A truly lovely property

A gorgeous plantation villa leading out to the mature garden, views and sky. I would book it again in a heartbeat, our whole family loved it. The space, the quiet, the feeling of being somewhere completely different from the tourist weight of south Tenerife. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay at Tres Palmeiras

We had a most enjoyable stay at Tres Palmeiras with our adult family. The property is away from the tourist crowds yet within easy reach of restaurants and shops. The swimming pool, barbecue and garden worked particularly well for us and was sufficiently warm even in January . The house was spacious clean and well appointed. We will be back!

Quiet location + charming villa

The villa is in a quiet location but within easy access of shops, activities, bars, restaurants etc if you have a car (less than 10 min drive to Callao Salvaje where you will find plenty of restaurants shops etc +15 mins drive to Costa Adeje) The villa was very clean, with comfy beds and we found everything we needed. The pool was warm and we used it daily - even when the weather wasnt so great. Maria and Petra were very helpful and there was great communication from booking onwards. Petra kept in touch during our stay via WhatsApp and responded quickly to any queries we had.

Great Place to relax

Booked this as a last minute holiday. The process was easy and communication from the owner very good. The property is lovely, air con throughout made the stay comfortable. The best bit about the property is the outside area. There are numerous areas with outside furniture to relax and the covered outside area was a great place to take lunch and stay out of the hot sun. Would recommend to anyone. Only slight feedback is that the 4th bedroom is actually separate to the main house and doesn't have air con. We didn't need to use it but worth noting for those that do need it.

Lovely spacious house and garden. Peaceful and relaxing but not too far a drive from civilisation.

The property is large, well appointed and maintained. It is nicely furnished and the beds are large and comfortable. The garden is lovely with exotic and colourful plants and has views of the ocean and La Gomera. The pool is a good size and heated which was very welcome when morning and evening temperatures dropped. We enjoyed eating on the patio/porch and playing table tennis there in the evening. I'm sure we will return one day as the location is so good, particularly if you want peace and quiet but to not be too far off the beaten track. Petra and Maria were very friendly and helpful in emails prior to our stay and one (I'm not sure which, sorry) worked hard when we arrived to sort out the wi-fi for us and was there to say goodbye this morning.

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Garten

Das Haus liegt selbst in einer wüstenähnlichen Landschaft. Davon merkt man aber nichts, wenn man sich im Haus aufhält, da der Garten sehr schön angelegt ist. Vielleicht müsste einiges mal renoviert werden. Die Tischtennisplatte war nicht benutzbar, da die Schläger völlig hin waren. Aus allen Duschen kommt nach ein paar Minuten nur noch heißes Wasser. Das war etwas schwierig. Der Pool ist toll und beheizt und im Garten gibt es sehr viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt. Auto ist zwingend erforderlich.

Immer wieder gern!

Das Haus ist wunderschön- der Pool, der Garten, die Zimmer, der Ausblick auf das Meer und La Gomera. Wir haben uns wahnsinnig wohl gefühlt. Für den Preis könnte man aber ein paar Schönheitsreparaturen machen zB am Pool. Die Kommunikation war zeitweise auch ein wenig schwergängig und es dauerte mit den Antworten. So oder so. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Fijne woning

Een heerlijke woning met genoeg plek binnen en buiten. Vooral het zwembad is heerlijk. Met zomerse temperaturen is een afkoeling lekker. Veel ruimte om het huis en de tafeltennistafel is veelvuldig gebruikt + de buitenkeuken. De communicatie met Petra verliep prima en ze wil alles voor je doen of oplossen. Kortom ,een heerlijke week gehad in een geweldig huis!

A very comfortable villa, in a really quiet location. There is a small town just 1 mile away, and it’s easy to get to the motorway to get around the island. Petra looked after us really well, but there were no problems.

Wundervoller Urlaub, ein Paradies! Hervorragend!

Der Urlaub in diesem wundervollen Domizil war einfach ein Traum. Man wohnt sehr ruhig und das Haus bzw. das Grundstück ist von außen nicht einsichtig, sodass man herrlich entspannen kann. Man braucht allerdings ein Auto, aber die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit weg (ca. 5min). Das Haus an sich ist liebevoll eingerichtet, hell, gemütlich und sehr großzügig. Die Einrichtung und auch das Haus an sich sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen (z.B. klemmt hier und da mal eine Tür) aber das macht auch ein gewissen Charme aus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es war alles sehr authentisch. Der Pool ist das Highlight:) er ist wie beschrieben beheizt (unsere Badewanne ;)) und wir haben ihn jeden Tag mehrfach genossen. Man kann wunderbar darin schwimmen (der Pool ist groß und tief genug) und relaxen. Das Garten ist riesig und es gibt mehr als eine Sitzgelegenheit. Hervorzuheben ist auch die spektakuläre Aussicht auf den wunderschönen Atlantik. So wünscht man sich ein Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung ist Top, es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht. (Sogar ein Zauberstab gibt es und mehrere Kaffeemaschinen;)) Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Petra war spitze. Sie war immer erreichbar, hat schnell geantwortet und hat sich um alles gekümmert, allein für sie 5 Sterne! Womit wir gar nicht gerechnet hatten, war auch eine Zwischenreinigung mit Handtücher und Bettwäsche-Wechsel! (inklusive Poolreinigung ;) Einfache Klasse! Wir können dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen. Es war für uns ein Paradies! Muchas gracias Petra! ♥♥♥

Familientreffen auf Teneriffa

Wir haben 2 Wochen in der Villa als Familie mit 6 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind verbracht. Es hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert und die Betreuung durch Petra(die Vermieterin) war sehr gut. Das große Grundstück bietet sehr viel Privatsphäre und ist von außen nicht einsichtig. Der Pool ist beheizt und zu jeder Zeit perfekt nutzbar. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist die geschützte Terrasse. Selbst bei Wind und Regen kann man sich draußen aufhalten. Praktisch auch die kleine Cassita. Hier befindet sich noch ein Einzelbett mit eigenem Duschbad. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist im Ikea Style gehalten. Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Man kommt aber mit allen Geräten zurecht und es funktioniert alles. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und der Garten bietet viele verschiedene Sitzplätze. Schöne Sicht aufs Meer. Mietauto ist zwingend erforderlich. Insgesamt eine echte Oase im Süden Teneriffas. Wir haben es sehr genossen und können diesen Ort wärmsten weiter empfehlen.

Wonderful oasis

Tres Palmeras is a wonderful oasis in the sunniest, south west part of Tenerife, but very quiet and away from the three big resorts. It is a traditional villa, with lots of space and a lovely garden; the photographs do not do it justice. Petra was very welcoming and we had a very enjoyable stay.

Preis- Leistung Super!

Das Haus ist ein Traum mit anschliessendem Garten Eden! Wer Ruhe und Entspannung möchte ist genau richtig hier!!! Für den Preis ist das Objekt mehr als gut. Es ist wunderschön renoviert und liebevoll gestaltet. Wir hatten zunächst Probleme mit den Klimaanlagen jedoch behob Petra diese sofort mit Fachkräften. Die Türen sind Erneuerungs bedürftig aber intakt. Die umzeunung des Objekt müsste verbessert werden (wir wurden einmal in der Nacht von streunenden Hunden etwas irritiert), solange keine Esswaren draussen liegen ist dies kein Problem. Wer Entspannung und Ruhe möchte, ist hier richtig! Der Garten ist traumhaft und versetzt einen in ein spirituelles mantra. Wir genossen die Zeit sehr und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder! Vielen dank für die erholsame Zeit Petra! Liebe Grüsse

UN OASIS EN EL SUR DE TENERIFE

Inmersa en una gran finca que se extiende desde la falda del Teide hasta el mar, en la zona suroeste de la isla ,se alza como un verdadero oasis esta propiedad maravillosa que conserva la esencia del pasado en su edificación y en sus ventanales azules que espero seguir viendo en las próximas visitas . Ha sido una estancia maravillosa en la zona de mejor clima de la isla. Permanentes vistas al mar y a la Gomera, omnipresente. La casa destaca por la tranquilidad que la rodea , la exhuberancia del jardín y la sencillez de la construcción , en torno a un espacio exterior con mobiliario de terraza que se convierte en el salón de la vivienda, comedor y sala de juegos . La barbacoa y la mesa de ping pong completan las dotaciones de la casa , haciendo las delicias de los amantes de la buena cocina y de los niños. La piscina es más grande de lo que aparenta en las fotografías , Realmente es climatizada y es posible bañarse en ella a cualquier hora del día o de la noche . Iluminación del jardín muy sugerente . Las camas y lencería , un 10. Se descansa maravillosamente en este lugar . Petra, la propietaria , exquisita con sus huéspedes, muy cercana y atenta . Una experiencia para repetir , un deleite para los sentidos. Un descanso inolvidable . Gracias PETRA por tu acogida. Esperamos repetir

Wonderful break!

This villa was even better than the description and pictures described. Spacious, clean, cool and comfortable. The beds were really comfy and outside gave so many options to relax in different surroundings. The pool was lovely and warm and we spent a few nights drinking wine and watching the sunset. The table tennis was very popular with not just my sons (aged 12 and 13) but also my husband! The wifi is great and a TV is every room. There was ample space for parking and to turn around in the car rental we had. Directions given made the villa easy to find. Petra and Maria, our hosts, welcomed us wonderfully and were there for any questions. I could not recommend more and would love to comeback :)
