This is the perfect place to stay! It is right off the Main Street for shops and restaurants. While also being so close to walk alongside the harbor. There is even a little playground by the harbor. Great for families. Shannon had lots of baby gear that made our stay so smooth. Would definitely come back!

We were two retired couples staying for three nights and it was the perfect location! We also were fortunate enough to have two sunsets on the roof deck, which was awesome. The location truly cannot be beat, and the house was so clean and equipped with everything that we needed. Shannon was incredibly responsive with communication. Much appreciated and highly recommended!

This was the perfect house for our week long stay in Newport to celebrate my mother’s 100th birthday. I grew up in Newport and to be in an area close to everything was the icing on the cake. The homeowners were wonderful and catered to our every need. The house is equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The rooftop was spectacular. Highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to relax and enjoy Newport.

We went with another couple for a quick visit to Newport, just a couple nights. This was a great location, easy walk to the waterfront and restaurants. Place was perfect. We could have stayed somewhere smaller (or brought another couple), but we really liked the looks of this and it didn't disappoint. Loved the roof deck. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is in a wonderful location to be able to walk in town where shops, restaurants and bars are located. Beautiful views from the top deck! There is plenty of space and a well-stocked kitchen. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. Shannon was attentive and easy to work with. Will definetly be back!

This property was even better than expected! It was an absolutely perfect location for walking to restaurants and activities. It was meticulously clean and more than well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a weekend. The home itself is spacious and comfortable. Shannon communicated very quickly. The extra parking is a huge bonus in Newport.

The home was beautiful, spotless, and in a fantastic location - walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do in Newport. Parking was super easy with the provided passes, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Enjoyed sunsets on the expansive rooftop deck. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great townhouse in a great location

We had five adults stay in the townhouse over a long weekend to see the mansions for Christmas. The townhouse was clean, well appointed, and in a great location to many shops and restaurants. We would stay here again and highly recommend it!

Newport Family Vacation
