivered our dinner to our patio along with two for one Margaritas. Very fun! We walked the beach twice a day and even learned to spot sand dollars from a beach comber. Guido's Italian Ristorante was an easy stroll from our condo and I think we had three dinners there watching the sunset. During our two week stay, maid service was scheduled for us. It was nice to have fresh sheets without having to wash them and remake the bed. You will find lots of extra bath towels, beach towels, and floats. It was great having a washer and dryer so one does not need to over pack. Our neighbors (Colleen and Randy) in the unit next to ours have known Al and Jill for many years. They too love Playa Tower 5. There should be absolutely no hesitation in booking this spacious one bedroom. Jill and Al make renting it very easy and you are provided with the necessary paper to check in with the staff aware of your arrival. If this is your first visit to Bandaras Bay in Nuevo, you will experience a spectacular beach and very friendly people. We are making about three trips here a year with our stays getting longer each time.

Late Fall Get-away!

We really enjoyed our 1st stay at Al & Jill’s condo! Claudia was quick to take care of any questions we had. The staff at the building were top notch (Antonio). We absolutely love this location! Not only is it a few steps to the pool but a few more and you’re on the lovely swimmable and walkable beach with many loungers and palapas for shade. We walked at least 5 k per day! We boogy boarded every day as well with the boards we found in the laundry room. Oh yes! The washer & dryer were sooo appreciated. Everything we could need in the kitchen was provided. The linens were great and such a comfy king bed! That’s so important! BBQ area was so close, clean and well equipped as well. Just everything was great! All of it! I'm sure I missed a few points. Oh yes, it was such a short walk to the handy grocery store in Paradise Plaza. It was great to take the water taxi just past the Plaza too so we could get to the other side of the marina. I'd recommend the little tour of the canal you can take. So thank you for such a great holiday!

Vacation Paradise

Al and Jill’s one bedroom condo was beautifully decorated, spacious and steps from the beach. The patio had a fabulous view that overlooked the pool and ocean. The property inside and out was really well maintained. The condo has everything you need to cook or haul to the beach. Claudia the property manager was easy to contact. Our only disappointment was that there had been a new policy change and renters of less than a month could not but a membership to use the gym. Playa Royale is about a 5 to 10 minute walk to Paradise Village Shopping center. We enjoyed the walking boulevard on the Main Street of Nuevo. They have Lime scooters and bikes for rent. This is an excellent property to rent.

This is one of the nicest 1 bedroom condos in Nuevo- it is large ( and open plan), has a huge Master bedroom, new King Bed, duvet and full ensuite bath. the living room has 2 sofas ( pullouts) and flat screen t.v with Shaw Cable, great wi-fi and a "free" Magic Jack phone for you to use during your stay! The property is very beautiful and literally you just look from our deck- there is the ocean, right in front of you! the are loads of loungers around our pool & hot tub and tons more out on the beach- which is flat- you can walk for miles! the staff have been there for years, friendly and courteous! It is a jem we are very proud of- so thanks for commenting. Beautiful place

Very comfortable unit with all the comforts of home. The location of the resort is perfect, walking distance to shopping, restaurants everywhere. The beach is quiet and not overcrowded. We really appreciated the amazing bed with great pillows. The property manager Claudia went above and beyond, she was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely rent this until again. Very Disappointed...

I just comeback from a week stay in Playa Royale. My overall experience was not a pleasant one. There was remodeling done next to our room and the noise was unbearable. We went to tours during the day to comeback tired and ready to sleep but it was not possible because a hammer drill was constantly making that annoying sound. One day we decided to sleep late and the drill was our alarm 10 AM sharp and that will continue until 5 PM. They even worked on Saturdays too. I complained one day to the Managers and they told me that those repairs needed to be done. After that I just gave up and accepted the fact that no one could help me and that I was on my own.

Dear: Jesus We are very sorry to hear that there was noise due to another condo owner- doing some repairs on his condo- which was a unit close to ours. When you made our property manager aware of this- she contacted the building Administration and they limited the work from 10:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m. We of course have "no control" over repairs being done in another condo, that is not ours ( repairs in Playa Royale are allowed only in off season) which is when you were staying in our unit- at a lower nightly rate of course. We had offered you a special tour or something to compensate you- even though it was not our fault- but you refused- and chose to write a negative Review Comment instead! There was nothing wrong with our own condo ( which we have been renting to guest who love it for over 11 years!) - our condo is beautifully decorated and maintained & a lovely spot. It is unfortunate this happened during your vacation, and that you have chosen to deal with it in this manner. Best Regards, Jill & Al Forster

Perfect Fit for the three of us!

We really enjoyed our stay at Playa Royal. The unit is on the ground floor and easy to access from the main doors but also looks out onto the beach and pool. Security is great and the building is quiet so we had no issues with noise during our stay. The building is immaculate and the staff is friendly and efficient. Everything that you need is in the suite. There are plenty of towels and bed linens as well as a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. The room binder also has a plethora of information on things to do, places to eat, how things operate, etc. You are truly spoonfed when you stay in this unit. Everything was in good repair and easy to use. It is a spacious condo with a large master with ensuite and lots of closet space. Our daughter slept on the chesterfield in the living area and was very comfortable. There are two full bathrooms which was also very convenient when family came over for the day to go to the beach with us. The phone is free to US and Canada and the unit has reliable wifi. We would come back and stay in this unit or another one of the Forster's properties in a heartbeat - ONLY this time we would stay a lot longer!

The condo was great!

The condo was great! We love Playa Royale and this condo is one of the best in this building. It is a one bedroom but very large, and spacious. There are 2 big bathrooms and the King sized Master bed is very comfortable. The location is great for restaurants and shopping as it is only a hop, skip and a jump over to the Paradise Plaza. Perfect Place!

This was our second time staying at Playa Royale. Al and Jill's place is perfectly located, looking out to the pool and the ocean, fantastic views!. The place is well appointed and spotlessly clean. They have a number of boogie boards, floatables and a cooler for your favorite drinks. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. You have access to two Weber grills that are cleaned nightly by the resort staff. Al and Jill are very easy to work with, professional and can answer all of your questions. They have a lady named Claudia who supports their 3 condos and she will gladly pick you up at the airport, take you shopping for groceries. The Puerto Vallarta airport can be hectic and this small service is well worth the modest costs. She was so nice and she knows Vallarta! She can help you book most anything you need. This 5 star resort is safe, friendly and immaculate. You are in walking distance to a mall and a number of quality restaurants. We couldn't have been more happy with this rental. 5 star all the way. The gardens were well maintained and spectacular. The pool was perfect and the beach huge, clean and fun. The condo was well equipped and well cared for. For sure we will return soon. We love this one bedroom condo !!!

We love this one bedroom condo in Playa Royale Residences building but make sure you book it way in advance as it books so far ahead..it is obviously a very popular spot! The condo was spotless when we arrived and well furnished with everything that you would need for a comfortable stay. It has so many extras, I can see why everyone keeps coming back. The unit was spacious and the beds very comfortable. As before a really good experience. A comfortable and immaculate house with friendly and efficient hosts. We love this spot, thanks al & Jill.

A holiday terminus to tantalize our senses, 5 Star Playa is a place to remember and return to!

While in this condo, we were surrounded by some many recreational stoppages like the El Tigre golf course, Paradise Mall, Spa, marina, sports complex and the list goes on; all these at a short walk. Apart from these, I also loved the proximity of this condo with many restaurants, banks, stores, medical clinics and grocery stores; all those too within a close reach. Whenever we see the pictures of our holiday spent here, we always remember the Sports Club that had a gym, a Kid's Club, spa, sauna, steam room, tennis court, and a racquet ball court.
