Cosy 42m2 apartment located in Lloret de Mar (Fenals), about 700m from the beach and 400m from the centre, very close to shops, restaurants and businesses. This apartment is ideal for enjoying a family holiday on the Costa Brava!



The apartment is on the ground floor and has a maximum capacity for 4 people.



It is part of a quiet urbanisation with communal garden and swimming pool, as well as parking.



Interior area with living-dining room (TV, sofa bed (110 x 190cm) with direct access to a spacious 25 m2 terrace where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals in the sun, kitchen (microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine), 1 bedroom with double bed (135x190cm) and 1 complete bathroom with shower.



The apartment does not have Air Conditioning.



Young people are not accepted.

Bon emplacement du logement, près du centre, des boutiques et restaurants.La plage est à 5min à pied Le logement au rez-de-chaussée avec terrasse et piscine parfait et d',avoir une place de parking est une facilité à Loret.Piscine grande et propre avec un petit jardin pour se poser c',est agréable. La literie du logement inconfortable. La banquette du salon est trop dure

Pas génial

L'appartement est bien situé. Proche de la plage et du centre ville. De plus il dispose d'un parking sous terrain et d'une belle piscine. Par contre, à l'intérieur ce n'est pas la même chose. Les joints dans la salle de bain sont moisis, des chaises de la terasse sont cassées, il n'y a pas de parasol sur une terrasse exposée plein sud. Nous avons signalé à notre arrivée qu'il y a avait une fuite d'eau sur la terrasse. Un technicien devait passer et personne n'est venue. Nous avions de l'eau partout toute la journée. Mais le pire était la literie. Tous les ressorts dans le dos dans le lit de la chambre et ne parlons pas du " canapé lit " du salon qui mesure 110 cm de large pour dormir à 2 ! Avec en prime une barre en bois dans le dos. Nous l'avons bien entendu signalé à l'agence mais ils ne voient pas le problème. Il est inadmissible de payer plus de 1000 € la semaine pour un logement dans un état pareil.
